As a solo female traveler I was able to schedule a ride with a female driver who picked me up at 5 am when my flight arrived early and it was still dark outside. I felt super safe and secure and would highly recommend this service!
This ride excelled in every way. It conquered my worst fear in a new city and airport. I had to go to Guadalajara for work and my greatest concern is how to get from the airport to the hotel. They made it so easy and so professional. The customer service was simply number 1. I had everyone’s numbers, pictures in arrival And a smiling driver (Beatriz). She was so helpful and taught me about the city and where to go for great food and entertainment. Absolutely a first class ride and exceptional value. I am working with them to arrange my return to the airport and telling everyone at my business meeting about them. Their expertise and customer service make them easy to talk about. I can’t wait until my next ride.

We arrived about 25 min early. By the time we got bags and walked out it was about 130pm. Our ride contacted us via phone located us and away we went to our hotel. She was very friendly and welcoming. Got to our hotel safe and sound. I would certainly recommend for transfers from the airport.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The entire staff is excellent! They communicated with me several times before our pick up to make sure the details of our pick up were correct, which was very reassuring. Then, on the way to pick up my luggage at GDL International, I get a text from our driver that she is waiting at the exit for us with a sign. Wow! What a relief, she made it SO easy. We needed a car service from the airport to our hotel. Always use Viator for this. Beatrice was waiting for us when we left customs. Short walk to car. Beatrice was friendly and professional. Got us to our hotel in good time despite the rain and accident on the road. We would never have found our hotel driving ourselves.
Needed to make last minute changes in time pickup and the company was fully accommodating. Fernando was one time and got us to the airport in time. Would book with them again.

As solo female traveling, it was nerve wrecking to find a reliable transportation to my hotel. However, everything felt really safe and smooth. My driver was female and I was able to spot her right away with a sign when I exited the gate. I think her name was Beatrice. Communication before hand was great. Driver gave me many great recommendations as well. I definitely recommend!
It’s a five star service. But we didn’t know that this service was only a one way service based on the price that I paid. The car was nice and clean. And Beatrice was very friendly and professional

She showed up late. Our airplane arrived on time, we went through customs, waited for our baggage and still she was not there. We even waited for her at the airport for 30 minutes. We ended up paying a taxi to take us and right after I paid for a taxi service she showed up. I tried to refute this with Trip advisor and was charged anyway. I do NOT recommend. Unreliable.
I made a reservation with this company for pickup from GDL Airport to the Hotel we stayed at and they were very professional and prompt. An admin contacted me thru Whatsapp to cofirm the details of my reservation and the day of my arrival, as I waited for my bags the driver sent me a Whatsapp message to introduce himself and let me know he was waiting for me outside with a sign with the company name and logo. He helped with our bags and drove us safely. We decided on the return to book them again to take us to the airport as our departure was for a 7am international flight and they gave me a wake up text the day of departure and informed me who would be the driver and to let me know he was on his way. I loved their customer service and professionalism in handling all correspondence but mostly I felt very safe. Special thank you to Janeth who answered my questions and Drivers Isais who picked us up from GDL and Marcos who drove us back to airport at 4am.
Our driver was terrific. Very easy arrangements at the airport. All was professional and well done. Our trip from the airport to Monte Coxala was one hour long and we were very comfortable.
The travel company sent me an obscene message via WhatsApp. When I complained, he tried to blame it on the difficulty of working with Viator. This company should be barred permanently from doing business on Viator.
Our driver was in contact with us the day of our arrival and the line of communication was amazing. We felt so safe and got to our destination with a lot of information on guadalajara and even places to visit!
I have used this service before in Mexico without a problem. Sadly, yesterday in Guadalajara the driver never showed up. We searched for the driver for 20 minutes before calling the local provider to leave a message. Ten minutes later, i received a phone call from the provider representative at the airport who met us, paid for a taxi and escorted us to the taxi. When I asked what happened to our reserved driver holding the sign with our names on it at the waiting area, I was told “he got stuck in traffic.” Save yourself the cost of this over priced private driver pick up and just use a taxi in Guadalajara!

Driver made contact prior to departure, and was waiting when I arrived. Transfer was fast , efficient, friendly clean, and comfortable. I used them for my VERY early pick up back to the airport and again, pre confirmed and on time! Drop off was close to covid testing area and I feel my trip was more comfortable and stress free, thanks to them and their organization. 5 Star excellent !
