Great experience with the airport transportation! Our drivers were on time for both the arrival and departure, very polite, and happy to answer all of our questions. They even offered us water when we arrived, which was a nice touch. The ride was smooth and comfortable both ways, and on the way back to the airport, they even stopped at a souvenir shop so we could grab a few things. Everything was easy and stress-free. We would definitely use them again! 🙌🏾🇨🇷

Excellent Transportation — Smooth, Professional and Friendly! We had an excellent experience with this transportation company. They were extremely professional, punctual, and attentive, and the driving was very smooth. I’m prone to motion sickness and actually became very sick during another excursion in Costa Rica, but with these drivers I had absolutely no motion sickness at all, which I really appreciated. The drivers were also very friendly, talkative, and personable, so the rides were enjoyable and never felt awkward. One thing I wasn’t aware of beforehand is that they also offer excursions and tours. Based on how professional and friendly they were—and especially how smoothly they drove—I would definitely recommend looking into the other tours they offer as well. Overall, excellent service and great drivers. I would absolutely use them again!

After an airport experience from a horror movie—super long lines, confusion , and unbearable heat—we were over an hour late for our pickup. I was so worried our driver would leave without us! Driver was so kind and friendly. We had to change our time to an earlier pick up and they were quick to respond to accommodate this and showed up on time when we needed them. I booked our transportation for our entire group. The booking does not allow you to specify if arriving on separate flights. I could sense the driver was annoyed. He reached out a few times about where we were even though I explained to him and the office that customs line was long and that the other part of our group had to get their bags. When we finally came out, the driver was not in a nice mood. He barely spoke, didn’t even offer to get our group photo as this was supposed to be an experience. He even also told us to carry our bags to the back of the truck. Very standoffish. We tipped the driver very well anyway as it was the right thing to do but I will not be booking with this company again. Our experience could have been way better.

Everything was perfect. Our driver, Miguel, was waiting outside with our name, even though our flight had been delayed. The SUV was comfortable, the AC was working, the ride to our resort was as quick as traffic allowed. Absolutely no complaints.
