We could not have had more fun with Jorge driving us from the airport to our hotel! He was safe and friendly… and answered every question my group of six had! Proud local, he loves to share all he knows about his beautiful region… and excellent English! We are booking him for the airport return to share all our experiences! Wish we had known he also does day trips before we booked other things…

We loved Jorge so much that after our shuttle service to our air b and b, we booked him for a few tours and the return shuttle service back to the airport. He really showed us the true Costa Rica experience. He was very knowledgeable, very friendly and always early! I would highly recommend him!

Shalom Travel took care of us from the moment we landed at Liberia International Airport until it was time to head home. They picked us up at LIR, drove us to our condo, handled our transportation throughout the week, and got us back to the airport at the end of the trip. Having that part completely taken care of made the whole vacation so much easier. We packed a lot into one week. We spent time at Coco Beach, experienced Costa Rican Independence Day with a local parade and festival, visited waterfalls and a volcano, went horseback riding, had a traditional Costa Rican lunch, zip-lined through Monteverde, walked the hanging bridges in the cloud forest, took the scenic drive toward Flamingo, surfed in Tamarindo, watched the sunset over dinner, and finished the trip with a relaxing river boat safari where we got to see wildlife. One of my favorite days was the trip through Monteverde. The cloud forest was unlike anything I had ever experienced. Tamarindo was another highlight. We got to surf, eat, and just enjoy the coast before ending the day with dinner at Father Rooster. Jorge was an excellent guide throughout the trip. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything feel relaxed and personal. Our drivers, Manrique, David, and Gershwin, were all dependable and professional. They even helped us handle different schedules when one person in our group had to leave early for the airport while the rest of us continued with the day’s activities. What I appreciated most was that Shalom Travel didn’t just get us from place to place. They helped make the entire week flow smoothly, and they gave us a chance to experience so many different sides of Costa Rica. From the beaches of Guanacaste to waterfalls, volcanoes, wildlife, surfing, and the cloud forest of Monteverde, this was an incredible trip. I already know I want to come back to Costa Rica, and I would absolutely use Shalom Travel again. Shalom Travel was awesome! Very courteous and punctual. They arrived to pick me up well before the required time and were very patient. Communication was fast and clear. The vehicles were clean and the drivers helpful and friendly. They looked for you upon arriving to the airport with a sign. They made traveling around another country one less thing to stress about. Highly recommend.

We were greeted by our driver as planned. The 7 of us loaded into the comfortable van and we headed towards our VRBO in Tamarindo. The driver kindly stopped at a store so we could buy some basic food and beverages. All went well and we arrived safely!!

They contacted us while we were in the immigration line. The driver was ready for us with only a short wait outside. The driver was very friendly.

No one waiting at airport, finally found someone to help who found a driver, nice a/c van with water... we believe we bought round trip transfers ( filled in all flight info) now not sure if we have return

Upon arrival in Liberia airport we were promptly greeted by the driver William was pleasant and gave us a cold water and got a swiftly to our hotel. We then use shalom service for two tours and both of them were excellent, informative. Jorge was friendly pleasant and fun to be with. He took good care of us both with his driving and with our encounters with nature. We hiked across suspension bridges saw a waterfalls had a mud bath and a volcano steam in the sauna as well as enjoy the hot springs. The following day we had an animal excursion in the jungle after swimming under a waterfall. We saw sloth spider monkeys snake snakes frogs toucan as well as other wildlife. Both days we had a wonderful lunch and Jorge make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed

It was a great experience, our driver was very nice and on time. He drove us from the airport to our hotel and took us back to the airport as well when it was time to leave. He stopped twice for us along the way, to grab food and pull money out of the ATM, I would recommend them and will be using them again when we go back to Costa Rica.

Jorge is very good at customer service. We were a large group visiting Costa Rica and I had contacted him for shuttle services in each instance only the day before…Jorge delivered each time arriving ahead of time in a quality van. His fees are reasonable. I would highly recommend…on a side note he is very responsive on what’s app and speaks fluent English.

The vehicle is very clean and the driver was very friendly and helpful. I would’ve given five stars however we were told the driver would be at the main exit to pick us up. We waited at the main exit where there were 20 or 30 drivers waiting. Unfortunately , Our driver was at a different exit that was very small and on the other side of the building where there were only two or three drivers waiting. We were worried we’d have to find another driver, however we eventually found him.

We had a completely smooth experience from booking to pick up. We were so pleased with the communication and promptness of our airport pickup. Would recommend them to anyone!

Jorge provided excellent customer service by being over communicative and accommodating. I was supposed to meet up at 2:45 but didn’t get to the location until 4, and they were still able to shuttle me to the hotel. I recommend Jorge and his team for all shuttle services!

Wow where to even start ! With Jorge and David you feel like you’re getting a world class service and they went above and beyond with the transportation , tours , and our other activities. They always had a great attitude and were very clear with their communication. They picked us up in a brand new clean car from the airport and used the same for our tour. He was always available for us in real time for any questions. We stayed in the Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton and they delivered the same level of experience as an independent guide. We used to go to Hawaii and Mexico but 100% recommend Costa Rica over both for a once in a lifetime experience.
