The stars are for the staff who are actually very friendly and met my needs, the rooms look clean, but since you are there you see the reality, where I stayed the walls were super dirty it looks like they had vomited on them, I felt disgusted every time I looked at them, the bathroom smelled really weird and what I hated the most is that when you take a shower all the water comes out and makes a puddle on the bathroom floor!! One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The bathroom faucet was rusted. Windows were paper thin and you could hear everything from the outside. The room was noisy and everything in the room was old. And I mean old. There was no reliable WiFi. I tried to find another hotel but unfortunately, there was no other availability. Would not recommend this place but beware what is posted online is different from what you will get. Consider yourself warned.

The hotel has a very good location because it is in the center but has quite a few things that should be fixed. The elevator takes too long to open and close and needs maintenance, the bathroom doors do not work their lock, the beds look like the stone age are quite uncomfortable and felt like bugs in bed because I have bites, the air conditioning is very bad, the hotel buffet has almost nothing when we arrived at 2 pm only gave chicken broth and at breakfast cold coffee. The people who attend the hotel are not so nice, I was assigned a room in which the air did not work when I arrived and I called them at the reception and they came and maintenance did not know what to do, so I decided to change my room, the truth to do that the faces showed annoyance at the reception and we had to wait 30 minutes. Really if you pay for a room, they should give you a room that works and not something broken. When we got the second room, the air conditioning sounds like a helicopter and the TV didn't work so I really wouldn't go again.

My husband and I stayed here and it was amazing! The service was amazing. It felt safe and secure. There wasn’t any issues and it was in the center of everything we wanted to do. It’s only a few minutes from the church. We had an amazing stay here! Everyone who worked here was so kind!
