Great location on the riverfront. Proactively helpful staff, promptly responding to questions via WhatsApp sent while still in US. Amazing breakfast buffet providing exposure to Ecuadorian dishes. Love the Mora juice, Lulo oatmeal was an enjoyable discovery.
Everything was great! Loved the service the junior suite that I stayed at had jacuzzi . Pretty clean . The food and drinks by the pool were fantastic. I had an emergency with my husband they went to the pharmacy to get him some pills at 4 am .
Love this place! The free shuttle makes it so easy to get to and from the airport. The pool is always the perfect temp. and the jacuzzi and spa are a nice way to recover after a Galapagos adventure. The staff is fantastic! They even found my husband's wallet before we even realized it was missing. It was left in the room, so they ran it out to us as we were about to leave in the van! They totally saved the day since we didn't have to go back to the hotel for it and possibly miss our flight.
We were promptly collected from the airport and taken to our spacious room. We enjoyed our dinner and breakfast and the staff went out of their way at all times to assist us. Special mention to our driver Luis.
