Booked through Bilt Home Away from home. Was supposed to receive early check in but got late check in instead(had to wait 30min+ past stated check in time). Additionally was supposed to receive room upgrade but didn’t. Asked front desk about it and they said it was “subject to availability” so I showed them their own app showing availability …only then did they very reluctantly upgrade the room. Clean and nice hotel but front desk staff is borderline hostile.

Great place to stay! The staff were all so kind and the food was delicious 😋. The rooftop was beautiful, and the rooms were super clean and nice. We asked for extra towels and blankets to our room, and the staff were speedy to bring it. Lastly, we had an issue with the hood in the kitchen that made our room fill with smoke, we called room service, and they immediately came to help. I truly will be back again and recommend it.
The staff here is anxious to make your stay a pleasure - and they succeed in a wonderful way! The rooms are comfortable and well maintained with all the modern amenities. They serve a free breakfast that is absolutely delicious. You can order what you want and they serve at your table in a spacious and well-designed dining room.
PLEASE - make sure that you have dinner at their restaurant. I enjoyed a flat steak with salad and three days later, I still have a great memory of the fantastic taste - perfectly prepared.
The hotel is on a main thoroughfare and not too far from the center of the City. Staff will gladly bring a taxi and you will be assured of a good ride to your destination.
