Parkhotel Graz - Traditional Luxury

A wonderful stay in a hotel that feels steeped in history. The balance of traditional style and modern comfort makes it a standout choice in Graz.

Barfood was offered at lunchtime. My toasted cheese sandwich took an hour to arrive. The excuse offered was that the restaurant had a lot of customers, but I could only see two tables occupied. When I suggested that they shouldn't take food orders when they're too busy in the kitchen, the waiter rudely told me to go and tell the kitchen myself. Later I mentioned this at reception and only received verbal abuse. I felt utterly unwelcome and will definitely never go back.

Beautiful hotel! As soon as you enter you feel like you are traveling back in time. A hotel with history, clean, with very convenient parking on site. The staff is very polite and discreet, and the restaurant is sophisticated, with incredible food but not expensive. I strongly recommend!

Four star superior hotel with very kind service. Gym was small but equipped for some cardio. The spa was really nice. One weak point was breakfast, too expensive for what was offering - a three-star service in that case.
