Hotel Antre Chapultepec

I am very disappointed by my experience at this hotel. I booked a two-night stay with a confirmed checkout date of September 29. After approximately 24 hours, I was asleep in my room when the hotel manager entered my room and woke me up, stating that my checkout date was supposedly September 28. I was sleeping naked and covered only by a bedsheet. Being unexpectedly awakened by a hotel manager inside my room was embarrassing, frightening, and deeply unsettling. As a paying guest, I had a reasonable expectation of privacy. After getting dressed, I went to the front desk and showed the manager my reservation confirmation, which clearly showed my checkout date was September 29. She apologized. While mistakes can happen, entering an occupied guest’s room and waking them before verifying the reservation is unacceptable. The circumstances made the incident particularly distressing and raised serious concerns about guest privacy and hotel procedures. Although I appreciate the apology, it does not undo how uncomfortable and violated I felt. I sincerely hope the hotel reviews its procedures to ensure that this does not happen to another guest.

Great location with restaurants, cafes, and bars in walking distance. Room was pleasant and modern, with a comfortable bed, clean sheets, clean bathroom, nice shower. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Allowed us to check in early. Some road noise as my room faced the road.

Perfect location. Felt safe and enjoyed the neighborhood and walked every where. I have decided to return next week instead of looking for another hotel. Breakfast buffet had excellent variety and fresh fruit with an a omelette bar. It was worth booking it with my room. Bed is very comfortable a true 4 star hotel.

My colleague was robbed at this hotel during their trip. The room door was simply left open, and the hotel is refusing to compensate for any of the losses. Keep this in mind before checking into this hotel.
