We had a very pleasant two-night stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Country Club. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, Fabian in particular was very kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable, the hotel is in a great neighborhood, and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana Guadalajara Country Club and would definitely stay here again. One of the highlights was how comfortable the room was. After long days, I slept incredibly well — the bed was very comfortable, the room felt quiet and relaxing, and I genuinely slept like a baby every night. The room was also clean, spacious and very comfortable overall. I also tried the breakfast buffet and really enjoyed it. There was a good variety of options and everything I tried was fresh and tasty, making it a very convenient way to start the day before heading out. The location is another big plus, especially if you have plans or business around the Country Club area. The hotel feels comfortable and well maintained, and the service throughout my stay was very good. Overall, I had a really pleasant experience. Between the comfortable room, a great night’s sleep, good breakfast and convenient location, this is definitely a hotel I would choose again on a future trip to Guadalajara.
This was our preferred hotel in Guadalajara but in our recent stay the hotel was overcapacity and the personnel and services were not sufficient. The Manager of the Bar didn’t let us in due to overcapacity but made us feel like we didn’t deserve to get in. Terrible attitude and very short and rude. This hotel is very expensive so this is unacceptable. Room service took forever and got wrong cold food, elevators are very small and took 15min just to go up 5 floors. Overall the hotel has no capacity for the number of guests they can accommodate and the personnel more specifically the managers don’t know how to handle this situation
Had a great couple of nights stay. I’d say it’s more of a business hotel than a leisure hotel. Professional service, clean room and common areas. The breakfast buffet was excellent! On the down side only one elevator was in service and one evening it broke down. Pool area is minimal but nice for a short break. Situated in a modern neighburhood with some nice restaurants nearby.
So far, our stay at Fiesta Americana has been disappointing specifically due to the check-in experience. During check-in, we were informed that breakfast was not included in our reservation, despite Expedia clearly advertising a complimentary buffet breakfast for two per day with any room type. This is not a continental breakfast, but a full buffet — which is important to clarify, as this is exactly what is being offered. We were told that Expedia did not include this information in our reservation, even though it is visibly part of the offer on their platform. While we were informed that we are Expedia VIP guests, there was no real effort to further verify or resolve the discrepancy. The situation felt more dismissed than addressed, rather than handled with the level of care one would expect. Having stayed at several hotels within the Fiesta Americana brand — most recently in Oaxaca — we expected a consistent standard across the chain. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that. Check-in is the first impression a hotel provides, and in this case, it felt somewhat below expectations — more procedural than genuinely attentive. This is particularly disappointing, as we chose this property trusting the consistency and service standards associated with the brand.
