This 4-star design hotel enjoys a quiet location in the south of Graz, only a 20-minute drive from the Old Town. Hotel Sud art offers free WiFi and an indoor pool. The rooms feature a work desk, a mini-bar, and satellite TV. All rooms and bathrooms were renovated in 2009 and 2010. Some rooms are air-conditioned and feature a laptop-size safe. The spa area can be used free of charge and includes a sauna, an infrared cabin, and a fitness room. Bathrobes are provided free of charge in each of Hotel Sud art’s rooms. A rich and varied breakfast buffet is served every morning. Packed lunches are provided for guests leaving early in the morning. Various drinks are available at the bar, which is open until 22:00. 4 different restaurants are within an 8-minute walk of this bed and breakfast hotel. A private underground car park can be used at a surcharge. Free public parking spaces are available around the hotel. A charging station for electric cars is available at the hotel as well. Hotel Sud art is only 1.2 mi away from the Webling and Seiersberg motorway exits. 2 large shopping centers are directly located at these exits. Graz Airport is 4.3 mi away. The walk to the nearest bus stop connecting to the Old Town, which is 3.1 mi away, takes 2 minutes.

I don't often write reviews, but thanks to the wonderful and prompt help from the hotel's employee Andreja, we had a great one night stay. She found free rooms for us via a phone call, assured us that she would be there till 22:30 and even upgraded us to double bedrooms once we arrived because some other guests canceled their reservations abruptly. We cannot thank her enough. After a tiring 10+ hrs journey, Andreja was a life-saver. Overall, the hotel is lovely, clean and with a very tasty and varied breakfast buffet.

I stayed at Sud Hotel for almost 13 days recently. Overall, the location was very good (approximately a 10-minute walk from my office), and the service was good, with a particularly great breakfast. However, the main issue during my stay was the internet connection. I reported the problem after two days, and although I was told it would be fixed and a technician came, the situation unfortunately did not improve for the remainder of my stay. As reliable internet access is essential for business travelers, I wanted to share this feedback for your awareness and future improvement.

Great location, nice art in and around the hotel. Nice pool, great breakfast. Rooms have everything you need. Arcon, quiet, and clean. Loading options for our e-car. The staff greats you and love their job. What a nice way to start our holiday❤️ Our dog could walk loose next to the hotel….. Nothing but compliments!!

I stayed at Hotel Süd Graz for almost ten days and had a really great experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location there are supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, ice cream shops, and Döner and pizza places all within walking distance, which was super convenient. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Later during my stay, I needed to extend for a few more days, and they quickly arranged a new room for me without any hassle, which I really appreciated. One of the highlights of the hotel is the wellness area. There's a good gym, a relaxing sauna room, and the best part a large swimming pool behind the hotel, which was perfect for unwinding. Parking is also very easy. There’s plenty of parking in front of the hotel, plus an underground paid parking garage. If you prefer not to pay, there’s also free parking available behind the hotel, which was really useful. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. I had air conditioning, a fridge, freezer, minibar, and complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a big variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from every morning. Overall, my experience at Hotel Süd Graz was very positive. It’s a comfortable, clean, and well-located hotel with great facilities and service. I’d definitely recommend it and would gladly stay there again.
