Was amazing trip. Pickup and drop off was flawless. Driver and guide were very competent and also very kind people. We had a our granddad on wheelchair and humberto our guide was constantly looking after him. They also took amazing pictures and made great videos for us.

We booked with Big Papi on the beach at Planet Hollywood, and Humberto was our guide and Guillermo our driver. Our family of four had a private van and they worked with us to see all the attractions we wanted (waterfall, wildlife encounter with sloths, and thermal springs) and got us back on time to fit our schedule. They were so accommodating and willing to pivot as we requested, so we were able to spend more time in the places we wanted. It was a great value, especially compared to similar tours from other operators, and we enjoyed getting to experience Costa Rica beyond our resort!

We had a great time with Humberto. He is fun and easy going. The trip was very well planned. Costa Rica nature is amazing. We saw sloths, strawberry frog, different birds, swam next to the waterfall. I would definitely recommend this trip.

Private tour totally custom to our small party of 2- my elderly mom and I whose wanderlust is highly intact. Drivers showed up a bit early so we were able to get out about 5 mins early and dust need to wait for them. Clean, cool van with driver that stayed in the car so the car was protected and was also cool when we returned. Our guide Rafael was soooo sweet, thoughtful, very professional, understanding and patient. He even found a walking stick for her and it worked well for the 3/4 day excursion. Waterfall (not pictured), 2 bridges, sloth and swung by a local market for honey. Traditional lunch also good- in a clean, open air room with clean restrooms. I would absolutely recommend Aron-Big Papi for a true taste of what the locals offer and the persistent sense of safety. Thank you for making our Liberia trip soooo memorable and so very very special in ways I couldn’t imagine.

We did a private tour with our family with 3 children aged 4 months to 6 years old and 6 adults. The tour guide and driver were amazing and very helpful in adjusting the tour for our needs with a baby. We were able to easily access the waterfall and did the rainforest walk with all kids in tow. We did bring our stroller which was helpful for lunch and a carrier which we used in the rainforest. We did bring a portable fan for the baby and he was comfortable all day. Lunch was amazing! And the nature walk had a very educated guide who spotted us many animals! We saw sloths, toucans, snakes, frogs (including a poison dart frog) and all sorts of native fauna. We enjoyed our day with the operator so much that we ended up booking 2 other excursions with them during our stay.

We book our tour directly with Aaron at Planet Hollywood and the price was extremely competitive. The tour was fantastic, our guide Sergio and driver Ely were very helpful and did everything to make our experience special . We swam in the waterfall, went to visit coffee and cocoa plantation, ate at the local restaurant and went to the rainforest where we saw sloths and other animals like snakes and frogs. This is definitely an excursion to be recommended. Thumbs up 👍

Elie and Rafael were excellent. We had a great lunch. Saw all kinds of wildlife. We got to swim by a beautiful waterfall. It was an awesome day.

We had the most amazing experience with Big Papi! We first went on the jet skis and saw the most beautiful caves with two super friendly tour guides. On our last day, Papi was able to schedule a half day tour for us upon request!! He went out of his way to find a driver and make it happen for us. Our driver was a very knowledgeable man and we learned so much about the country. He also bought us local food on his own accord. I highly recommend booking your excursions through Big Papi, they are the best!

What an adventure we had with mick😂😂 the knowledge he shared about his country was amazing. Rainforest tour was amazing. We got to also make our own empanadas , grind our own coffee and chocolates. Great experience for our families.

This tour company was excellent! Javier our tour guide Great! He went out of his way to make our day awesome ! The young guy , I think his name was Diago he went w us through the jungle to see the animals. Both guys were soo nice and we felt comfortable right away with them. Highly recommend this company 😊 Costa Rica is one of our new vacation spots ❣️

We had a wonderful trip with Humberto and Ellie. They drove us to the waterfalls to zip lining. We stopped and had souvenirs and also went to a wonderful local restaurant for amazing food. Humberto is full of knowledge is a great man and a great tour guide. Also, Humberto is a local legend as he is a bull rider. Humberto was nice enough to show us everything that Costa Rica has the offer in one day. He was kind and my family loved the experience. His knowledge made our day spectacular. We will definitely do this again. Our nature tour we saw green toads, poisonous snakes, sloths two cons and also numerous wildlife flowers. An amazing day. We will do it again.

we were staying at planet hollywood and booked through aron the big papi, who we met on the beach, and went on our tour with alex. the tour was so amazing! i’ve been on tours to tenorio national park before and this was by far the best one. we hiked to the waterfall, saw some animals on the way, and then got to swim downstream from the waterfall, which was so refreshing after the hike. we got a delicious lunch and headed to a wildlife preserve where we went on a tour of the grounds, learned about the local ecology, and saw the most adorable baby sloth!!! alex even made us some chilgauro shots because we were talking about how good they were.

Alex was amazing. He was great company informed us on facts involving the town. Gave us great details in regards to what exactly we were doing. Definitely book with Alex once you do activities with him you'll keep wanting to have him as a guide.

Had a full day tour visiting a waterfall, a coffee & chocolate farm, and hiking the rainforest to see sloths. Our driver Alex was amazing! Chatted with us the entire day, providing the history of the area and teaching us about various plants and animals. The locations were gorgeous and each had a tour guide that truly made the tour special. Can't recommend thus tour more!

We saw red eyed tree frogs, sloths, and ate termites and bananas in the rainforest! The mud bath was amazing and the hot springs were as well!

This is the funnest excursion we’ve ever done. We booked with Aron the Big Papi and spent a day zip lining, horseback riding, tubing (our favorite), a volcanic mud wrap and hot and cold springs. The whole family had a blast. I highly recommend his tours. They were fun, timely, professional, and shared with us all about Costa Rica. This was our first tour in Costa Rica and we can’t say enough about the organization, friendliness and EXCITEMENT of our tour. Alex was our tour guide and he did a FABULOUS job! He picked us up at our resort and gave us a lot of information about Costa Rica on the way to our excursion. We did zip lining first and Alex was sure to get plenty of action pictures of our family. Next, we went white water tubing. This was, by far, our favorite part of the excursion. This is a must-do while you’re in Costa Rica! After lunch, we did some horse back riding and ended at a place where we got painted with mud and washed off in the natural hot springs. Again, Alex was sure to get plenty of pictures at each activity. If you’re looking for an excursion in Costa Rica, I highly recommend this excursion and this tour company. Also, request Alex if you can. He was WONDERFUL!

Had a great time, we chose the raft and it was so much fun on the river, zip lining was great. Alex and eduardo did a great job as our guides highly recommend them.
