Tortuga Island is a gorgeous 120 hectares sanctuary located in the Central Pacific of Costa Rica. It is the perfect destination to spend the day chilling out and enjoying a beach getaway surrounded by stunning turquoise waters.
The excursion begins early in the morning, after being picked up from your Montezuma selected hotel by a tourist transportation; while you enjoy the panoramic 40 minutes’ drive to Montezuma Village. Upon arrival, you will board the tourist boat to start the scenic 01-hour cruise bordering the Peninsula Coast and passing through the rolling waves while you are felling the Ocean breeze!
As soon as you disembark on enchanting Tortuga Island, you will feel a relaxing sensation of its warm waters and the white sands under your feet.
According to the visibility of the water, the tide and the waves, it may be possible to practice a 2 hours snorkelling tour into the crystalline waters to admire the vibrant tropical marine life including crustaceans, molluscs and plenty of colourful tropical fish.
Following your heart-pumping pursuits, at mid-day, you will taste a delicious Picnic lunch, prepared by your crew, beneath the shade of the palms!
Spend the rest of the day sunbathing and lounging in the beach, swimming in the pristine waters or walking around the white sand beach of this exotic destination.
Afternoon is at leisure to have fun with optional activities (at extra cost). For more adventurous: head out in a kayak to discover the hidden places of the island. For beach-goers, sink into a seaside shades for siesta or continue swimming and lounging on the white sands of Tortuga Island.
At the end of the day, return to your selected hotel following your unforgettable outing.
