Good View Mega Combo

This excursion was amazing! We had a ball here and everyone was so nice and helpful. Big ups to our driver Nolmar, he was very informative and made the experience even more memorable! Also, the tour guide Randy was very fast With communication, promptly with pickup time and compromise with our transportation. Definitely recommend this excursion.

Randy is just amazing overall! He’s very friendly & knows exactly what he’s doing when it comes to these tours. From the get go it was all good vibes and energy with him. I had such great time zip lining, horse back riding, the water slide and I definitely loved the hot springs and the mud bath. I can’t wait to go back to Costa Rica and do more excursions with him. I definitely will recommend him to everyone going to Costa Rica. Thank you for everything Randy! Pura vida!!

We had the best day with Randy! We rode horses up the mountain where the zip lines began. We enjoyed a traditional Costa Rican lunch before going down the water slide to swim and play in the volcanic mud and hot springs. Randy was so informative and friendly, he made us all feel at ease. We have 3 children (16,13,9) and they all enjoyed it. My oldest son and I also did the ATV tour on a separate day, which we booked through Randy’s company. I would not hesitate to use Randy for any of our excursion needs again!

Randy is the best. He was so easy to communicate with. Would respond to WhatsApp messages within the hour at the latest. Came to pick us up with a very nice van. We were a group on 6. 4 kids and two adults. Had a great time. He was cheaper than anywhere else I checked. I had read about him on trip advisor. I totally recommend him.

Randy Randy Randy!!! If you don’t know Randy then you are missing out on one of the best genuine warm amazing people you will ever know. From the beginning through the end of the tour we felt safe, welcome and well taken care of. My favorite excursion was the zip line tour. Amazing views in the top of trees and paradise like surroundings. If you go to Buena Vista in Costa Rica you have to request Randy. You will not regret it. Pura Vida!!!

We are repeat customers of Randy and his company Costa Rica Excursions. This year he arranged our full day 35 person excursion which included zip lining, jungle waterslide, cultural tour, horseback riding, mud baths and hot springs. Everything ran so smoothly and at the perfect pace to fit everything in! Afterwards our whole group was raving about how awesome it was, and how good the value was. Randy even had a personalized wedding gift created for my husband and I since we were in Costa Rica to get married. It was so special and a day we'll always remember!

The whole excursion was absolutely amazing. Joel Wright was one of the most easiest and kind individuals to talk to. Joel set us up with our whole day and with our own van and amazing tour guide Alex. They even planned an extra pony ride on the beach for our 3 yr old son. They are absolutely amazing people. Joel everyday would come to say hi and joke with the kids after our excursion so it wasn’t just a business deal it was making friends. I would recommend these guys hands down for all your excursions.

We had such an incredible time doing the Mega Combo Tour with Randy! It was a fun filled experience zip lining, horse back riding, exploring the hot springs, and enjoying the best meal I had all trip. We were a group with ages ranging from 2 to 65 and Randy not only accommodated us all, he went out of his way to make sure we were all comfortable and enjoying ourselves. I would highly recommend this tour!

My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, randy was our tour guide and we had an amazing time I would highly suggest for an unforgettable, safe, and fun time. I consider Randy my new family friend.

Such an amazing experience! We visited a scenic point for some quick photos then we visited the Bandaranaike hot springs & adventures. We had a quick 10-15 minute culture class, went horse back riding, zip lining, had a delicious authentic lunch, and visited the hot springs! It was so amazing and beautiful! Randy was amazing and so nice throughout the whole day! He even took some pictures of us and shared at the end of our day. He also had refreshments available for us(beer, water, soda) 10/10, highly recommend!

Randy was our tour guide on the first day and he was the best! Randy & his driver was amazing. Randy had so much knowledge about the areas we drove through and the Vandara Springs we visited for our mega excursion. We were able to get out and take pics of the scenery and it was just beautiful. We had so much fun learning about the culture and the food was soooo good! Horse back riding, water slide, mud baths, Hot Spings and beautiful waterfalls. We said no to zip lining lol We had great massages and was able to enjoy the rain while drinking beer. The next day we did ATV through the rivers and had a beautiful view at the top. The waterfalls were absolutely beautiful. The tour guys for the second day was equally awesome! I will definitely use these services again for all my adventures they are very accommodating.

Had a full day blast! My wife and I booked this through AmStar at our resort. They had a list of all of the things you need to bring for the day as it is a FULL days worth of activities. Our guide was Walter and he was flat out awesome! He explained everything on how the day was going to go. The day started slow I guess because nobody knew anyone else. But I assure you, you will get to know everyone in your group as the day moves along. You're basically in this action packed day all together. We started the day with learning about some of the Costa Rican culture and how they make some of their food (they provided samples) and then a presentation about how they make their pottery with clay, which was awesome. Our presenter was very passionate and really wanted to show us his culture. Afterwards, we were off to a horse ride that was maybe 30 minutes roughly. The horses were well trained and if you bring cash, you can tip the handlers who maintain them. Also, you can bring cash or card and pay for some of the pottery as well. Then we headed off to the 7 zip lines which were incredible! The views going from line to line were gorgeous and we were able to see the waterfall below on line 3 (I believe). Walter warned us in the volcano rain forest, it could rain at any time and it did. We got a quick rain shower on line 2 and it lasted for all of 4 minutes. And no more rain the rest of the trip. At the 6th line (the shortest), the guy hooking me up to the line asked, 'You want to go upside down?' My response was simple; 'Pura Vida mi amigo!' What a rush guys! Just say yes and figure out the rest later. After wrapping that up, we walked back up the mountain 3/4 of the way like we were headed back to the zip lines and stopped at the top of the water slide. It's a 1/4 mile long and a rush! Just make sure to keep your legs crossed and lean back and you'll be fine. You will love it! Lastly, you wrap up with a quick ride for lunch with a beautiful view of the countryside. The restaurant is empty, except your crew. Food was local and quite tasty. Then you get back to the gift shop area and they let you select the photos you want as they were taking them all day on each excursion. I believe it was $20 for all of them. They will email them to you on the spot. And you can get a sample of some of their local coffee, which was really good. And the final activity of the day was the sauna, mud bath and pool. You have to take time for the mud to dry off and then rinse. And the sauna was HOT HOT! Just walk in, sit down and stay low and you can put in 5 minutes (maybe ;-) Though it was a packed day, it was spread out enough to not feel crammed and rushed. Walter suggested we stop off at this stop on the way back to our resorts b/c it would be cheaper than many of the other tourist stops. We picked up a few goodies for family back home and spent less than $30 total. The stop also had ice cream and a convenience store addt'l drinks, snacks or liquor that was not tourist prices. Walter was one of the best guides we've ever had and appreciated his candor, information and friendliness. The driver, Victor, was also awesome. He was friendly, always got the door for us and was personable.

Randy helped us plan a fun day that proved to be a memorable day for my wife and I during our honeymoon.

Randy was so awesome! My girlfriend and I booked private transportation with him to and from the airport which was great, Randy had cold waters ready for us as we arrived into Liberia airport. Right off the bat, Randy was friendly and welcoming to the country. The next day we had the mega combo tour and Randy picked us up from our hotel and the fun began! We got to do zip lining, jungle water slide, cultural center, horseback riding, volcanic mud bath, and the most perfect way to end the day was with the hot springs. Everything and I mean everything was a top tier experience. Randy was very attentive to us and overall just an amazing guide/ person! We are going to bring back our family just to book with Randy again (and book more tours with him) so they can experience this! If you’re in Costa Rica, Randy is definitely the guy to go to. Pura vida!

My husband and I did a private tour with Randy. He came to pick us up in a nice car with a cooler with beers and water bottles. He was able to make a few stops on the way to our excursion for us to take photos. All the parts of the tour were in the same location, so we didn't have to spend too much time in the car. We left Dreams Las Mareas at 7:30a and returned at 4p. He was able to take photos and videos for us and then he was able to airdrop them to us. He was very knowledgeable about Costa Rica. I would definitely recommend him for any excursions you plan to do!

We had the most amazing time! My expectations were surpassed at every turn! We had a large party of ten with teens and tweens. We never stood in lines, activities were never crowded and our tour guide, Oscar, was beyond compare. If you can only do one adventure-make it the Mega Combo with this crew!

I originally went back to Costa Rica for a weeding of a friends but fortunately I ran into Joel and he told me about all the exciting tours they had available and without hesitation I signed up for the Buena Vista your mega combo! It was such an amazing experience I got to enjoy with my kids! They took us horse back riding and my favorite part was zip lining through the beautiful jungle of Costa Rica! We were also able to do the water slide and visit the hot springs after a mud bath! I mean just the whole experience was so great and I’m so happy I left the resort to see the real Costa Rica living! Pura vida is really a life style! Thank you Joel, Raymundo and are very handsome tour guide Oscar!!! Hope you can visit the USA one day too!

Randy has been wonderful to work with, he is very responsive and helpful when planning. Randy has a wealth of knowledge he shares along the way and takes the time to make us feel welcomed and learn about Costa Rica too. We really enjoyed all of the activities on the mega tour. Buena Vista had so much to offer, see and the views are beautiful. Everyone is so welcoming. We recommend having extra cash along, for souvenirs and tips. We also booked private shuttle service from and to the airport. We really enjoyed David, our driver he was nice and shared about Costa Rica as well. We liked having the vehicle to ourselves and on our time frame. Overall you will be treated amazing, surrounded by great people who are happy to share their culture with you. They have clean vehicles and Randy knows many other vendors/people who have great services as well. We met a great fishing captain for our deep sea fishing excursion through Randy.

Randy was an amazing tour guide! My husband and I had an amazing time. He picked us up from our resort and had wifi in his vehicle which we used to post our pics throughout the day. He took pics for us while doing the excursions. We did zip lining/horseback riding/water slide/hanging bridges/Volcanic mud bath/Hot springs. We enjoyed a Costa Rica lunch as well. He stopped along the way so that we could souvenir shop even though we were already past our tour time. We love supporting local and Randy is a small tour company! Best way to experience the country. We also asked him about a local place to enjoy lunch near the resort, and he set us up with a seafood place that picked us up in a Polaris RZR for lunch and dropped us back off at the resort. For our departure Randy had Emilio pick us and he stopped so that we can see some Capuchin Monkeys. We also stopped to enjoy a food truck before getting the the airport. Randy and his team are THE BEST!

Our trip began with Randy picking us up from the airport. He was on time, and patient when some of our group got held up with customs. He was very warm and welcoming and was a great indication of what was in store for the rest of our vacation. Omg this excursion was amazing! My family and I loved every moment. Our tour guide Larry was hilarious, knowledgeable and just pure entertainment. He made us feel so comfortable and taught us so much about Costa Rica. We also went on the boat tour with Juan Carlos as our guide. Again we had another amazing day. Juan Carlos was such a great guide. He taught us so much, he made us laugh, and was truly in his element. I honestly can’t say enough about the experience but Larry and Juan Carlos both made our trip amazing! If I am ever back in Costa Rica, Randy will definitely be the one I call!

Randy, Juan, and Norman are the way to go!! These men truly have it down packed! They kept everything on time w/o feeling rushed! On top of all that, we learned so much! Juan went out of his way to use our phones to ensure we had tons of pics!! Randy showed up with a huge smile and such amazing energy! Both Juan and Norman took such great care of us! I have traveled to MANY countries and gone on more excursions than I can count, but this bu far was the best!!
