Private Transfer From Lir Airport To Westin Playa Conchal Resort

We had a great experience with our transportation to and from Liberia Airport and the Westin Reserva Conchal. Both drivers were friendly, professional, and prompt, making our transfers smooth and stress-free. The vehicles were comfortable, and we felt well taken care of both ways. Having reliable transportation made arriving in Costa Rica and getting back to the airport so much easier. We would definitely recommend this service to anyone traveling to the area!

Our driver was waiting for us at the airport and assisted in moving our luggage promptly. He was very informative about the country and the areas we drove through in route to our hotel. Everything went seamlessly.

The confirmation was confusing as it called out “Transfer from LIR to Westin Conchal” when I had booked the transfer from the “Westin to LIR”. I had to call in to confirm that the trip was in fact from the hotel to the airport. The time for pick up was chosen for me; however, it was easy to adjust the time with the gent. Just know you may have to call back in after booking. Description also states that there would be bottled water onboard for the 1 hour 15 minute trip, but our driver did not have any beverages.

The immigration line was 90 minutes long with no reception. I got a message that the driver left before we got out of the terminal. No service was provided and they are refusing a refund. Total rip off

This was a private round trip transport from airport to hotel and then back in Costa Rica. Both drivers were excellent—spoke good English, drove smoothly and were on time and very considerate. Guanacaste Viejes —great company

We were supposed to get a minibus with an English driver. What we got was a crew cab pick up, with a driver that spoke very little English. Also, no water was provided as was promised on the reservation confirmation. However, the driver was a very careful.and steady driver.

Luis was a super professional and courteous driver. He assisted with luggage and navigated the roads safely for us.

Driver arrived on time at our specified location. He was friendly, polite and helpful. He offered to stop on our way back to the airport if we needed anything. We arrived in a timely manner. I would recommend the service.

I booked two other car services and cancelled bc they both required a separate second booking (outside of Viator) for the return trip. This car service is the way to go — all-in fee up front, clean vehicles, friendly drivers who are on time! No issues at all. I had a little trouble finding the guy when I landed but that’s bc my flight was early, customs was super quick, and he was just pulling in. I messaged the service on the WhatsApp number they gave me, and they responded quickly to give me his information. Would absolutely book this service again!

Because of the terrible lines to get through immigration it took almost 2 hours to get through. I contacted the driver who patiently waited. He was easy to find outside the baggage claim area and then offered to stop so we good get some snacks and beverages for our 1hr ride to the hotel. Only thing is the store we stopped at was a tourist trap with 2 12 packs a bottle of wine and few bags of chips costing 90 US dollars.

Great private transportation service from LIR to Margaritaville Beach Resort in Playa Flamingo. Driver was immediately outside the airport.

Excellent service to our resort and for our return trip to the airport. Our drivers were on time, courteous, and went out of their way to offer to make any stops for necessities along the way. The vans were very clean and professional. This is the second time that we have used the service in Costa Rica and will use it every time we return.

Operator was excellent. Our flight was repeatedly delayed but we were in constant communication with the driver. Our group of ten was ushered to our drive promptly. Driver asked if we’d like to take a short cut (traffic on the main road was terribly backed up) - so we had an extra jungle adventure!

Simply amazing transfer both from LIR and to LIR. They were waiting for us before the stated arrival times. Additionally, one member of our family of 12 left his cell phone in the bus and they called me on "What's App" to let me know they found it and would return it to him. This occurred on Christmas Day!

Our booking confirmation got messed up so that our driver was set to pick us up at the wrong time even though our booking confirmation was correct and has the right details. When we discovered the issue about 30 minutes before we were supposed to be picked up I called Guanacaste and told them our issue and they were super helpful and found us another driver Herman, who was able to pick us up on time and from the location we were at rather than the airport where we were scheduled to be picked up. Herman was an awesome driver and was very fun to talk to the whole drive and learn more about Costa Rica as we were taken to our resort! I was very impressed by the service provided and help we received in getting the safe and effective transportation to our destination!

Outstanding private ride from the Airport to the Westin Hotel. Can’t thank Erick enough for how polite and helpful he was. Met us by the front door as described, helped with all of our luggage….and got us into a clean, cool little van for our 90 minute ride to the hotel. Erick even stopped at a mini-mart for me to pick up some cold adult beverages on the way! :-) Very highly recommend this service. Thank You Erick.

Great experience with Carlos. Very friendly and polite, waiting in airport with sign when we arrived and early to take us back. He was the right amount of chatty, safe driver, and clean van. Communication was good overall. Note, you get a confirmation as the time of booking but the next one doesn't arrive until late evening the night before. My only recommendation would be to send the second confirmation with the driver details and a bit more in advance. Good after that though as you get driver is en route and driver has arrived emails. They were also accommodating when we had to change flights at the airport and communicated well during that.

We traveled with 10 family members and we couldn’t have asked for better service! Vehicle was great and ac was cold.
