Direct Transfer Guanacaste Hotel To Liberia Airport

Our driver was early and helpful. Our only concern was trying to reach the company to confirm the pickup time.

It was a nice private transfer back to the airport in a large clean van. It an hour and 30 minutes. He drove safely.

I never received any communication regarding pick up times. I contacted the company the day of and didn't get a response. The hotel had to contact them. They told them what time they would be coming. I didn't receive a response until the next day saying the pick up time. I was already back in the states.

We used Central American Tours for our transfers during our stay in Costa Rica. They were very easy to book with and responsive to any questions. Drivers were nice and super helpful and prompt on pick up times.

We used their services as an airport picked, transfer from one hotel to another and then back to the airport. They were always on time and great customer service. We changed are pickup ti.e via email and got responses back extremely quickly. Will use them again when the need arises and would highly recommend.

The a/c in the van was not working. It was a very hot ride to the airport. Other than the a/c issue, the driver was on time and very friendly.

They were excellent picking us up at the airport, but late for the return trip from the hotel. The driver went to the wrong hotel, other than that, they were great.

I used CA Tours for private transfer to and from Liberia Airport to our Arenal hotel. Our driver Mauricio was exceptional. He greeted us warmly outside of customs at the airport, stopped along the 2+ hour drive to let us take photos and also offered places to stop if we needed to eat/bathroom break and watched out for animal sightings along the way! On our return he was waiting for us outside the hotel right on time. He started and ended our trip to Costa Rica on such a hospitable note. Thank you!

When we landed at Liberia, a representative was holding a sign with my name on it. He had the driver pull around, and in 5 minutes we were on our way. The van was a big, white, brand-new van. For the return trip, an email was sent to me shortly after booking to let me know when the pickup time would be. Highly recommend!

I booked the service online from Liberia airport to Riu Guanacaste. Pickup was home time and perfect wonderful customer service very nice staff the ride was relaxing as well. I waited to the last minute to reserve online when it was time to leave (which I do not recommend) because it's more like a 48-hour online. However the gentleman (staff) at the resort was so kind and made sure arrangements were made and our pick up was there on time to leave at check out to the airport. We could not have asked for better service to and from the airport highly recommend!

I can definitely say I was very pleased with my transportation. Initially it’s a little confusing when u come out of customs but outside I saw a sign with my name! The ladies who greeted me were very friendly. Diego our driver was great, we even go to see some monkeys on the way to the Rui resort.

My husband and I vacationed in Costa Rica for the first time this summer. Our experience with CATOURS was excellent!
