Private Transfer Int. Airport Liberia To La Fortuna From 1 To 6 Passengers

This was our first time to visit Costa Rica and we had a lot of first-time tourist worries. We found our driver (not guide - more later), WILLIAM outside holding a sign with our name. We verified he was in fact our driver and not an imposter, and off we went to his van. The vehicle was a nice, new, large passenger van and was very comfortable. Willam was very kind and gracious, but he did not speak English very well. I knew only a little basic Spanish and so we relied on Google Translate for most of our basic conversation. He did provide us the use of his cellphone’s hot spot, and that was a very nice bonus. It allowed us to text our loved ones that we had made it safely, and to follow our journey on a map app. I only wish he had a better comprehension of English, so that he could have been able to point out more sites along our 3 hour journey. As we passed through little towns along the way, it would have been nice to know something about them. Over all, William was a good driver, very familiar with the route, and even used a short cut to save us 15 minutes on our mapped trip, as well as avoid being stuck behind a bus making local stops along the main route. I would have not been comfortable at all trying to drive this route, and was glad we secured a driver for the task.

Our transfer from Samara to LIR airport with Juan Luis was absolutely amazing. He got us to our location safely, pointed out key structures along the way, and kept us laughing all the way to our destination. His attentiveness to safety was not only geared towards his passengers but also towards his fellow Costa Ricans; during our trip we approached a tree which appeared to fall in the road causing traffic to come to a congestion. While others attempted to pass the tree by to not disturb their travels. Juan Luis stopped our vehicle (which I fully supported) got out enlisted other travelers from other vehicles and together they removed the tree from blocking the road ensuring the safety of all who were traveling pass. This in my opinion truly exemplifies the meaning of Pura Vida. Thank you Juan Luis, I enjoyed you energy. We had Mauricio Herra as our driver for a long three hour drive. Mauricio pulled up 20 minutes early, 5:40a.m. And was in one of the nicest vans I have ever been in. A/C was blowing through the head rest onto the back of the neck which was great as your going through windy mountain roads. He spoke fluent English and could answer any questions we had for him. He was a very enjoyable person to talk with and wish him the best in his future endeavors. Next time we are in La Fortuna area, we will try our best to use him again. Thanks, from the Sharp family.

Francisco was an excellent driver, he exceeded our expectations !! Very nice and smooth ride with complementary snacks and little side stops to show us some animals, sightseeing, and even try out some tropical fruits !! Very kind and considerate driver, who tried to show us as much of Costan Rican culture along the way as possible, volunteered to take pics for us - best shuttle service we’ve ever had, highly recommend!!

We had a good organized pick up at the Airport by Carlos. After a very short walk to the bus we received a bottle of water what was exactly what we needed in this hot afternoon. Carlos explained many local things and even stopped shortly after we saw the monkeys.

We had arranged to be picked up from the airport and taken to our hotel with a couple stops along the way. Our driver was waiting outside the airport with our name so it was easy to find him. Marvan was exceptional! Not ony did we have a driver but a tour guide as well. I would highly recommend this company. The van was clean and in excellent shape and the air-conditioning worked!

We were picked up on time at Liberia Airport by Greddy Vargas. He was very personable and gave us quite a lot of information on our over 3 hour journey to La Fortuna. We stopped for a fabulous late lunch at Cafe Macadamia on Lake Arenal highly recommended by Greddy. What a lovely stop and the food was terrific. Our over all experience was very positive.

Our Driver Juan Luis was amazing. He was more than a driver and more of tour guide. He made sure to stop in key places and recommended places to eat. He knew his history and shared great knowledge along the way.

Jonny Kopper was great!! He stoped at the fruit stand and got us snacks we were talking about, he was friendly and helpful and taught us history and spanish. 10/10

Carlos was our driver and was fantastic. Very welcoming. Picked us up at LIR, took us to Arenal. We stopped for lunch along the way. The van was extremely comfortable and well air conditioned.

Carlos was an amazing host! We booked a trip from the airport to La Fortuna. Carlos greeted us and brought us to his car. The car is luxurious SUV with reclining seating systems. It was super comfortable ride. Midway through, we stopped to have lunch and it was delicious! Highly recommend his service!

After a very long day of travel, we weren’t happy about another 3 hour ride. But Dylan was spectacular. And even broke the trip up for us. He was incredible.

Tommy was incredible! We felt very safe as a group of girls traveling to Costa Rica for the first time. Tommy was very friendly and taught us all about the country! He let us stop to take pictures and took us to a nice place to eat that overlooked Lake Arenal. He even stopped to help a mother and baby Coati cross the street. 11/10 experience!

Emanuel was an excellent shuttle driver for my trip from Liberia to La Fortuna! He is very communicative, flexible, and friendly. When my flight landed early, I requested to change my pick-up location from the airport to a place in downtown, and he was happy to make that change. Highly recommend this shuttle service to anyone looking to get from town to town without renting a car!

Hugo was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of the trip. He stopped several times to show us things and educate us about Costa Rica also stopped several times once for us to eat once for us to gather supplies, extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

100/10. there are not enough stars on yelp to express how incredible this man is. He stopped to get us mixers. He recommended the best food on the planet as a rest stop and was so accommodating when we saw trees, animals and just scenic photo shoots. Already requested him again to bring us back to our second destination. Do not hesitate. Trustworthy reliable and hilarious.

We hired RideCR as a private shuttle to take my spouse and I from Playa Del Coco to La Fortuna. The van arrived in advance of the booking time and was already speaking with reception when we arrived. The driver helped us with our bags to the van and then ensured we were comfortable and safe. Now and then the driver provided knowledge and tips of the area but because my spouse and I were very tired from a big morning adventure, we spent most of the ride half-sleeping. The driver arrived at our hotel in La Fortuna and helped us with our luggage again. He was very polite and friendly and we felt safe and enjoyed the drive. Arrangements were made using WhatsApp and payments done in advance. Everything was done professionally.

Carlos picked us up promptly. Van was brand new, lots of room! He also recommended a great restaurant on the way to the hotel that we loved!

Honestly the best and most comfortable ride i’ve ever taken. I was nervous when I heard it was going to be a 3 hour ride and I would be alone, but Carlos Corrales made it super easy. He was very nice and got me to my destination safely. I reclined my chair put my feet up and relaxed the entire way! Definitely will use again!

Hugo Lopez was our driver and he was excellent! The shuttle was very clean and comfortable. Hugo looked after our comfort and stopped to give us some restroom breaks and to get some snacks. He provided lots of information on the scenery and showed us many points of interest. We got Hugo for our shuttle from Liberia airport to La Fortuna. We were pleasantly surprised when we got Hugo again for our shuttle from Quepos to Samara! Like seeing a trusted friend! I would use RideCR again and ask for Hugo. 5 STARS!

We had a great ride from La Fortuna to Liberia Airport with Carlos Corales. Pick up on time in a very luxurious van (reclining seats, phone chargers). Carlos was able to make an extra stop at a pharmacy for us. The car was clean and the ride was smooth, great communication from the driver.
