R&b Golf Cart Rentals- Grand Turk

My only complaint was that they are located just outside the cruise port, and I had a walker so it was a bit far for me to walk.

The golf carts are old and slow compared to the other companies. The owner wasn't there when we showed up or when we dropped the cart off. I should have chosen another company but they were all booked

So easy to book and pick up our golf cart. Rose gave us a map and recommendations for things to see and places to avoid. She was so kind and friendly. Our cart experienced an issue shortly after we left, so we returned and were very quickly put in a new one and were on our way again. I would definitely rent from R&B again.

This was a super easy rental. Right outside the cruise terminal they were waiting for us. The lady was super nice and gave my elderly uncle a right back inside, also gave us free upgrades to six seater. No drama, everything included, golf carts worked great.

I forget the lady’s name, but I believe she was the owner. She was very nice. It was very early in the morning and she was happy. She thanked me for coming out. She explained everything that I needed to know thoroughly. She was very happy that my family and I were visiting a beautiful country of Turks and Caicos. This would be one of the best things to do is to rent a golf cart and go on your own. We saw beautiful beaches. Thedonkeys were amazing and just had an overall great experience. I will definitely be back again.

Loved it and very helpful! One thing to keep in mind is that not all golf carts are the same—some are gas and others are electric. Make sure to ask how the parking brake works and how to release it, as well as how to put the cart in forward and reverse. I mention this because our cart had to be switched toward the end of the day, and the replacement was completely different from the first one. Thankfully, they didn’t take long at all to switch it out. Also, make sure you get their phone number in case anything goes wrong while you’re out. Overall, we had a great experience. Highly recommend them, and we would definitely rent here again!

Cart experience was great. Had an amazing time sightseeing on the island. Easy to find location right past the gates. Very friendly owner who made a point to get to meet us. Definitely would recommend this company.

We rented the 4 seater with R&B during our cruise stop in Grand Turk and it was the best way for us to explore the island! The entire process was super easy and worked perfectly with our time in port and felt safe the whole time. Once we got off the ship, we walked to the left of the taxi area through the parking lot on the left side, and followed the path outside the gate. There’s a roundabout with several different golf cart rental companies, so it was pretty easy to find. Rose was AMAZING! She was so sweet and welcoming. Before we left, she explained the island to us, gave us a map, and pointed out different places we could visit and how to get around. We had the golf cart for about six hours and had absolutely no issues with it the entire time. Everything ran smoothly, and having our own cart gave us the freedom to explore Grand Turk at our own pace without feeling rushed and even visit very exclusive beaches where there were little to no tourists. Overall, we had such a great experience and I would 100% rent from R&B again the next time I’m in Grand Turk. Definitely recommend them, especially if you’re visiting for the day on a cruise.

There is a lot of chaos while trying to rent a golf cart. They didn't have any seat belts working. The rear mirror was broken and the golf cart wasn't cleaned. They didn't have enough maps. Make sure to get electric golf cart instead of gasoline.

Horrible experience with these renters. We were a family of 8 and rented two carts. The electric cart began slowly down within an hour of the rental. We had to stop our exploring of the island and was on our way to return the cart when it completely stopped. We were on the side of the road in the heat for 30 minutes before help from R&B arrived. They brought replacement carts which we didn't ask for, at that point our day was ruined and we all wanted to return to the cruise port. The gentleman who brought the 4 seat replacement told part of our group that the electric cart should not have been rented out because it had been rented earlier that day and "she" should have known better. As our day was ruined we requested a refund for the 4 seater from viator and the agent told us that since we were interrupted by the broken down cart that she was putting in a refund request for both carts. R&B denied the refund and stated they sent replacements so they rectified the problem. I told the woman we rented from that we would be returning the carts which we did straight after they gave us the replacements. It took us 21 minutes to get back to their location near the cruise port. I know because I had it up on my gps and they accused me of lying about that. We were disappointed with the entire experience as we were so excited to explore Grand Turk. I later noticed a text from R&B asking me to confirm I received the replacements. I responded that we didn't need replacements and was clear that we needed to to be rescued from the side of the road and returned the carts immediately after that happened. I was then called a liar, problematic, with paragraphs of texts going on and on about "people like me" never did they acknowledge they gave us a cart that was not fully charged and accepted no responsibility for their negligence. I won't even go into the 6 seater with no key, that sounded like it was also going to break down at any time. Their response everyone knows they don't need a key. After multiple calls and emailing the text message conversation with R&B rentals we finally received a refund from Viator. Stay far away from this company!

Golf carts wear not upkeep they need a lot of work it felt like we wear going to be losing a screw or tire with every bump or turn the smell of gas was horrible and the loud sound of like pipes exploiting was very embarrassing driving around

They are not the closest to the port/boat, but worth the walk to do business with Miss Rose. When you leave the port, you walk diagonally across the parking lot then just a few yards down the path after you go through the gate area. Google maps has a marker and I suggest you get a mental map in your head so you don't wander around like we did to find her location. They have limited space for all the cart vendors, and renting carts seems to be the main source of income around the port so there are lots of vendors/carts. Luckily they all know each other and when we mentioned R&B they all knew where to point us to find the R&B location. The 6 passenger cart ran perfectly and accommodated my adult family (3 couples) and our beach belongings with no trouble. Miss Rose even gave us her direct phone number and said if we have any trouble at all to call her. Great customer service all around. We will be back there in October on another cruise with just my wife and I and i WILL be renting from Miss Rose again! Thank you Rose

It was a little bit of a walk from the port to get to the golf carts. There was plenty of people directing us where to go. Ms. Been had our golf carts ready when we arrived. We got to travel the entire island by ourselves.

From the start to the ending, it was perfect. Ms. Rose took care of us and told us all the places to go as well as provided a map. She was very caring and attentive and we look forward to using her services again soon. Thank you!!

We had an absolute blast exploring Grand Turk with R&B Golf Cart Rentals! We rented two 6-seater golf carts for our group, and they were in perfect condition—clean, reliable, and ran smoothly the entire day. Having the 6-seaters gave us plenty of room to cruise around comfortably. A huge shoutout to Rose, who helped get us set up. She was super friendly, efficient, and made the whole rental process smooth and quick so we could get right out on the road. With the freedom of the carts, we were able to tour the entire island at our own pace! We made our way all the way up to the lighthouse, stopped by Pillory Beach, and spent time relaxing at Governor’s Beach. It was easily one of the best days of our trip. If you're visiting Grand Turk, skip the crowded tours and rent from R&B—ask for Rose!

Little bit difficult to find at first, but just go through the covered taxi terminal and left! Ms. Been is the sweetest and the cart ride was super fun

The electric car they rent me was awesome, we use it all day without problems, no gas odors, no sound, good experience, the only thing I complain is that when I return the golf cart, there’s no one to received, the people that in the morning deliver the car, wasn’t there, and some guy of the next gulf car company tell us, just leave it there with the key and that’s all. I was so confused about that, that I asked to the security of the port and he told us, thats fine, that’s the way the work.

Rose was amazing! The golf cart was such an easy way to explore the island! However the best beach was really close to the pier.

Quick 3-4 min walk from the cruise port. Greeted by friendly helpful staff. Very kind, informative. Our little buggy was pretty old and stalled out a bit. Overall great experience

Renting a golf cart was the perfect way to explore Grand Turk! Rose and R&B rentals made it so easy. The location is just outside the cruise port and super easy to find. Rose had our name and golf cart ready and could not have been sweeter. She shared a map of the island and went over all the spots to check out, and said a prayer over our family. She was so wonderful and 10/10 would recommend renting from them.

We had such a great day riding around Turks and Caicos. I cannot remember the ladies name that helped us with our golf cart but she was so very sweet and kind. Knowing I was alone with my two girls, she asked if she could pray over us before we took off on our own. She also asked since it was only three of us, if I would mind taking a four seater instead of the six seater I had originally paid for and rented. I said that was completely ok. I only got the six seater bc it's all that was left on line. Upon returning, she met us and said that she owed us some money. She gave me $40 cash back for swapping to a four seater. I didn't ask even ask for it or expect a refund. She did it all on her own, and to me, that speaks volumes! We will always rent through this company while vacationing in the Turks!!

Rose who worked for the company was very informative and kind. She gave us her number to call if any issues came up. We were provided with a map of the island which helped to navigate our way around. Golf cart had a full tank of gas. Great way to see the island!

We got an electric golf cart and it was great! You could tell it was a nice, new cart. Super fast (we were passing other carts) and even had a few people come up to ask us where we rented our cart. Highly recommend!!

R&B was the perfect choice! Easy to find right out the cruise ship gate. Was immediately approached by Rose who was very friendly and let us choose the cart we wanted! The 6-person golf cart was in GREAT shape and got us around the island very easily. Upon return, we headed her the keys and headed out. Too easy!!! Highly recommend R&B and this for your island exploration!!!

Everything was easy ...a member of the company meant us near the gate when leaving the port ..got us in a cart, instructions, info and on the go in less then 10min from meetup. Cart was decent, ran fine....nothing fancy, but dependable and great smooth ride.

Lack of signage makes it quite hard to find but head past car park out onto road and you find them. Enjoyable experience as plenty of carts on roads and car users are understanding.

The experience would have been perfect if we knew we had to walk to the outside gate to meet with them but other than that the transaction good ms Rose is a great host

Have to walk quite a ways out of the port to find pickup point, very confusing. Cart was very battered, wasn't sure if it would break down or not, steering wheel was broken at the top, would make a terrible squealing sound and not move when first stepping on gas pedal, explains why the cost was lower than competitors.

Golf cart of mediocre quality. Small 4 seaters with no roof for the back seat. Steering wheels had à loose from about 09:00-12:00 o’clock (4-5 inches) where nothing was happening. Breaks were so so. Golf carts were located outside of main secure area on the other side of the fence. Port security did NOT allow to go back to the secure side to pick up people who had difficulties walking. Not the fault of the golf company. Texted and wrote emails to the Golf Cart Company with ABSOLUTELY no return. Golf carts was not ready and he had to put gas into after my arrival and was looking for the gas can all over the place. I would not recommend for the price.

R&B Golf Carts was hands down one of the best parts of our day in Grand Turk! We booked last minute after everything else was sold out, and they still made it happen for us. I even messed up my reservation and they fixed it immediately—no stress at all. They were super responsive (even late at night), easy to find in the morning, and had everything ready to go. The carts were clean, easy to drive, and had plenty of gas for the entire day. We were able to explore the whole island and make the most of our time. Highly recommend—if you’re in Grand Turk, book with them!
