We had an absolutely wonderful experience with this transportation company! We were a group of 17, and everything was handled perfectly from beginning to end. The drivers were always on time, extremely friendly, kind, respectful, and professional. The vans were very comfortable, and the organization and coordination were truly excellent. Every pickup was right on schedule, and we never had to worry about a thing. It's not easy coordinating transportation for a group of 17 people, but this company made everything smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. We couldn't have asked for better service! Adrian was the best! Messaged (WhatsApp) me prior to my arrival to make sure I was comfortable and aware of who he was and the vehicle. Had a professional sign with my name on it on arrival. They were on time (actually there before the time I arrived) and ready to greet me and assist with bags. Best company for your transportation in Costa Rica hands down!

One thing I can say is Guanacaste Shuttle transfer did not disappoint me booking less than 48hours before my flight. I had an issue with another transfer service which their customer service was unacceptable and I cancel the booking. I contacted Guanacaste Shuttle and Adrian responded in a timely manner and our Driver Clever was great. Highly recommend Guanacaste Shuttle Service. I will use them again on my second time visiting Costa Rica.

We had a 10 am transfer to the airport. By 945, and maybe even earlier, the driver was out there waiting for us. Our bags were stowed away, and we were off. The driver was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even provided a mini information session about Costa Rica. The van was immaculate. Clean and very comfortable. My wife and I wished the ride to the airport was longer because of how relaxed we were. Once at the airport, he removed our luggage and directed us as to where to go. I'm upset I didn't book them when we first landed in Costa Rica. But now I know and I'll only use them! Great service!

Guanacaste shuttle service was an amazing experience for my wife and I. We booked round trip transportation to our hotel and it could not have gone any better. Communication was absolutely amazing, emailing us several days before the trip to confirm all our details. Our flight was slightly delayed arriving into LIR airport and they had no issue with waiting for our arrival. They were made aware and emailed us that they would be patiently waiting outside. Our driver was so kind and spoke great English. He had our names on a sign and was easy to find. He pointed out sites on our way to the hotel as we enjoyed our night refreshing beer in the back. We would highly recommend this company and plan on using them every time we come to Costa Rica.

5 star service from start to finish, at super affordable prices! Especially for groups. After booking, Adrian was communicative on WhatsApp and reached out to confirm our flight numbers. He was on time for the airport transfer (even early) and had a clear sign, instructions and description of what he was wearing. His driving was comfortable and he gave us amazing recommendations for food, activities and sites — we used many of them. He even offered to coordinate them on our behalf! We were in constant communication throughout our trip and he was quick and responsive. We of course booked him again for the ride back to the airport. We even messed up the booking and he proactively reached out to ensure we weren’t overcharged. He is trustworthy and so nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
