5 Tours In 1 – The Ultimate Volcano Adventure!

I want to start with our driver, Alberto. He was so informative and knowledgeable about Costa Rica. The tour overall was absolutely filled with beauty and thrills! Everyone we came in contact with was friendly. The buffet food was delicious, with the juice of the day being the cherry on top for this trip. Highly recommended!

Lots of fun, water tubing was by far the best part and our tour guide was very informative and even took us to get coconuts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience while celebrating a bachelorette weekend. Our guides throughout the activities were fun and helpful up the hill on horseback and throughout the zip line trail. The cultural portion of the tour was interesting as well and we enjoyed learning about coffee, sugar cane and Costa Rican liquor. Maymo, our driver was fantastic. He showed us views of several sites, beaches and taught us about Costa Rican culture. He also gave us a Spanish lesson and made sure we had time to shop for coffee and souvenirs.

This was an amazing experience. Guillermo was a fantastic guide. We really enjoyed talking to him and learned so much about Costa Rica from him. And the 4 in 1 experience was unforgettable. The tubing was exhilarating yet relaxing, the ziplining was unmatched, and there could have been no better way to unwind than by unwinding in the hot springs at the end

Thought we would be in hot springs and see a waterfall The hikes to the areas was not say The river wasn’t high enough for tubing Never seen one animal besides a anteater Bring your own water Then as the driver was speed racing through the rain we get stuck in flood water Very disappointed

Great tour! Worth the money. Our favorite part was zip-lining. Tubing was fun as well. We saw people of all ages participating and having a great time. Lunch wasn’t great but nice that it’s included. Beautiful property and friendly & knowledgeable staff.

Costours was absolutely amazing! The 4-in-1 adventure package was such a wonderful experience. It’s truly the do it all package. Our guide, Memo, was so accommodating, fun, and knowledgeable. The horseback riding, zip lining, and the tubing at Hotel Hacienda Guachipelin was fantastic. The horses were super well trained, the tubing and zip lining was facilitated by an excellent team to ensure your safety. The tour ended with the hot springs which was the perfect ending to the day. We also used Costours for our airport transportation and they’re always on time, prompt and extremely friendly. Highly recommend the Costours team! Pura Vida!

We did this tour yesterday and it was a great day! Exciting, fun and exhausting. Lunch was yummy and the staff was amazing.

We did this tour with 4 teenagers last week! They loved every minute! It was jam packed with adventure. The tour guide Pepito was exceptional and very knowledgeable about the area! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience! From the pick up point to drop off, absolute professionalism in safety, execution, and enthusiasm. The staff was so attentive to all our needs, always engaging us in conversation, pointing out the wildlife around, making us laugh, and encouraging us when we doubted ourselves on that rock wall. This day made our entire trip to Costa Rica. The zip lining, tubing and horseback riding totally exceeded my expectations. I had no idea that the zip lining would be over a river. At one point you launch from a platform next to a waterfall - it was absolutely incredible. Tubing was the perfect amount of relaxation and rapids. The horses are well trained and made the trek a highlight for my husband. We’re both in our 20’s and this was a perfect day.

This was a surprisingly adventurous excursion. I thought the tubing was going to be sort of a lazy river experience but it was an intense white water trip with a couple of unexpected trips into the water. I also thought the zip lining was one of the more creative and beautiful courses I have been on. I would not recommend this trip for anyone with mobility issues or smaller children. I was most impressed with the safety staff who were professional, attentive, equipped with the appropriate rescue gear, and humorous and good natured. I would suggest applying insect repellent and sunscreen before you set off as there's not a lot of time in between activities and there's limited availability to bring items with you. The buffet lunch was surprisingly tasty and very filling.

We did the 4 in 1 Adventure with Zipline, tubing, horseback and hot springs. It was a great bang for the buck since we were able to do all of those in 1 day with Costour. But the highlight we want to share occured when we were getting dropped at our hotel. I handed our guide a Costa Rica 20 as a tip. Not being familiar with the local curency , i fugured i was giving him a 20 US or so. The guide to us, maybe you are doing a mistake since this is worth about 40$ US. We were so impressed with his help and honesty, we decided to give him what was in fact 20,000 colones anyway. Thank you for beeing honest Costour!

Tubing and hot springs are the best part of the tour. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food was delicious.

We decided to go on this excursion as it was highly recommend by Yves. Right from the time we were picked up (Riu Guanacaste - approx 1.5 hrs drive each way) Guillermo our driver was so friendly, as we drove Guillermo provided us with information about different landmarks, vegetation and history of his country. He stayed with us every step of the way. Firstly we went zip lining, my daughter was a little hesitant to go do to heights, the lines are not to high and the scenery was breathtaking. My husband did not go zip lining, but there is an option to not taking part, he went just down the road a little ways and spent an hour or so looking at butterflies and snakes (even took a picture with a boa constrictor around his neck). Secondly was horseback riding. These horses are so well trained, all you have to do is get on, hang on and the horses do the rest. They have done this walk so often they know exactly where to go and they all walk so calmly. Third was tubing. One word "amazing" . It was approx 1 hr tomplete excitement, you are tubing the entire time down the river through rapids and lazy rivers. The guides were on the river with us and at key points they were there to help incase you got stuck. Be careful there are several excursion companies offering this same excursion but they are different. I heard one rep talk about this excursion but the tubing was only a few minutes and it was a tub down a water slide. Towels are provided here. Fourth was the volcano hotsprings. What a way to finish off a full day excursion. It felt so good. Towels are provided here. Contour is the only way to go, I highly recommend this excursion company. I emailed Yves so often to make sure we found the right excursion for us and he replied very quickly. While in Costa Rica I also had a phone number to reach Yves. Take it from me don't look any further just email Yves and let the fun begin. Thank you Yves and Guillermo for providing an amazing excursion.

We woke up bright and early for a drive with Rodman to the Rincon de la Vieja Volcano National Park. Rodman made certain that the group felt comfortable, excited and open-minded. Once at the Park, we were greeted by Costa Rica’s famous red eyed frog and Lulu, a beautiful boa constrictor. We were able to learn about and enjoy the animals. We continued on to my favorite activity of the day, tubing. During the 5km ride, we spotted a Blue Morpho butterfly and an iguana. Floating down a river and getting a little wet - what a way to enjoy Costa Rica’s wonders. Our lunch was buffet style and simply delicious... Our next activity was the Canopy / Zipline tour. We ziplined over beautiful waters and scenery. We also had the thrill of rock climbing and throwing ourseves off a platform while holding on to a Tarzan rope. Our day ended perfectly at the Rio Negro Hot Springs. In the middle of the jungle, covered in volcanic mud that leaves your skin feeling awesome, we were able to relax and look back at our wonderful day. Thank you Costour for our Pura Vida experience. We had an amazing day with Mario as our guide. We travelled to Rincon de la Vieja via Liberia where Mario educated us about the local area. We started with a horseback ride and then went tubing down the Rio Negro about 5 km through rapids. Very cool and refreshing. We were then treated to a delicious buffet lunch that was amazing. After lunch with went zip lining through 9 amazing lines and finished up with a relaxing soak in the natural thermal spas, coated ourselves with volancic mud and then dipped in the river to clean up. Amazing day and great value! We were exhausted that night, but totally enjoyed the day. We have 2 teen daughters and it was a hit for the entire family.

We Had Mario as our driver/guide. On our way to Rincon de la Vieja, he gave us a short tour of Liberia. He was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to chat with. Upon our arrival at the park, our full day adventure started with horseback riding, then white water tubing. We then had a great soda-type lunch in the restaurant of Guachipelin Rincon de la Vieja. After lunch we went ziplining through the park and finished off at the natural volcanic mud baths. A totally enjoyable time.

I went there with the Costour company. What a beautiful place! We enjoyed horse riding, ziplining, thermal baths, water slide and coffee presentation. We were even allowed guides in French. That was great!

I never do 2 x the same activities. But at 50 with several trips up my sleeve I never believed in wanting to relive again and again.. Big thank you for this memorable day as always.. Exceptional guide with lots of history

My husband and I recently did this activity. What sensations! it was a great experience that I recommend to all! very experienced guide, and trilingual! which is rare in Costa Rica. We’ve been using Costour for airport transfers for a few years and we’ve always had outstanding Service but it was our first activity and we were very impressed! Bravo Costour!!

I was very surprised at the duration of the activities; we really appreciated that it was not just a quick overview but a beautiful length. We loved the combination of 4 activities but especially the canopy zip line! It was beyond our expectations. Overcoming our fears! Costour even planned dinner.

During our trip to Costa Rica we took 2 excursions with Costour, 4 in 1 and the mountain bike tour. My travel agent put me in touch with Yves Pepito Malette to see what would suit me in the choice of excursion. Great Service and very fast response. For our excursions Isabelle Gauthier was our designated driver. A big crush on Isabelle. She told us about her beautiful country, and lots of super interesting things. One even stopped by the side of the road to observe parakeets in their natural habitat using its long views. The ATV tour was 2 hours long and it was just wow. We were just my daughter and me with the guide, a private tour after all. We went to a nice little beach to take a break and take some pictures. The guide has always respected our speed. For the day 4 in 1 in started the day with a horse ride of about 1h-1h30. Also with very good guides. At the end of the route a bus was waiting for us to take us to the tube rafting (buoy) vest and helmet and believe me you will need it. I didn't expect so much rapids when I came down the river. But it was great. The guides were installed all along the route in strategic places to help us downhill. They did their job very well 😉 Then we leave by bus to go eat and do zipline. It was beautiful. Different length, height and difficulty. One moment we have to throw ourselves into the void by sliding on a small slide. Another moment is a tarzan rope to move from one point to another. In also passes in a kind of canyon of great beauty. To end the day Isabelle led us to natural hot springs where we could get a mud treatment. It ended the day very well. I would recommend costour to anyone who would like to make excursions to Costa Rica Thank you Yves and Isabelle

An amazing experience. 4 various activities in a majestic place. An excellent package for the price. Our guide, Isabelle, was patient and very attentive to our needs. I still have a lot to discover from Costa Rica but one of my best days so far was by far the 4 in 1 Adventure.
