Wonderful experience! Loved the ziplining, especially it was not too much hiking, but still very adrenaline rushing adventure. The Animal Sanctuary was just as lovely, heart-warming, charming un-catchable butterflies 🦋 gave so much joy. Buffet lunch was delicious, so the extensive stunning view. Service was also top-notch.

Very fun experience! The zip lining was amazing! The staff was very attentive and made us feel comfortable. The horseback riding was very cool. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, we would definitely go back again.
Our family consisted of my husband, 4 year old daughter, 75 year old dad and myself. All of us enjoyed the experience. The animal sanctuary was beautifully designed and maintained with many shaded areas. The staff was helpful in providing information about animals and finding the hidden ones. The kids obstacle course was such a fun touch as well.
We upgraded on arrival to do the zipline and horseback riding. You for sure need a full day here if you want to do many activities, the park is large, there is a shuttle running constantly through the day. The animal sanctuary did not disappoint, the animals all looked well taken care of. The horses were gentle and knew where they were going, we did get to take them into the ocean which was fun! The zipline was thrilling, well worth the upgrade.
My wife and I had a great time. All the guides during the Zip lining were outstanding.
Great staff beautiful experience. I would highly recommend the zip lines. ethically sound. .amazing experience
My family and I were very excited to visit this adventure park. We planned this trip to Costa Rica a year ago, and we were simply disappointed. Not everything was bad. We'd like to highlight the Zipline staff who were attentive and helped us with all our questions. The lunch buffet wasn't bad, but I think they could improve the quality and variety, as the roast chicken was a bit dry, as if it had been reheated. At the animal sanctuary, we were told there would be guides to answer our questions, but they were simply empty. But here's our biggest problem, and why we're giving this place two stars: there was a girl at reception who went on for too long, and we missed the shuttle to the sanctuary. While it's true that shuttles run every 10 minutes, we were already ready and excited to start. We understand customer service, but it was uncomfortable when she started questioning us about our lives and launched into a conversation about her entire life story. I don't mean to sound rude, but we really didn't ask her to talk about her personal life. All we expected was a straightforward and specific check-in. The seconds ticked by, and we were still there watching him drag out his explanation as long as possible, only to repeat the same thing over and over. There were other people behind him waiting to be served, but he didn't seem to care.
it was our second time at the park, and overall it was pretty good except they had temporarily closed the toucans area with no notice or any indication on when it would be open. just it was not open so my my daughters were quite disappointed as that was one of the things they were looking forward to the most.
Our transfer and guide was amazing. Enjoyed the park we came from hotel harden del Eden. The park was very clean and all the onsite staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. All the animals were kept well and great to see. The coffee/sugar/cocoa part was also great the person doing the presentation she was awesome. The Buffett meal was clean and tasty
The daily adventure fee was $125 for the day. Nexus charged us an extra $5 for some type of insurance. Nexus was the excursion rep at Planet Hollywood resort Costa Rica. We had fun on the zip lines and wanted to mention Rayke and Nacho in the animal sanctuary for giving us an interesting tour experience. Also Kenneth in the Cultural area for the excellent presentation of the coffee and cocoa prep.
We visited the animals and enjoyed seeing the sloths being fed as well as learning about the big Cats and watching the Jaguars be released. The guides for each of these and around the animal area were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in finding and identifying the animals we were see (or not finding on our own). We enjoyed the lunch. unfortunately it was too hot for us to see the cultural tour or botanical gardens, which we will do next time.
We got the adventure park pass that included lunch zip lining the beach and the animal sanctuary for the day from about 10 AM to 4 PM. The zip lining was very good. They’re very informative and very safe. The animal sanctuary was nice but there’s no signage and you have to show your way around. The beach was subpar no snorkeling just hammocks and no one to leave the way again no signage. You have to find it on your own. The lunch was decent. The shop was very expensive. They charge for the zip lining photos $50 for the full zip line experience while they mention all the things to do upfront there’s no reminders of times or someone showing you where to go, you have to find your own way and remember times for the sugar and coffee experience as well as other animal experiences.
Had a blast on the ziplines. riendly staff. Great lunch buffet.,
My wife and I loved out time at Diamante! Friendly staff. Great lunch. Beautiful animals in natural settings. We especially enjoyed the demonstration put on by Kenneth regarding coffee, sugar cane and chocolate. Kenneth was professional, enjoyable and brilliant about the products as well as how they are grown. Well done, all!
We travelled to the adventure park last week with our family. The whole experience was fun. The Zip lines are amazing! We loved seeing the sloths, monkeys, and jaguars. We wanted to give a shout out to your tour guide, Kenneth, in the "farm," who gave a lecture about sugar production, coffee roasting, and chocolate processing. Kenneth was just so great! He was engaging and interesting. After the "official" lecture, he answered several other questions we had about the area, and its trees and animals. We appreciated his enthusiasm for his work, but also his friendly help! His bosses should know that he is doing a great job!
The staff was very nice, the experience amazing and would definitely recommend to visit, everything was wonderful!
We make sure to come here every time we visit Costa Rica! Staff is friendly, the buffet is great & the views are incredible. Looking forward to coming back on the next trip! 😎
This was a great experience!! From the time we arrived til we left, everyone we interacted with was so welcoming, helpful and friendly!! They made it easy to know what to do and where to go! We did the cultural tour which was outstanding and so informative! Kenneth, who did the presentation, was the best!! Explained everything so well and answered several questions people had. We learned so much and got to taste the coffee and chocolate he made! Outstanding! The animal area was enjoyable. Clean, easy to observe each type of rescue animal. The butterfly area was amazing!! We also had the buffet lunch there. There was a nice variety of food and it was good! Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
What a wonderful day at Diamante Eco Park. We started our day with the fun and exciting ziplines, ate a delicious lunch, toured the animal sanctuary, then enjoyed an afternoon on the beach. Sadly, the weather did not allow for kayaking, but that was no one's fault. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The photographer took awesome pictures for us to remember our unforgettable adventures!
Amazing place! The zip lining was a once in a lifetime experience! Seeing the the animals up close was cool...especially since they are all unique to Costa Rica. The staff was very engaging and the grounds were well kept. Great for couples or families!
I booked with Nexus and had a great experience. It was simple to book and when it was pick up time, the diamanté shuttle arrived at the hotel. It was an all day experience. You are able to experience the Superman zipline and other smaller zip lines. You can see the RIU hotels from the zipline. You get an authentic lunch and shuttle through the park. There is an small culture tour to explore coffee and chocolate making. You get to see Lucy the sloth when it was feeding time.
Super fun day, I recommend getting the day pass to experience all the different activities. I wish we got there earlier because we didn’t have time to make it to the beach. Staff were super helpful and friendly. I would definitely go again!
The ziplines were great, our group ranged in age from 7-64 and we all had a blast. The Superman run has great aerial views. The wildlife area was very nice and lots of wonderful exhibits. The buffet lunch was good with a few different options. If you are staying anywhere near the Papagayo Peninsula Region, check out the options they have available.
Amazing place! Zip lining was awesome! Loved seeing the animals...huge plus. Staff was great...shout out to bartender Walter :) highly recommend!
Zip lines felt very safe, guides were friendly and attentive. Shuttles take you all over the park to minimize walking in the heat. And a private beach to swim after was a pleasant surprise!
The zip wires are an absolute must especially the ‘Superman’ one. I would recommend booking to do it first thing in the morning as it’s a lot cooler then than midday or the afternoon. Once we had finished the zip lines that only took about an hour we visited the animal sanctuary. There were quite a few animals to see and we spent roughly an hour walking around. Lunch was a buffet of salad, meat and rice which was more than enough. I would definitely recommend visiting here.
Had a little problem with payment via their link but they accommodated and credited a 20% discount for the late minute inconvenience… once we got there it was all good and seamless
Amazing and everyone friendly and helpful.
The experience at Diamonte was wonderful. We did the All day pass. All of the staff was polite and helpful. The park was very clean and well kept. The Superman was an unbelievable ride overlooking our resort and the ocean. After we did all of the ziplines we walked around the animal sanctuary. All of the enclosures are well kept and there were multiple staff walking around ready to answer questions about the animals. The presenter at the cultural experience gave us lots of information about growing, harvesting and using the coffee and chocolate beans. We were able to have a little taste of each. We finished our day at their welcome center enjoying lunch overlooking an amazing view of the mountains and ocean. An overall beautiful day!!
This was a great experience. The staff/guides were awesome, the zip lines were amazing, the cultural tour was very informative and lunch was great. Highly recommend!
We purchased the full pass that included the zip lines, animal sanctuary, lunch and cultural experience. With zip lining I felt the staff was really tuned into safety and never had a concern with safety considering the heights and speeds which one zips!! So much fun and for many people it’s an experience of a lifetime. The start to the zip line portion was slow as we were a full time slot and for the first couple lines the entire group needs to finish in order to get transported to the next zip platform. After that things went a little quicker. The animal sanctuary was a nice quick walk around and the cultural experience was educational and our presenter was amazing and super engaging. Our entire family enjoyed our time and we were glad to have taken the long drive from Papagayo Peninsula here and invest the majority of our day!
The entire visit was amazing, it was the first adventure park I have gone to that didn't have ridiculous wait times, we sis have to stand in line for the superman experience but that was well worth it. As for everything else it was relaxing and enjoyable. The park was beautiful and an amazing experience all the way around.
Fantastic place for families. Great stuff for kids and adults. This is a place that you get what you pay for. Costa Rica is pricey all around but zero buyer’s remorse with this park. Lots of shade for when the kids melt down. 10/10
This was not Wheelchair accessible. Which is why we picked this trip. My granddaughter is 12 and she has a broken leg and is Wheelchair bound. There was no way to get her to registration desk or the park itself because she could not actually get on the bus which had stops and nolift. That meant for each time we wanted to move her. She had to get back in the car, we would have to drive her to first theregistration then to the park itself and then back to lunch each time we dropped her off they insisted we move the car back down to original parking lot and take another shuttle back by the time we had done that several times she was exhausted getting back in and out of thecar and after she saw a few animals we gave up. There were still very few animals. She got to see before that. Also, there were several that were not the smooth pavement, and we had to try to push her wheelchair through the stones, which was also painful for her in the future. I suggest you get a wheelchair accessible transport or have a few designated handicap parking spaces at each of the levels where we could’ve the car.
Super fun experience zip lining! Would do it again! We were a family of 6 with kids ages from 11 to 17. All of them loved it! Our 11 year old was a little scared for the Superman zip line but went anyway after some encouragement and absolutely loved it in the end.
So we arrived 30 minutes early so we could eat and then go on the Zipline. But the staff said we had to be 15 minutes early to start the Zipline meaning we couldn't eat before had. This wasn't on the website. The food was ok. It was after 2 when we returned from the amazing trip across the mountains on the superman line. The overall experience is a solid 3.5/5 check the restrictions for smaller children. The zoo is small but special. It allows you to get very close to the animals. The beach is nice and secluded.
The zip lining here is amazing. The animals were fun to see and the staff is so knowledgeable about them.
Best money I spent in Costa Rica. The Zip lines were great, the food was good, the animals were amazing (although Lucy sleeps a lot!) and the kayaking was fun. This is an all-day experience with plenty to do. So much to do that you might want to come twice (we did as we came back for horseback riding). The staff was friendly and informative. There is a reception area where the food is and where they bus you to all the attractions. You can do some of the zip lines or all (5) of them if you are adventurous. There is a suspension bridge and a drop from a platform as well, so just when you think it's over, there's more. There are so many animals to see and staff that will gladly tell you all about them. With the pass you can get a paddleboard or a kayak (2 people or more required), which was fun. An all around amazing day. I totally recommend Diamante!
We had a great morning doing the ziplining! It is a must if you are planning a visit, especially the Superman line!
Well worth the money for the Adventure pass. Nothing but professionalism from the staff. Staff were friendly and very interactive active.
Amazing experience zip lining, paddle boarding and exploring diamonte adventure park. We took our kids (10 & 12yo) for the whole day and had a blast. Highly recommend for families as there is lots to do and see!
Wow, what an experience. Zip line through the trees and mountains, see animals you would never see in your life, kayak or paddle board and get fed too! There are other things to do here for additional money, like horseback riding, which we did as well and atv rides. Lucy the sloth was sleeping most of the day so don't make any plans around her, lol. The animals are well maintained and the howler monkeys howl like crazy! The kayak was in good shape and everyone was so helpful. There is a central meeting point and they bus you all over the grounds to do the different things. Definitely the best money I spent in a long time.
My family really enjoyed this. I thought it might be over-commercial and not worth the price. The ziplining was the best we'd done of three times in Costa Rica. The lunch was delicious, and we were able to see a lot of interesting wildlife at the animal sanctuary. The day pass is worth it - you can spend a whole day here. Shuttles operate often, transportation to the different areas is very simple. Staff was friendly. A great value!
We had our extended family with us and had a group of 13 people. Everyone had something fun to do, and we were so impressed with the friendliness of everyone there! We even found when we left that we had a flat tire on our rental car in the parking lot, and they helped us change it before we left! The zip lining was exceptional!
Very convenient for staying at RIU as many shuttles back and forth all day. We were family of 3 on Adventure Day Pass. We did all zip lines and glad we did. The Superman was great! We saw the feeding of Lucy the sloth and many other wildlife at the Animal Sanctuary. We did not do the cultural offering and felt the food at the resort offered more options than here but overall it was a pleasant morning with a variety of things to do very near our resort. We got the package of 70+ photos taken professionally from the park during the zip line tour, too!
The zip lining was great. The Superman line was a blast. The wildlife center was fun as well. The botanical garden was a disappointment however. The food at the buffet was average at best.
The Superman zip line is a must, there are 5 total and one of them requires them to retrieve you towards the end of the line which was odd but I’m assuming there is too much slack in the line. The lunch was great and the staff was helpful. The animal sanctuary was cool but we had expected to see more animals. The butterfly space was amazing with hundreds maybe thousands of them flying all around you.
All the staff was very helpful and friendly. My granddaughter loved the ziplines.
The eco park was a wonderful experience for our 6 adults and 10 month old - the zipline, especially the Superman, is incredible and so well run (IE not waiting 20 30 mins on platforms for the ride) - they offer shuttles between the attraction reception parking lot which was VERY nice - The animals are beautiful and appear very well cared for - we had both Spanish and English speaking guides in each area to tell us about the animals and answer questions The lunch buffet pretty much put any US buffet to shame - wide variety of options and everything was so tasty!!! Cheese pizza was killer - fajitas, roasted chicken and so much more. Highly recommend!
Our family of 7 had a fantastic day! The staff was so kind and helpful from check in to the zip line to sharing knowledge about the animals. There was something for everyone and every age. Our group spanned from 69- 11 years old. The cultural experience about coffee and chocolate was very informative with amazing tastings. The zip line, specifically the Superman portion was an experience I won’t forget! If we are ever back in Guanacaste area I would absolutely come here again. The value for the cost was priceless!
