I was asked to cancel this trip and rebook : because I was travelling alone, I had to pay more. The organiser said she would cancel the first booking and Viator would pay me back. Well nothing has been cancelled on Viator, I paid for a second trip and was never reimbursed for the first

The tour was so much fun! Jozet was amazing and showed us some extra great spots, beaches, and viewpoints and just made the whole day so special! Highly recommend!
Our guide Josie was very knowledgeable and answered a lot of questions about the island. Driver was friendly and funny. Was supposed to go to the National Park that day, which is why I booked the tour. It was a Sunday so the park was closed and we could not go. Was not told that until no one showed up to pick us up. I called and they sent someone 2 hours later to take us on a partial tour.
Ended up with multiple day tours with Naomi and she’s amazing! Got to see everything we wanted! Had a day with Jacob he was also amazing! Book with them you won’t be disappointed!
Our driver Jacob was great! He created a tour that was exactly what we wanted!! We saw several beautiful sights and he even took us to get a drink at a local bar! A very enjoyable day!
We found this excursion on Viator while planning out our vacation. We were staying in the south of the island, and wanted to visit Pigeon National Park to do some snorkeling and hiking. We have since learned that we should have taken a water taxi for 40 minutes, rather than spending two and a half hours in the car. We started the trip by discovering our tour guide had overbooked and would be sending her husband with us instead, not an issue for us initially. However we quickly realized that he was not clearly communicated to about what we had wanted to do. We were told that we would have a guide with us the entire time, and not just send us off. This was not the case at all. We were sent into Pigeon park alone to snorkel, find the beach and hike. When we walked out, we couldn't find our guide and couldn't get in contact with either of them. When we finally did, we were able to continue with our day for a bit until we started running some personal errands for our guides which included checking in on their shop (3 times throughout the day), trying to meet up with the other guide on the island, and getting things along the way that had nothing to do with us. Eventually we got back to our hotel, but we spent most of the day in a car chasing all over the place. We had a great time when we finally got to the spots that we had wanted to see, but the detours to get there were not impressive. Overall okay excursion, but communication on this organization is very underwhelming.
Naomi goes the extra mile to make sure your excursion is a memorable and fun family adventure. She accommodated several requests on the fly and is remarkably flexible.
While you are visiting St Lucia, we highly recommend Lucian Explora! Naomi, our tour guide, took time before our tour to learn about what it particular we wanted to do and get a sense of our interests so she could suggest sightseeing activities we never would have even known about otherwise. It was a wonderful bespoke experience. We spent a full day visiting Pigeon Island, the Castries market and basilica, secluded areas near Cap Estate, and so much more. Naomi is quick and friendly with conversation and made sure there was never a dull moment — even while we were stuck in traffic on the highway. Later on we met up with Naomi, some of her friends, and another visiting tourist couple for the Gros Islet street fair. Having a group made the fair so much fun! Naomi truly was our woman on the inside. THANK YOU Naomi!
We had a nice day touring the north side of St. Lucia with Naomi. Pidgeon Island and the north shore are beautiful. It was very nice to see less traveled parts of the Island and hear about life on St. Lucia from a native. Thanks, Naomi.
When wanting to stay or see St. Lucia, go to "St. Lucia Private Custom & Luxury Villas, Resorts and Excursions Help Desk". You won't go wrong. Naomi will tailor your visit to what you want. She knows the island, the best photo ops, restaurants, snorkeling-whatever you want. She really cares about your experience, makes it your's, and enjoys it with you. We felt safe, informed, and important.
Wow! I am SOOOO glad I stumbled upon this before booking multiple separate excursions through the resorts!! Naomi was definitely the gem of our 11 day trip and saved us sooo much money and gave us SUCH a better experience then we would have had otherwise. You will NOT regret spending a whole day with her adventuring around the most beautiful Island. We spent 2 days with her 1) Viewing the North 2) Viewing the South. She is so knowledgeable and kind hearted. At the end of the trip we went home with not only memories but a new friendship! Thank you Naomi for your time and kindness! Will see you again!
Naomi was a fantastic guide! She checked in with us a couple of days before our trip was booked to plan out an itinery to match what we wanted to do and see. On the day she took us on a tour around the area and the Castries market where we got our first ever fresh coconut water. From there we went to a secluded beach and finally Pigeon Island. We never felt rushed, instead it felt like you were spending the day with a great friend. Without a shadow of a doubt I would recommend.
Had an amazing time on this day tour and I particularly appreciate that the tour can be flexible and tailored to your interest and how much time we wanted to spend on the activities. Naomi is a great tour guide and very personable and looks after her guest well. Had a fun time and made some great memories in St Lucia no less from advices and tips given from Naomi.
Pigeon Island tour had great views. Naomi took care of us and was very flexible with our schedule. Trip to the Naked Fisherman beach was nice.
Amazing tour from beginning to end! Naomi and her husband Alwin (i hope i spelled it right) were very accomodating, professional, fun, and just overall awesome! This truly was an unforgettable experience for my husband and I. Thank you again! #nakedbartender😜
This was one of multiple tours we had with Naomi, and once again, it was fantastic. She's a great guide, ensuring that the itinerary is exactly as you want it and fitting in extras where possible too. We had a lovely time on the walk, and a relaxed wander and time on the beach. We also had some local cuisine and Naomi's fantastic burgers! Not to be missed!! Just wish St Lucia was closer, we'd be hopping over to hang out! It definitely felt more like fun days out with friends than a tour, loved it. Once again, if you want a tour, look no further, give Lucian a shout.
Where do I start. Naomi did an absolutely fantastic job and gave us an experience that me and my fiance will never forget! We went on a fun and informative tour then a small hike when Naomi set out a wonderful picnic in the perfect spot for me to surprise my girlfriend with a proposal. She was extremely pleased with how it all went. Naomi was flexible to my requirements and was an absolute joy to spend our day with. Very grateful for such a great service!
My wife and I were picked up from the hotel promptly. We enjoyed a safe sightseeing drive, whilst being informed of the area, history and were taken to points of interest. Plenty of photo opportunities were had. We were guided around pigeon national park and the views at the top were fantastic. Later on we spent time on the lovely beach, seriously enjoyed the beautiful waters and chilled. Thank you so much for the lovely tour! Worth every penny! 😀
Can’t say I missed a thing to do in the north, I did my research before I booked and was able to tick off everything on my to do list. It was a fun filled day. Thank you so much will be coming back in the future.
Our Guide was just wonderful, informative and made sure our day was an enjoyable one We had the best chicken burger at Zings This is an absolute must
The beaches at Pigeon Island was the highlight for me. I love love sand and warm calm clear water. We saw the lifestyle of Saint Lucians in Gros Islet and its just so friendly and lively, we loved every part of our excursion, book Lucian Explora you won't regret it.
This tour was great but Naomi and I the personalized attention made it awesome! I highly recommend this tour if you want to have great memories.
Naomi and her husband literally made my entire trip worth it!! The resort i was staying at was offering us smaller packages at almost double the price. With Naomi we were able to see the entire island at a very personal pace all while getting some amazing photos. She took the time to really get to know what we were interested in seeing and tailored our tour so that we really enjoyed ourselves. We got to see the REAL St Lucia and had an amazing time doing so. Will definitely be coming to her for any return trips!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank You so much!!!!
LOOK NO FURTHER, BOOK WITH NAOMI!! I am typically not one to choose tour agents via trip advisor or be so trusting but with Naomi it was so natural. I was concerned about my husband and I leaving the resort safely but Naomi communicated with me all day prior to meeting bringing ease to all of my concerns...she even offered to bring me a burger just to convince the gate guards! lol Aside from her genuine desire to help you comfortably explore the island she is excellent at communicating and personalizing and ideal experience for you! In regard to this particular adventure we were able to grab a bite from Naomi's business, pick up a local painting from the local market, checked out the mall, ate some amazing sushi from one of their favorite spots, appealed to my pregnancy craving of wanting ice cream, swam in some beautiful beach water (clearest water I've ever been in), and checked out the amazing view of "the moon"..I may be wrong but its a beautiful view which was amazing to look at! I discovered later that many locals have not even encountered themselves... Overall we certainly had a full day with Naomi and her husband but it felt as though we were spending time with extended family or old friends. Our ride was full of laughter, jokes, questions, and insight as they are great at managing family and business. Throughout our time, Naomi and her husband made our experience truly dynamic. They made sure to assist us in money exchange, driving safely, taking us to great food spots, and never letting us feel like we were endangered in new places. I highly recommend Naomi and her husband and if I ever return to St. Lucia she is the only tour guide I will invest my money and time into!
My husband and I were so thankful that Naomi could show us around the island. We learn a lot about the culture. She was very knowledgeable about its history. She even shared information to keep us safe. We ended our day with Pigeon island which was exhausting but beautiful. I could have stayed there all day with the wind and beautiful scenery. I would recommend this tour for anyone who has stamina and who is interested in getting to know the island. She was patient and never made us feel rushed.
Thanks for taking good care of us Naomi! We appreciated getting to see the parts of the island we had not seen yet - the city, Reduit Beach, Pigeon Island, the "moon", etc. We especially loved the hike on Pigeon Island. Loved the food from your restaurant. Zing! Good luck - hope everyone who comes to the island gets to hang out with you!
Park was nearly empty, which was great. Our tour guide Jermaine gave us a great overview of life on St Lucia, the history of Pigeon Island and many other fun facts. My wife is a dietitian, Jermaine spent lots of time discussing the local plants and how they are used in local cooking, medicine, etc. The tour was a great pace and he made it fun the entire way. Lunch on the beach was amazing my Chicken Roti was perfect. My wifes gluten free option of jerk chicken and plantains was perfect as well. Highly recommend this tour and get Jermaine if you can!
It was a very nice experience to visit the North of the island with Naomi and her husband. They picked us and here we were for a great day. They answered all our questions and took care about everything. A simple but intense and honest way to see the country. Highly recommended!
Peut-on avoir quelques explications. Merci
