Top class hotel, extremely clean and big sized rooms with comfy beds. Breakfast offers high quality varied options. The guy at breakfast area was very polite and supportive. Absolutely great place to stay.

Terrible experience and no sleep at all The room itself was acceptable, the bed was fine, but the pillows were absolutely awful and empty and completely uncomfortable. There was no complimentary water as you would expect in any Normal hotel. Instead, there was a bottle of wine placed right in the middle of the room for you to buy what looks more like a cheap sales trick than hospitality! But the real problem is this: the hotel has a restaurant where loud music was playing until 5 a.m. 5 at the morning!!!!!!! I did not sleep the entire night. When I contacted the hotel staff, their response was shocking: they literally said that this is “normal” here and that it’s completely fine that guests can’t sleep. A hotel’s primary purpose is to provide rest and quiet and this place failed completely at the most basic task. They are hosting corporate events until the end of the year, so if you’re thinking of staying here, be prepared that you wonwould nott sleep until 5 in the morning. Terrible service, rude attitude, and complete disrespect for guests. I never expected to experience such garbage service in Austria. Avoid this place if you value sleep and basic respect. Nice breakfast and pleasant staff at the restaurant though. P.S. The hotel actually offered to move me to another room at 1 a.m. (at that time it was not even convenient) new room was in the same building that was buzzing and noisy until 5 a.m. So, I wondered why they didn't immediately move me to a so-called quiet room upon my arrival. In short, the hotel is falsifying the facts in an attempt to appear at least somewhat adequate, but they're not. If you look at my reviews on Google Maps, you'll see that I always give it a high rating. But I couldn't tolerate this level of disrespect and love of money from this cheap place . I would give it 0 stars if I could.

We stayed one night, every thing was wonderful! Staff were amazing, room was clean, spacious, good safe parking, wonderful breakfast definitely would be stay there again.
