Very easy transportation. Our driver Jose, was very friendly and waiting on us with our name on a sign. Because the length of our trip, he even offered to stop along the way if we needed anything. Would book again.

We were picked up from our hotel by Rafa. He drove us from our hotel back to the airport. The trip took roughly an hour and was very enjoyable. Rafa was punctual and courteous. I found the pricing very reasonable.

My husband and I were picked up at the Liberia airport by Heiner. He was waiting for us outside of the airport with my name on a sign. The drive from the airport to our hotel was roughly an hour. On the way, Heiner provided some insights about the region. The driving was very smooth and relaxing and he had water ready for us. He and my husband even were listening to the World Cup game and would give each other updates. Service was great!

Fantastic, courteous, safe driver with lots of info on the area. Pickup was arranged promptly after getting off the plane and going through customs. Easy to find the pickup with my name on a placard. Exceeded expectations.

Great! Was there when I got out of customs and had nice conversation along the 1.5 hour drive. It was pleasant and less expensive than what the hotel was going to charge to book it for me. I will use them again upon my return

We reserved a driver to pick us up from Liberia airport and take us to Planet Hollywood. Our driver was waiting right outside the airport doors and was very easy to find. Driver was professional, answered our questions along the way and offered us water. The van was clean and drove well.

The SUV was air conditioned nicely, he had water for us, and we made it safely to our hotel. I would recommend using them again (and we already booked him for our return trip to the airport!)

If you have a day open on your itinerary we highly recommend this tour! It was truly the highlight of our trip to Costa Rica! Rafa was an exceptional driver and guide, full of knowledge and enthusiasm. He made the experience even more special by pointing out and teaching us about the incredible wildlife along the way. His friendliness and attentiveness made us feel welcomed and safe throughout the journey. Rafa even offered to take family photos and brought us to the most charming little bakery for coffee on the way back to our hotel. Such a thoughtful touch! For our tour, we had the option to do a chocolate and coffee tour, but we chose to swim under a waterfall instead—and we’re so glad we did! It was incredibly refreshing and such a memorable experience. A few tips: bring bug spray, as there were some mosquitoes, and consider packing a rain jacket or towels (like we did) since it’s a rainforest. As for wildlife, we saw everything we hoped for! We saw a sloth curled in a little ball to shield from the rain, adorable little tree frogs, vibrantly colored butterflies, tropical birds (including a toucan!), iguanas, snakes, the tiniest manuka bees in their hive, and stunning tropical flowers. It was exactly how I imagined Costa Rica when I put it on my bucket list. If you’re planning a trip, don’t miss this tour, it was absolutely worth it!

One of the best most professional experiences ever! Rafa was great! I booked 2 trips with him he was very nice and professional. He offered us water and made sure the temp was perfect in the Costa Rica sun! Even stopped at a local shop and let my husband pick up some cigars on the way to the resort. If i could give it more than 5 stars i would. I will book with him everytime i travel to Costa Rica.

Raffa was great - round trip from Liberia airport to the JW Guanacaste. Had a beer when we landed and a nice, air-conditioned ride. On the way back, we hit traffic but he got us to the airport on time for our flight. He also was an excellent communicator leading up to both rides. Highly recommend!
