Hotel Posada Santa Fe

We had a great stay at Hotel Posada Santa Fe. The location is amazing, the hotel has a lot of character, and the staff was very helpful. We even had an accident in the room where one of the kids knocked over a table and broke the glass top, and the hotel handled it promptly and professionally. The only negative was the restaurant service. The food itself was good, but the service needs improvement. One morning I told an employee I was eating there, he asked if I was staying at the hotel, I said yes, and he told me to sit wherever I wanted. I sat down and waited quite a while without anyone bringing a menu or taking my order, while other guests who arrived afterward were attended to first. Eventually another employee came over and again asked whether I was staying at the hotel. At that point I decided to leave and eat somewhere else. Other than the restaurant service, we really enjoyed the hotel and would stay here again.

This is a great location in Centro. One of the best locations in town. Clean rooms, quiet ones at the back. One of the few locations with parking in the core. Very wonderful and helpful staff. Second time here, will definitely return.

The check in experience was lovely Yamile the front desk agent was welcoming and kind. The location is excellent. Rooms are clean and the bathrooms are spacious. Great choice. Will update with photos later.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel in the historic center. The location was perfect for exploring, and the atmosphere was full of character. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our experience even more special. A standout highlight was the maître d’, Manuel—he was exceptionally helpful, warm, and charismatic, truly elevating our stay. We would absolutely give this hotel five stars and look forward to returning.
