In some ways it was an oasis in a forbidding city. The pool was amazing. The bed was great. The pillows were hard and lumpy. The towels were rags. The staff were not happy. They were disengaged and didn't care about their guests. Doing less than nothing for their guests was the norm. The food service staff were the best out of a poor crew.
Good hotel with a pretty decent breakfast a nice pool in the yard for the hot days, a small gym not too far from the malecon. Rooms are nice with a nice bathroom and working desk. I’ve had two rooms in my short stay. The only thing I’ll that on my first day there was a lot of hair in my sheets and IF it had been washed it wasn’t checked at all carefully. One or two hair can happen but it was a lot more than that so that’s a no no. For about 35$ it’s decent.
The hotel has all the amenities you need to enjoy the weekend! It has a great service, the rooms are really comfortable! It is located near great places to enjoy ! It was a great experience!
I recently traveled from Florida to Ecuador and had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, it was an exceptional experience. The room was confortable also well decorated, creating a welcome atmosphere. The food was delicious, vegetables were remarkable fresh and the meet was juicy and tender . The waiters was very polite. The level of service made me feel like a valued and special guest throughout my stay. I will undoubtedly recommend to friends and family, and I look forward to the opportunity to visit again.
The hotel exceeded my expectations. I was greeted by the friendly receptionist upon check-in. The room was sparkling clean and equipped with a very strong air conditioner. The bathroom was equally very clean and the shower had long lasting hot water. Breakfast was good and the pool was beautiful! I recommend this hotel and I will return again.
