Staff said stairs are for emergency only, not true. No towels in gym. And Cesar salad( classic they say) add bacon without saying so on menu. If you avoid pork they don’t speak your language. I’ve stayed in Wanda’s in Quito airport and on the Malcom in Guayaquil. This is the worst of them all. Two towels for a 4 person room. Oh and the shuttle from airport ended up being a taxi that didn’t fit our luggage so had to order another one. Then the desk asked us to pay for the second taxi.

Had a little problem with the first room they gave us. But the management was kind and quick to act. Couldn’t have been happier with the solution. Great team here. I can see why the hotel has such good reviews!
The hotel itself is convenient and very clean, but the access situation is hard to work through! I was in a huge group and we had to switch rooms and such, but you need a key to get onto specific floors and to open those doors. I get it is for safety, but it gets to a point where it’s unsafe! Overall, the rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly, that was my only complaint.
Super great location, super clean, very nice welcoming. Great customer service and attention to detail. Price is affordable, definitely the best value for your money.
Be aware that the hotel requires full payment immediately upon arrival. While this may be their standard policy, it created an atmosphere that felt more transactional than welcoming. The rooms and main dining area are adequate, but the overall property shows signs of wear and could benefit from some updating and maintenance.
