Christian met us with a sign at the airport with my name on it so it was soooo easy to find him. I texted the WhatsApp number to notify them of our landing and right away someone responded ! We were handed ice cold waters that were much needed as soon as we entered the van. So communicative and so friendly. Definitely will book again for my mother and I.
I did not go. Beware of them. A bunch of thieves. I had a chat with them to schedule pick up, and despite the website's price (115$ for 5 passengers), they wanted 800$!!! See photos of the chat.

DO NOT BOOK! What is advertised is not what you will get. I ordered luxury private transportation (similar the Sprinter van shown) and was met with someone’s old personal suv. There was zero leg room for our 90 min ride and the bags barely fit in the back. The company customer service rep (NOT Viator) was extremely rude and dismissive when I inquired about a refund. In summary, there are better, more luxurious and more affordable options that i would encourage you to select. Other than this minor mishap, you will LOVE Costa Rica! Pura Vida!

We did the round trip-the way back to the airport was enjoyable although no refreshments (like water) were provided. The pick up from Liberia to Guanacaste was terrifying-our driver did not speak English (even though we requested English speaking) and she would pass 5 trucks at a time. We did not feel safe.
We used 506 for transportation from LIR airport to our hotel, the Westin Reserva Conchal, as well as return service to the airport for departure. Both drivers were timely and professional. The vehicles were both clean and comfortable. A water and a beer were offered. Would use them again!

Due to unexpected weather-related closures at Liberia Airport, the flights were redirected to San Jose Airport, requiring last-minute coordination for transportation to the resort—a 5-hour drive away. This is roundtrip! So keep that in mind when searching since most of the transportation is just one way. So this is the best deal possible! Great vans with Ac was there when we landed. I would recommend this to anyone going from Liberia to the coast hotels.

Sending them my money was the easy part, getting it back, unfortunately took way too much work on my part. Guys - things come up, I get it. But you need to do a much better job of servicing customers when things don't work out. I should not have had to follow up as much as I did to get my money back. Please do better.
Excellent transfer with Henry! He was at the airport waiting for my friend and I before we even arrived. He was friendly, polite and punctual. He made us two girls feel very safe. He was extremely personable, and he was able to answer all of our questions about Costa Rica. We had a longer drive to our hotel, and Henry made it SO much better. Highly recommend the company and a wonderful experience with Henry!

Junior was our driver. He was easy to find at the airport since he had a sign with our name on it. Carried and loaded our luggage and served us ice cold beers/waters on the drive to the hotel.

We highly recommend this service! We had a large party of 19 people which they were able to accommodate with absolutely no issues. The transportation was quick, clean, and safe. Additionally, we ended up booking this same company for multiple transfers and a day-long excursion! They were absolutely fantastic and the price was very reasonable compared to other companies. Sebastian was so responsive by email and text and answered all of our questions. They were constantly on time or early and easy to locate. The whole team was so kind! Our tour guide Danny and driver Anthony Jr. were AMAZING and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate at all to book them again! Thank you for making our vacation so great!

This ride was not worth $180. They pulled up to the pickup site in a regular vehicle, nothing extravagant (nothing worth $180). The driver also did not speak English. The driver provided wine but It was nasty and the driver kept the bottle. There was also no snacks provided. Please do not use this company. See if the hotel you’re staying at has a shuttle. This experience was not worth the price. Find a cheaper alternative.
Our airport transfer was great. Our driver was easy to spot and even offered to make a stop on our way to our rental. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone traveling to Tamarindo.
We were fortunate enough to have Junior as our driver upon our arrival in Liberia and on our return from Tamarindo. He was personable and good driver. We felt safe during our rides and I highly recommend this transportation company.
The company is great, drivers are friendly and professional. They messaged me two days prior to confirm, showed up early and got us to airport on time. My only reason for giving a 4 star rather than 5, is because the vehicle used to take us back to airport was not the same quality as when we were picked uo from airport. The transmission was going out. It was so bad the driver had to pull off the road a couple times to work some magic to get us going again. Not a good look in a transportation company. I would use them again, but only after I confirm I won't be picked up in that vehicle.
Our driver Diego was amazing! He was there on time waiting for us and had water and beers for us. He was a great driver and stop for us to get water and a few things for our condo! He was perfect!
Our driver Hugo was excellent! This is my first time using a driver service and was a little nervous. Would we find our driver? Would we be safe? All that for nothing. Hugo was waiting for us right outside, my name on a little sign. From the second I saw him I knew we would be ok. Super friendly, knowledgable about the areas we passed though, professional. My partner was suprised at the quality of the vehicle we were picked up, vety nice...and the ice cold beer of course. Icing on the cake. Very pleased with this company.

This was an amazing experience. They were quick to find us and so kind. They helped with bags and got us to our vehicle quick. Car was clean and AC was on high. The refreshments were ice cold. They also were there to help book my Atv excursion and last the dirt bike rental of two of the guests you were with me. They were on time and got us everywhere on time. Great experience from start to finish, Sebastian reached out to me immediately after booking via trip advisor to make sure we had all the details correct and to see if there was anything else we needed. everything was super easy and we ended up booking two additional excursions through them as well as renting a few bikes for transport around Tamarindo and doing our return airport transfer they were always available if we needed them, Sebastian came by our Airbnb multiple times to assist with gas and starting the bikes when we were having issues, he also had great recommendations for things to do and see in the area could not recommend the company more, I will definitely be using them when i return to Costa Rica
