German, our round trip airport/ hotel transfer driver was so kind and knowledgeable. He shared much information about the province of Guanacaste and we enjoyed our ride. He also stop for us to use the restroom and get a snack. He offered us water. The service was smooth and there was no issues at all. Very happy we chose this service. Thank you !

The description is very deceiving! It was NOT the vehicle pictured but an old pick up truck. The driver did not speak any English yet the posting says English Guide. We could have ordered an Uber for less $ and same experience.

This was our first time visiting Costa Rica and needed transportation from the airport to our hotel which was almost 2 hours away. They picked us up promptly giving us a text of our driver’s name and phone number. I confirmed the ride back and they provided the same info to us. We were very pleased with the service they provided.

Driver never called or showed up. I was left waiting at the airport after prepaying for the service. Viator tried to help. Neither of us were able to reach the vendor. Many other drivers swarmed me wanting to sell their services. I ended up getting a refund from Viator since they could not reach the vendor or find an alternate for me. It was inexcusable! The refund from Viator did not cover the extra $50 I had to pay for a reputable vendor at the airport. Buyer beware when arriving at Liberia Airport. One man tried to convince me to go to the mini mart for a driver there. Just horrible. The airport staff was very helpful, including the airport ambassador. I have been all over the world with Viator drivers through the years. This was the first time I had a true no show, having waited over an hour. I have had a couple of bad drivers before, but by and large they are a good vendor.

Prompt and professional drivers with comfortable vans. Our driver kindly offered to stop at a market for us to pick up snacks and drinks on our way to the resort. I was nervous to use an outside vendor, but the transfer offered by the hotel was so much more expensive.

Professional, the driver was waiting when we arrived. Professional and friendly. Vehicle was clean and air conditioned. The ride was relaxing and the driver even gave us suggestions for our time Guanacaste. The driver who picked us up for our departure was impeccable be arrived early and took is to several local markets for liquor and souvenirs. Oh did I mention they have very competitive prices. We also booked this company for our trip to La Fortuna/Tabacon Spa Resort. Wonderful experience all around.

Professional, safe, and on time. Our driver took the time to show us wildlife on the trip to the hotel. He even pulled over on the way so we could get out and see a howler monkey in the trees. The kids loved it, and I think it created additional excitement for everyone. We were also able to make a stop at a local grocery store to get items needed for the week. The same driver picked us up again for the travel back to the airport at the end of our trip. Quick note - upon arrival into the Liberia airport, look for your driver to be standing outside the airport with maroon shirt, and your name on a sign. We thought he would be inside, so it created minor confusion, but was cleared quickly. Drop off at airport for departure was seamless too. Great trip.

Was able to connect via email prior to coming. We worked out how to recognize each other and they had a sign. Just arriving to a foreign place can be nerve racking but it was smooth as can be. Took the hour + ride to the JW Marriott without any issues.

I highly recommend using this company. The driver that picked us up from the airport was patient and greeted us with much needed cold water. he was very engaging and professional. A safe and respectful driver. The return trip the driver greeted us with a smile and even arrived early. Kept the car cool and comfy the entire journey.

Easy booking and payment online. Driver details sent via email closer to the trip. Driver was there ahead of time waiting. The company/Manuel is responsive (WhatsApp and phone call) and was extremely flexible to accommodate changes (the night before) due to our flight cancelation, stress free.

Our driver “Fabian”was fabulous Picked us up from the airport promptly and was very friendly! Also our driver that picked us up “Erick”from the airport was very nice and picked us early so that we could get to our flight and through customs on time! This was such an easy experience. As soon as we exited LIR airport, our driver was waiting for us with our name on a sign. Van was nice and cool in the Costa Rican heat. We used this same service on our return to LIR and the driver arrived on time and off we went. We had to change my husband's departure date and it was not a problem. Company was easy to contact for changes. Definitely recommend using this reputable company.

Mario was very courteous and we had a wonderful informative conversation during the hour long trip to the hotel. I’ll definitely hope to have Mario assigned to us for the return trip. We used this company in March 2019. The service was exactly as described. Our driver from the airport was Carlos (he even stopped at a grocery store for us on the way to the hotel) and Jose took us back to the airport a week later. I never even confirmed the trip back to the airport. They were just right where they said they'd be. The van was clean and air conditioned. Highly recommend!

<p>Although it was not offered on the Viator site Viator called the service provided to see if they would provide return shuttle service from the hotel to the airport, which they were happy to provide. We received an email with instructions including the pickup time for the hotel. There were several construction sites between our hotel and the airport so we sent an email the day before and requested if possible to be picked up 30 minutes earlier. The company responded and said they would have the driver there at the new time. The driver was actually there 15 minutes earlier that our updated time so we had plenty of time to get through customs and security, As with our transfer from the hotel to the airport, our driver spoke excellent English, and was a very good driver. Would highly recommend this company for transfers to and from the airport and the JW Marriott.</p>

<p>This was a great shuttle service. When we got there the airport lobby area and outside were packed with various companies all with signs to pick up people. The driver was dressed in a maroon shirt that was easy to find in the sea of white shirts. Our drove spoke excellent English, was a very good driver, and he even offered to stop at a grocery store if we wanted to pick up anything.</p>
