Fantastic!!! Very helpful throughout the whole experience, from when booking and making sure the right room type was available for us, through to helping us each day with parking and other things. The staff were all polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel is well presented, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and thank the staff very much for making us so welcome!
A very nice business hotel if you happen to be in Graz. Nice location with lots of restaurants. Comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast in the morning. There is also a bar for drinks by the lobby.
It feels old, and has a bit musty smell. The people working there were absolutely amazing. We got a things to do in Vienna from Michael. Wouldn't pay 22€ for the breakfast, we looked at it and decided to go elsewhere.
I stayed for a long weekend, great friendly service. The hotel is ideally situated for visiting the old town, just a few minutes walk. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortably furnished
My first time in Graz (because of our film’s nomination for an award on December 4th, 2025), and my first time staying at the Colliner Hotel. I simply couldn’t leave without writing a review. I’m truly impressed! A cozy atmosphere, a feeling of home, kindness, and genuine interest from the Host of the hotel, her family, and the staff. The key word is sincerity. It’s so valuable when you feel real care and when people are truly happy to welcome you. The room was warm and cozy, perfectly clean. A very decent breakfast with plenty of variety, including options for vegetarians. My stay at the Colliner Hotel left me with a warm memory and a pleasant aftertaste. If I ever come to Graz again, I will be happy to choose the Colliner Hotel once more.
