Our Guide Carlos was waiting for us when we exited the main terminal of the airport with a sign that had our name. En route to the hotel he gave us tips and ideas and told us a little bit about the area, and he was very kind friendly and professional would definitely recommend.

Carlos was the best! We used this company for transport from LIR to La Fortuna, then to Guanacaste and return to airport. Carlos was punctual, knowledgeable, SUPER friendly and an all around great guy! We highly recommend this company for a fun, stress free and safe transportation option.

Carlos provided 5 transfers for our family during our recent two week trip to Costa Rica. He was extremely reliable and was on time or early each time. He was knowledgeable about the local areas we visited and provided all sorts of interesting information about Costa Rica during our drives. He was very accommodating to any stops we wanted to make and on our longer drives had spots of interest picked out to stop for a break. Very good transportation company. Our driver Daniel met us outside the airport after we secured our bags from baggage claim. He was easy to find and very helpful. We used the same company for our return home. Our flight was delayed over an hour and the driver waited at our resort as we worked through the departure delay and potential flight cancellation. Again excellent experience on the ride back to Liberia airport.

Our driver never showed up. We called the number provided by Costa Trip multiple times and it always went to voicemail. It was a sketchy experience as other companies swooped in and tried to put our suitcases in an unmarked sedan car. We ended up making it to the hotel via someone random, but I would not recommend this. They will likely not have someone actually there for you in a uniform holding a sign with your name on it as promised.

We stopped at a market on the way to our hotel (1.5 hrs from the airport) and after a long day of travel, Carlos provided a perfect ride. Daniel transported us from the LIB airport to Tamarindo, which is about 1.5 hours away. We asked for a quick stop at Price Point (like Costco) to get some groceries and he happily obliged. (Of course, we added extra thanks to his tip.) He was very conversational and pointed out a lot of interesting info along the way. We highly recommend!

The write up said alcoholic beverages included. We were only given a warm 6oz bottle of water. The driver said very little to us because none of us were bilingual. He talked on his phone the entire drive and we learned nothing of our surroundings other than stopping for one picture of an oceanview.

Our driver was fantastic! He was timely, friendly and made sure we were comfortable. We had a one and half hour trip to Dreams Las Mareas which flew by as he enjoyed talking to us about Costa Rican culture and he made sure to point out things to take note of such as trees, volcanoes, parks, etc. as we drove by them. Overall, this was an awesome experience.
