Even though we were already staying at a beach front house in Potrero, we were all incredibly thankful to take advantage of this experience for the day. Alvaro is the MAN!!! We stayed at a house on the beach right next to Coco Loco restaurant which was awesome. We happen to run into Alvaro on the beach and he took great care of us, took care of all of our cab rides, hooked us up with Mauricio who has a newer van and is an excellent tour guide and doesn't even know it. I would highly recommend these guys for taking care of your excursions they know the good ones and the bad ones.

Great group of guys and they really went above and beyond to make sure my family had a great time in Costa Rica.. I have used them on multiple trips when we visit Playa Flamingo area. We had tents, chairs, coolers excursions and to top it off one evening they helped make a bonfire on the beach with everything set up! Great group of guys!

We stayed at Flamingo Beach in Nov 2021! Alvaro and his team were a blessing! He set us up with chairs and tents daily! He got us jet skis, boogie boards, and even went to the store to buy us goggles! Alvaro and his crew provided service from the restaurant with drinks and food delivery and check on us often! They also built us a beach fire to roast marshmallows for snares and hung around to make sure it was safe & out at the end of the night! Our stay was amazing and Alvaro is a big part of why! We didn’t even explore all the things he provided, but will definitely use him on our next visit to Flamingo! Thanks Alvaro

The staff exceeded my expectations creating a magical abs beautiful evening we will never forget. Flat out the best you can find in the area. Whatever you need to enjoy your time on the beach (party equipment, tent/chairs) I give full assurance they will get you taken care of. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! They customized everything for our event and made sure we were always taken care of. Great price, great service, great people - what else could you possibly be looking for?

Alvaro was the absolute best! His service was/is amazing. Everything was setup for the beach and he took incredible care of us. He went above and beyond on everything he did. Next time I'm in Tamarindo, I'm going to give him a call. By the far the ONLY concierge you need in Costa Rica!

This was the best. They brought a cooler, a speaker, a canopy, great chairs. It was magical. They went above and beyond to make it special. They also offer the ability to get stuff for you. If you do any activity when you go to Costa Rica, do this one! There are extra fees for some stuff but the service is WORTH IT. 5 stars.

Let me start with saying that as a former international flight attendant, I have traveled extensively and experienced many concierge services, so I am not easily impressed! From the very first email to Alvaro, I was hooked! Alvaro has a way of making you feel like old friends from the very minute you interact with him. He set up our entire week of activities from beach cabanas, jet skis, paddle boards, white water rafting, horseback riding, ATV jungle tour, zip lining TWICE, hot springs, tubing, lunches, golf cart rentals, and all of our transportation to and from our activities! We did not have deal with waiting in lines or paying at each activity. It was a one stop shop with Alvaro and all done with a smile and a genuine desire to make sure our family had the experience of a lifetime! Our first day, he met us at the beach and continued to check in every day with us about our next days activities. Everyone we dealt with that Alvaro had set us up with was amazingly professional and most of all kind. When you travel with four teenagers, it can be a tough crowd to keep them entertained, but Alvaro planned an amazing week that appealed to everyone in our group! Alvaro even came with us on our last day on our ATV tour and it was like having family with us! We cannot wait to go back to experience more of Costa Rica and we will be calling Alvaro to help us plan. Do not even think twice.....contact Alvaro!! Alvaro and maribella really made our beach time fun and easy. His costs for a 10 x 10 canopy and chairs was very fair. We would text him in the morning when we would be at Flamingo Beach and he would have it set up. You can tell from talking to him he really cares about the people he helps. He booked a catamaran trip for us and we had lots of fun. Next trip he will be the first person we call. I can call him a friend. I would recommend him for anyone looking to enjoy the beach. My only regret was that I took so long to write this review.

Alvaro & Marissa became our friends within 24 hours of checking into beautiful Playa Flamingo! They checked in EVERY day to see if we needed anything. They can do it all!! Zero gravity chairs & canopies on the beach were ready for us every morning. They also booked an ATV tour with an awesome guide where we saw monkeys and swam in a waterfall! There were 10 of us and they handled it all!

Great experience with Alvaro during our stay in Playa Flamingo. He set us up with a shade canopy and zero-gravity chairs for all of our beach days, brought us cocktails and lunch, and even helped us book an amazing catamaran charter trip. We had concerns about a crowded boat so he went above and beyond to secure us a private boat. We went jet skiing with a guided tour and it was absolutely amazing! 10 beaches and stopped for snorkeling! Amazing time with super nice people!!!

My wife and I were in town for our honeymoon from the USA and we had a great experience with Your Best Beach Concierge. Rigoberto was our guide and Jamileth was our driver and they were both great. They really went above and beyond making the day a lot of fun and teaching us about the history and culture of Costa Rica. They would pull over to show us exotic animals in the wild wherever they could find them. We had extra time so they took us to a supermarket to get souvenirs and to another location to see and feed iguanas. They were also very professional and were on top of Covid protocols. I recommend this tour and company to everyone!

Alvaro and his sister helped us design the perfect birthday for our teenage boy! The day began on the beach, two jet skis were delivered for our boys to use for an hour, then we enjoyed the waves and sunshine for a while. On top of the cabana and chairs, Alvaro provided an ice-filled cooler and twice sent an associate to the store for waters, beer, and soda of our choice. In the afternoon, he took us to a local cliff-jumping spot. Our boys and my husband both enjoyed several jumps! We had a late lunch on the beach as Alvaro arranged for a local restaurant to deliver our food and drinks to us (no extra charge). Our day ended with a beautiful sunset. We could not have asked for a better day! Alvaro and his crew were "at our service" for over 8 hours and we wanted for nothing the entire time! We truly learned what "Pura Vida" means!

Alvaro was wonderful! We were staying at Playa Flamingo and he got beach chairs and cabanas set up for us everyday (which you definitely needed since it was 95+ everyday), found us a wonderful private catamaran tour, and gave us advice on every aspect of our week. Great recommendations for everything! Also arranged a shuttle back to the airport.

We were looking for a memorable ziplining tour and Dani recommended Diamante Adventure Park. It was an amazing experience! We also had two in our group that did not prefer to zipline so she set up an ATV tour for them while the rest of us ziplined.She also arranged our transportation round trip. It was a great way to spend the day!

We have been renting chairs and cabanas from Alvaro Arias since he started his business. He has AKWAYS treated us fairly, with respect and given us top notch service. His zero gravity chairs are awesome, and his cabanas , the best. They keep sun off, and allow us to spend countless hours on the beach. Since Dani Arias has joined him, the service is even better and her delightful way of responding to any concerns we have is quite remarkable. The two of them are awesome and they work tirelessly to make our time enjoyable. We have booked excursions, and they were great, Dani is very skilled at picking the right tour for our group. She tends to every detail, which is refreshing, we are just along for the ride. The rest of their team work like wheels on a cog. Everyone is quick and tends to their own job. They all meet our every need. We will only use this dynamo team for our trips and beach fun.

Alvaro and Dani booked us a tour to Ostional for the arribada. Henry and Eric picked us up from Playa Flamingo - they were on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. We stopped at an authentic Costa Rican restaurant on the way - everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. We arrived at Ostional and met Gilbert who is a biologist. He was our guide on the beach and explained the arrival process, laying eggs and then we watched as a turtle swam in and completed the entire cycle - INCREDIBLE. I highly recommend Your Best Beach Conceirge!

We can’t say enough about the services Dani and Alvaro provide. They set up 5 different activities for our families. Each time everything was as promised. Dani would follow up the same day and ask how the adventures went. We completely trusted them with recommending activities. When we come back we will use their services exclusively!!

Best Beach were amazing! Dani arranged everything for us seamlessly from airport transport, spa day, catamaran and beach day. Even at the last minute, she arranged a chef for us for dinner. Always checking in to make sure everything was ok and giving us great recommendations for local places. She made our girls trip fantastic and memorable. Definitely recommend contacting them to help make your trip wonderful and stress free!

Dani runs a first class service. We did two trips, one to Palo Verde, the other to Rincon de la Vieja. Both trips were first class and 5 star. Dani went up hugely in our estimation, when the national park at Rio Celeste turned out to be closed for the day due to heavy rain. Although the day trip went ahead we were extremely disappointed, as it didn't turn out as expected. Dani very kindly gave us the Rincon de la Vieja trip totally free of charge - what a sweetheart 🥰

Dani and her brother helped us out on our first trip to Costa Rica and made the experience so much better for us. We set up a beach day with Dani's brother and we had a great beach set up and great service. Dani helped us set up a tour to the local eco park and the driver she used was so prompt and on time, very professional. Dani also allowed us to store our bags at her place when we spent our last day on the beach. She literally saved us and allowed us to enjoy our last day peacefully. Definitely use this company, they are professional, kind, and make you feel at home!

We have met Dani at the Moonlight market at Playa Flamingo where we talked to her about some tour options (just like we did with some other vendors), but she seem to be like a breath of fresh air - very eager to help, no problem that was to big or too little, and her response rate is just amazing! While our condo had another company that should have been playing that role, they never measured up to Dani. It was like having a personal 5 star concierge available to you at all times. Everything that she organized for us worked like a clock - drivers were on time, easy directions, and in the end she helped us to solve the biggest problem day prior to our departure. I could not thank her enough for all the things that Dani did for us and then we met her brother and co-owner Alvaro and it was truly amazing to see how he was just as pleasant, and as hardworking as his sister! Truly an amazing team and wonderful company that stands out with its service, response rate and attention to every little detail! Great Job!

This is a wonderful hotel. We opted for the breakfast only option and were not disappointed. Great variety for breakfast that kept us going till dinner. Pool is very nice and the beach is right across the street. Only drawback for this as an all-inclusive is that there are not a lot of options for restaurants to chose from.

My young daughter and I are by no means world travellers, so we truly appreciated the great work of Alvero, Dani and their team to not just find us the absolute best in local attractions and activities, but to also make us feel right at home and very safe and comfortable. Their personal touch was especially appreciated as they made sure, many times in person, that our activities and the rides to and from them went off without any problem. They also provided wonderful beach tents for shade and chairs on request for our beach days when we needed a break from the sun. The team was great, providing shade, lounge chairs, tables and all around service with a smile. Great people and service, always fun to talk with and SO helpful! Alvero, Dani and their team arranged an ATV tour, Animal sanctuary tour, zip line, catameran sunset cruise, shuttles to and from the airport and other locations, beach bon-fires...the list goes on. Very knowledgable about local site, stores and restaurants. The whole team is very honest and trustworthy - they made us feel safe and allowed us to just relax and enjoy the beauty of the country

Alvaro made my father and my trip great. He was in constant communication and handled everything for us. We had a perfect beach day and he was a resource for our entire trip. You can count on him!

Alvaro made it happen. Every day our sunroof and beds were ready for us, and also drinks and food was served there. His attention to detail is great. This was our second trip there. We are surely coming back. Highly reccomend Alvaro and his crew!

There are 9 in our travel party including two small children. We came to the Costa Rican Pacific shoreline of Playa Flamingo where we had rented a beautiful house complete with chef and daily housekeeping with night security - not that any was really needed, but was reassuring. We walked to the township of Playa Flamingo wanting to book some kind of water excursion when my daughter ran into Alvaro Arias. Alvaro & his sister/partner were very knowledgeable, friendly and oh so helpful. We discussed our options and costs. We negotiated a price we all felt was fair. The next day we went on a snorkeling/beach day with a crew/boat that was great. All were helpful and attentive. At the end of the day my family and I agreed we had paid a fair price and got our money's worth.
