I booked this company twice … one on the way from the airport to the hotel we stayed at which was the Waldorf Astoria and once again from our hotel to the airport. The transfer from the airport went well, we followed the instructions and the driver met us outside with our names on it. However, the transfer back to the airport had many issues. I called the number that was provided by the company the day before and wished for a pick up of noon instead of 1240 because we were afraid of traffic getting there. The man on the other line confirmed. The day of no car showed up. I called multiple times the same number that I called the day before and each time it went to voicemail. I even had our hotel reach out and they also could not get a hold of anyone. I was finally able to message them thru this website and someone responded saying the driver had been in the lobby of our hotel since 1221 which was not the case for us. Turns out they were in a different hotel all along despite the meeting point stating clearly we would be at the Waldorf Astoria. The company stated Viator were the ones responsible for giving them the wrong hotel, however, we did not receive any phone calls at all confirming where we were or if they were at the right location. Our hotel ended up providing a last minute ride for us and although we were thankful, it truly was a very stressful experience. Also, the ride from this company was $98 and the ride from the Waldorf was $75.
We used this company for arrival and departure from Liberia airport. We needed to change our departure time and coneecting the company through this booking made that very easy. The driver was punctual and the van was clean. The driver did not speak English but this was not a problem. Overall, we were very pleased with the service.

We used this service from and back to the airport. They were very responsive via email to schedule and confirm before the trips. Also, when I couldn’t find the driver in the airport and needed to contact them on the fly, which I really appreciated because that was a little stressful. Turned out the driver waited by the side door and I only looked outside the front door. Pick up at the hotel was exactly on time - always a concern with a long drive and early flight. All in all great service with both drivers.

Driver didn’t show up we left 30 minutes after original pick up time via hotel. I tried to contact the company via Viator app they didn’t respond, hotel tried to call their phone number they didn’t answer, they finally responded via WhatsApp told me driver was there when they weren’t. They processed the refund without issue.
Our private driver from… & to, the Liberia airport could not have been better. When we arrived, our 6 person van & driver was waiting…and after a very long day of travel it was a great way to begin our holiday. After our two week stay, Guillermo (sp?) was also, on time & made sure to find us at our Airbnb in Taramindo. He was especially, a pleasure to talk to & drove on a more comfortable road than we previously experienced. Thank you for making this a stress-less experience.

Will never use Viator again. Confirmed pick up time prior to day of departure and they no showed. Missed our flight. No uber or taxis available at 5 am. Viator would not pay for missed flights. I will book from hotel directly next time

I can't say enough wonderful things about this transport service. After trying unsuccessfully to book two different companies through my resort, I finally went to Viator and booked transport from LIR to my resort and back to the airport. Jose our return trip driver was fantastic. He spoke excellent English and gave us a tour of the landscape we passed by. He also let me practice my Spanish by conversing with him. His vehicle was comfortable, clean, and air conditioned. His excellent driving skills met the challenges encountered on Costa Rican roads and we felt safe during the trip. Viator sent reminders about pick up time and Jose was there early to help us with our luggage. A+ service.
Our driver, Jeffrey (?) was terrific. Turns out our flight was cancelled 1.5 hours before our pickup so we had to find a hotel quick. When he arrived, we told him of the change of plans and he was fine with it. The hotel was on the way to the airport. When we arrived, the hotel looked closed. He called the number on the door and made sure we were in before he left us.
Our driver arrived early and got us safely to the airport. The pick up van was clean and spacious for our family of 5. Plenty of space for luggage. I believe the capacity may fit 8-10. Great service!
