Our stay at this resort was truly unforgettable. The villa rooms were absolutely gorgeous and the private pool with sunset view every evening was absolutely unbelievable. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. I have never experienced such genuinely amazing service. Cesar, Giovanni, and Luis went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, cared for, and truly special. Their warmth, attentiveness, and hospitality made our stay even more memorable. I was so sad to leave them. We wanted to take them back home with us because they were just such kind hearted people.

Our family of six (parents, sons, and daughter-in-laws) spent six wonderful nights at Casa Chameleon, and it was an unforgettable experience. The rooms were beautiful, the private plunge pools were incredibly relaxing, and despite the resort being at full capacity, we always felt as though we had the entire property to ourselves. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Anna, Andy, and Glen welcomed us with fresh coconut drinks, cold spa towels, and fruit. Andy and Glen assisted with our luggage and provided a tour of both the resort and our rooms, making us feel immediately at home. Cesar, our concierge, was outstanding. He was always responsive via WhatsApp and helped arrange activities throughout our stay, including a wonderful beach day and an exciting zip-lining adventure. Glen also drove us to the beach and the airport and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to talk with. The dining and service teams were equally impressive. Brayan took care of us at Sentido Norte each evening, whether we were enjoying sunset cocktails or a delicious dinner. He always made us feel welcome and appreciated. Edward provided excellent service during our final dinner at La Pampa Grill and was both kind and attentive. Every morning, Stiven made breakfast a highlight of our day with his warm personality and exceptional service. Luis kept us refreshed by the pool, always making sure we had a cold beverage in hand and anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Victor helped coordinate one of our favorite experiences of the trip, a special poolside dinner for our family. The team rearranged furniture and created the perfect setting for us to enjoy one final meal together before part of our family departed. Franklin quickly became one of our favorite people at the resort. Whether serving us at the pool or in the restaurants, he was always sharing jokes, bringing us small treats, and making us laugh. By the end of our stay, he felt more like a friend than a server, and we will genuinely miss seeing him every day. What stood out most was that every team member we encountered (whether mentioned here or not) would stop to greet us and ask how we were doing, no matter how busy they were. That level of genuine warmth and care is rare. We absolutely loved our time at Casa Chameleon. The property is beautiful, but it is the people who truly make this place exceptional. We cannot wait to return.

We recently spent several days at Casa Chameleon and had an absolutely wonderful time. The room, view, personal infinity pool and staff were superb. The view and sunsets from the bar and restaurant are spectacular. The food was excellent. Dahiana, Beverly, Randy, Giovanni and Stevin were extremely pleasant, helpful and courteous. Glen and Hansels were extremely quick, efficient and pleasant during our pickup via golf cart from the town saving us the steep, hot climb back. Our stay was luxurious and definitely raised the bar for future accommodations.

We had a wonderful week at Casa Chameleon! The entire staff is incredible and made us feel so welcome. We wish we could mention every one of them by name! We loved the rooms, the views, the restaurants and the infinity pool. After every excursion, we were met with a whole staff asking about our experience and excited to hear all about it. We were always given cold towels and coconut water upon our return. One morning we had an early excursion and they had a box breakfast waiting for us!! We highly, highly recommend this resort. The service is impeccable and you will leave feeling like you are saying goodbye to old friends!!
