Transfers To San Miguel De Allende

Daniel was extremely responsive and provided great communication prior and during our pickup and had a smooth ride during our transfer to San Miguel Del Allende

Ivan was a very good driver. He was patient wait for me at the airport. He was also very nice and easy to talk to. I learned a lot from him.

We arrived at the airport and there was no one to pick us up. We tried to call the company but their phone was not working. We tried to text but they never answered. We finally got someone at the information booth at the airport to help who spoke English but they were only able to text with the company. To make the reservation, I had sent the company our flight information (flight number and arrival time). After about 2 hours (it was now 8 pm) we finally figured out what happened. The company said they came to get us at 6 am instead of 6 pm. This was probably my fault but since they had the flight information they should have figured it out. What was more concerning was that they never tried to contact me once! They never reached out at all! Also, there are two airports in Leon and they went to the wrong airport. The correct airport was clearly stated but they went to the other one. You think they would reach out to see what happened but they didn’t. We never heard from them. They didn’t even try to find out what happened. We finally reached Viator by text and they finally said they would refund our money but we are still waiting to make sure that happens. We spent about 3 hours in the airport trying to figure it all out. We didn’t arrive at our Airbnb until after 10 pm. Long story short: if you are going to San Miguel Allende from Leon/ Guanajuato airport, don’t book in advance. Wait till you get there and call an Uber - it was about a quarter of the price but you can’t book in advance from the US.

Very nice driver, but he didn’t pick us up inside holding a sign with our names on it. It look a while to work out that he was in an off-site parking lot and that he would be around to get us shortly. When he showed up in about 15 min., he was with a little mini van full of people and another driver was driving it back to the off-site lot, where he said he had left his car that he would use to take us to SMA. The van ride took about 10-15 minutes and everything worked out fine in the end. It just took longer than it should have and wasn’t what we expected. They shouldn’t advertise inside pick up if that’s not what’s going to happen. Otherwise, perfect ride. Nice car, curteous, good driving.

Very timely pickup, driver was waiting for our arrival and guides us to the vehicle, parked very close to airport exit. Very pleasant and friendly driver.

Driver failed to pick a group of 4 up for return to airport. Paid in advance and had to pay two taxis yo get us yo airport. . enrolled in global calling for fee and not able to reach provider through phone or email for days. Will request refund. According to resident on site at pickup location driver did show up finally 75 mins late . if we did not take taxi would have missed flight.

This was a fabulous way to get from the airport to San Miguel de Allende. Our driver, Fabricio was so nice and very knowledgeable about the area. Easy communication before arriving so we knew where to meet him at the airport.

Driver who picked us up was great and waited on us as our flight was delayed. Driver on return trip was 20 minutes late which causes us some anxiety about missing our flight but in the end we had plenty of time and he was a very nice driver.

The transfer was fine, safe driving habits, driver polite and courteous, but the car seat was dirty with shoe prints.

We were told the driver would speak English, he did not. He did wait for us as we were 3 hours delayed but not having an English driver, driving at night one hour was a little unsettling.

The airport taxi's seemed better quality. First started on the wrong route, had to turn around. Then needed to get gas ( didn't start with a full tank), and lastly missed out exit which caused our third delay.

This was a horrible experience, I would not recommend. Our driver was not waiting for us at the airport with a sign, in fact he was over an hour late to pick us up at a 10pm flight landing. No communication prior, despite me messaging and reaching out via the WhatsApp number provided. Another friend on a different flight and time used this company and they were also over an hour late to pick him up. This business is a scam. I would like a refund.

The driver did not show up at the airport. We had to call and find out where he was. He drove extremely fast to the point we were terrified and the whole time driving was looking down at his cell phone and answering calls and not watching the road. He did not speak one word to us. We speak English.

Fabricó got us to our destination to Guanajuato City. Some of us even napped. He also called the hotel so make sure someone was waiting for us.

United airlines had schedule change and we arrived 3 three hours early. We called dispatch number they said SORRY we don’t have any drivers right now. We called back three times before he was able to find someone. We paid for a large suburban they sent a small Nissan Versa no air terrible experience I would not recommend.

Great driver and a large SUV (Suburban). There were only four passengers. I elected to sit in row behind front row. Have to say it was an uncomfortable trip. Front row had this huge legroom area in front of them, maybe two feet. Yay! I had no more than 12 inches of space, if that, to move my legs. Why? This large vehicle, and second row passengers were very restricted. Will never want to pay that premium price again for such an uncomfortable ride. Sorry.

We went from San Miguel de Allende to Guanajuato City. Fabricó was friendly and punctual. We will book again.

Fantastic! We stayed in communication with our driver before both of our pick up times. When we arrived Omar was waiting for us ready to go. We felt safe the whole drive. Definitely will be using this company every time we travel back to San Miguel!

Our driver Who picked us up at the airport was super nice his name is Oscar. Oscar was very informative and nice. The town of San Miguel is beautiful and nice. So many historical building to see.

We were picked up on time and our driver was great! The car was clean and held all our luggage along with the 6 of us.

We arrived at BJX feeling turned around - it's been a while since we've traveled internationally due to COVID. The driver was very communicative in the app prior to our arrival and was right there waiting in the lobby when we walked out. Right off the bat, he was very kind and personable and we were instantly comfortable. We drove in a nice large Suburban SUV with plenty of room for all of us + luggage. The car was very clean and comfortable. Over the 90-minute drive, we really enjoyed chatting with our driver and learning about the area(s) we were driving through. He even pointed out important/interesting points of interest and tourist attractions along our drive and made some great recommendations for our trip to SMA. Would happily book again - thank you!

Could not recommend this transportation more highly! Our flight to Leon kept on getting delayed and cancelled and ultimately we didn’t get in until late at night. However, our driver was in contact with us the entire time and kept up with our new departure times the entire day. Then he made it so easy for us to find him when we landed. Overall the most seamless part of our day!

The night being very dark with lots of rain. The driver did a good safe job getting us to the hotel.

On time, courteous and very helpful to load 6 luggage, 4 backpacks into a sedan. Helped unloaded in the rain. Good driving on the trip while it was raining all the way. Stopped by convienient store for a quick dinner. Would recommend Febrocio highly.

I loved hearing some historical facts of the city. My Driver was very engaging-which we all loved. I actually got inspired to visit neighboring areas from the conversation.

Our driver Charlie was great. He explained the history of the state of Guanajuato making our 1:30 min trip to SMA much more interesting. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, the whole process went smooth.

Jacobo is an excellent travel guide and driver who provided impeccable service picking us up from Lyons airport and driving to San Miguel. We ended up hiring him to drive us from San Miguel to Guanajuato, doing some sightseeing on the way. He was very attentive, on time and communicated very well about all the details of the trip. Would highly recommend his services if you’re planning to visit this area.

Driver was on time. He took a better route into San Miguel that saved us a lot of time. The car was a bit beaten up but the air conditioning was working well. Thank you Martin for the great service!
