This was well worth the money spent and the guides are fantastic. They really value your safety and your confidence of the experience.

Omg so much fun but scary at the same time. My boys did it solo. I chose to go with the guide but did the short ones alone. Guillermo was the best made us feel like family. Will definitely go back

It was fun! Our guides were very nice! We were picked up from our hotel, everyone was super nice. The experience does say 4 hours but it depends on how many are in your group, we had 3 people and got done in about an hour!

Hubby and I truly njoyed the zip line experience. Great staff and very professional. The premises were clean. Family friendly amenities and there is a souvenir shop on site. The shop sells snacks and beverages which pleased us alot. Highly recommend this tour group!

This tour is very well organized and includes transportation to and from. The guides are (mostly) friendly and make it fun and enjoyable.

We just did the ziplines. Medium in length. Guides were friendly. Very safe. About 30 minutes of ziplining. No pressure to buy extras! Absolutely reccomend it. We were picked up from Secrets Papagayo and total round trip time was about 2.5 hours. Fun.

Amazing views. Very safe and they even took photos of us for $20. I do wish there were more areas to see but it was still amazing

The driver who picked us up was not only late but frankly didn’t seem to know how to drive. He couldn’t work the clutch well and couldn’t stop 🛑 n our driveway up at our Airbnb which was on a steep incline drive so he asked us to walk 300 yards up a steep hill to meet him. The zip line guys once we got there were nice and it was fun but honestly not the greatest zip line I’ve been too. I don’t knoI woiod look at other zips before doing this one.

Different levels of zip-lining. Started small, but ended with longer/faster runs. You had the option to hang upside down. Lots of opportunities to see monkeys. Would Recommend. Reasonable price

Great time - well worth it, the staff was great and we saw monkeys. Be careful on the drive up as the road is narrow and winding in parts.

Overall fun time! The guides were humorous and patient. The different variety of ziplines was good. I really wanted more longer ziplines just to enjoy the jungle view more. I wish I would have know about the animal habitat, I could have gone through, and not be rushed by the driver. But fun and exciting for my 1st time!

Fun for all levels! The guides were very engaging and helpful too and the pictures were incredible that we purchased.

We were a party of 3 with a teen and two in their 50's. It was an easy access right on the grounds with a pretrip demo in English and Spanish. We felt safe the whole timr and had a blast (event hough one if us doesn't live heights). This zip line consists of 10 segments of varying lengths and heights. During the tour we also were delighted to see an Iguana lounging in the tree canopy only a couple of feet from the platform and a group of Howler monkeys. The guides were entertaining and funny! We had a great time and the extra photograpy option was worth it.

The guys were so awesome and friendly. Ziplines were cool. Saw lots of Monkeys. Overall a perfect outing!!!

The assistants were always concerned with our safety! I am 75 and my wife is 80 and they assisted and were our copilots through our journey. We had a fantastic time because of them.

We had a great time on this tour! It was the perfect way to spend an afternoon (we appreciated that it was a relatively short and efficient excursion- just about 3.5 hours!) Being able to zip line upside down on one of the lines was a personal favorite. The guides were all super friendly and made it very fun for us! Loved that they took photos as well.

Safe and beautiful environment and friendly guides with some great ziplines. Transportation from and back to our resort was good. Overall well worth the cost.

The worst! We tried contacting them multiple times and it was pouring rain, Thundering and lightening and zip line next to us shut down and they did not answer. We contacted Viator that tried to contact them and emailed them. No response 100% unsafe and then we get an email from them that we “no showed”. I can send pics of the torrential rain. They only want your money, not concerned about safety at all. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Our group did a one day action-pacted trip with Bill Beard. In one day, we went from zip lining to river tubing to hot springs to horseback riding. I think we would’ve enjoyed it more if everything hadn’t been so rushed and shortened. For example, the horseback riding was only about 25 minutes. We didn’t necessarily go through a scenic area for riding, either. The river tubing was so jam-packed with other people that it was a little bit hard to enjoy. The zip lining was probably the best since it was not an activity that could be rushed. My suggestion would be to have two of these activities in one day, not three or four. Allow guests to enjoy what they are doing without always feeling like they have to watch their watches. The amount of driving in between locations also cut into the good time.

If you want a thrilling experience with family, this is your excursion. Being able to zipline with no hands was amazing. The guys that got us hooked up to the ziplines were safe and fun.

Workers made fun of one of our guests weight. They also say this is bilingual and 95% was Spanish. Not safe if giving directions in a language you don’t understand!

Guides were very entertaining. It was pretty zip lining through the tree canopies. FYI - The tour we booked did not zip line over water or water falls. But there were LOTS of monkeys to see when we got to the location (before we even started zip lining).

Doing the Superman zip line was the best to me, such an adrenaline rush. My wife has such a great time.

The staff was fun and professional. Multiple lines and options to do “Superman” and upside down. We got the picture option, and the pics came out well.

This was my fifth time ziplining although in different locations and countries. This was among the best because it was a good mix of speed and altitude yet I always felt safe and there was plenty of water, paper towels, and facilities available along the way. Max(?) And Charlie were attentive, reassuring but also fun and friendly. Thank you

We did repelling, river rafting and diving. Everything was well organized. Pick up times were perfect. We needed extra help when a shirt was left behind and we got it back the same day.

Great excursion guides were awesome. Animal wildlife refuge was very nice, to see the monkeys ( coming close to you, one held my nephews finger so cute), alligator, pig, parrots, ducks, snakes, lizards. The zip line crew (Max, Donald- photographer, they were all good, funny at times.).

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. It made the excursion that much more enjoyable!!! I would definitely recommend to others.

The 3 of us wanted to go o a Canopy Tour - Zip line in Costa Rica and "Zipline Canopy Tour" in Guanacaste had the most reasonable price. The guides were incredibly kind, funny, and helpful! We got to do 11 different zip lines and even saw Howler monkeys hanging in the trees above us. They offer photography options so you can remember the experience. Can't say enough about the guides - they were awesome and safety was top priority!

Simple walks between platforms. Zip lining was easy for beginners but still enjoyable. Views are just the trees around the place. Few monkeys roaming around at the end were cute.

I went with my kids (13 and 10). This was our first time ziplining, and we all enjoyed it. The tour went really quickly, maybe because our party was small. Our guides were nice, but not super talkative. Having done a different zipline in another part of Costa Rica, for the same price, I will say that this is a "starter" course for some of the more "extreme" lines you can do in other areas.

Such a fun time. Congo Trail came and picked us up from our hotel right on time. Took us to the adventure center and guided us through the zipline. Afterwards we got to see lots of monkeys. Highly recommend this tour.

This was the perfect adventure for our short trip to Guancaste. The team made this experience so fun, and the jungle was amazingly beautiful. We shared a lot of laughs and felt like we got to see the beauty of Costa Rica up close. I highly recommend booking with this team.

My oldest son did the Extreme Zipline and the rest of us went on the regular Zipline. My wife is afraid of heights but she managed 9 of the 11 with the help of the guides. Nice fun day!
