Golf Cart Rental In Grand Turk (4-seater)

Super easy and fast process getting our golf cart. Wally, the owner, is super friendly and honest! I actually accidentally left my phone in the cart, and when I went back to get it, he knew right away and handed it back with zero issues. Some reviews mentioned the carts aren't the fastest, which is true, but the island is so small that it really doesn't matter. It got us around everywhere without a single problem. Definitely recommend!

The golf cart was very shady. It didn’t operate correctly. It had no brakes and the steering was really wacky on it. Also, we saw other golf carts from this company that were broke down then at the end of the excursion we put gas in it and was told we did not put gas in it and the guy tried to make us pay $10 in cash to him then said don’t worry about it if you don’t have it. .

We walked off the ship and plenty of companies and attendants were there with golf carts, but no carts nor attendant from Paradise. Someone called and 5 minutes later our attendant showed up. Then we had to walk half a mile down the dirt road to some storage buildings, sketchy area. The cart ran fine. Would not rent from again.

We reserved the cart several months in advance. When we got off ship and walked out past the gate, there were plenty of companies renting carts, but not this one. A cart rental person from another company called our cart person on the phone and he showed up 5 minutes later. Then we had to walk half a mile down a sketchy dirt road to the storage place where they were all stored. I thought we were gonna get robbed. Cart ran fine, was held together in some places by zip ties. I would never use this company again, and after seeing the other negative reviews, I believe them over any 4 or 5 star review that could be faked. Pay for one of the companies that actually has staff on duty to run the place.

We walked up with our prepaid reservation ticket and the guy acted like he’d never seen one before. He gave us some trouble asking for more proof we’d payed for his company. I’m like your company name is on the ticket, he had no way to scan the ticket. Then tried to tell us we’d have to pay more in cash for gas, online it said that gas was included. While we were still talking to him a guy with no reservation walked up. He left us waiting while that guy negotiated a price half what we had paid standing right in front of us. Once we got going, all the other carts were passing us because even with the peddle pushed all the way that cart just putted real slow. We enjoyed the little trip around the island, it won’t take you very long.. it’s a tiny island, seeing all the wild roaming donkeys was the highlight for us.

Easy to find once we knew it was outside the cruise port. Easy, friendly service assisted by the owners children. We didn’t check the fuel level before we left to gauge how much to put in/ get an idea from the owner. I suggest you do. I doubt we used $17 of fuel. Ce la vie. We had a great time exploring the island with no issue with the cart.

Golf cart rental was easy to find and easy once you arrived. They provided a map, signed some waivers and then on your way. Golf Cart wasn’t perfect, but it did the job and we had fun exploring the island. The best part was the owner and his young sons!! We left behind a cell phone and were able to get it back even after they had cleaned and packed up for the day. Very honest and kind!!

The golf cart wasn't fancy, but it was well maintained. And the operator gave us a map and a great tip on a small beach that was away from the crowds - just what we wanted. However, when we returned the cart, we learned that we were expected to put fuel in it. (I didn't realize that - I feel for the price, the fuel should bw included.) But I would still book again with this company if we return to Grand Turk. The operator and his kids were very friendly.

We had a great experience renting our golf cart! The cart was clean, well-maintained, and ran perfectly throughout our trip. The rental process was quick and easy, and James was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Pickup and return were hassle-free, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. It made getting around so much more enjoyable. We would definitely rent from Paradise cart rental again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable golf cart rental when on Grand Turk.

Cart broke down with in 10 minutes of riding. Was able to call and they came out quickly and took us back to get a new cart. Enjoyed the rest of the day with no problems!!

We got off ship very quickly, and arrived at meeting spot within 15 min after arriving in port. When I approached Wally, he said he had no record of a rental. NO RECORD!!! He asked if my name was Jessica and I said no. I told Wally after I gave him my printed email that I paid $182 for a cart, and I want my cart. There was a cart parked on the corner across the way with no paradise logo on it, had a bad gas gauge, no horn and slow. He said, take that cart. I have no clue who it belonged to. What if we were stopped for driving a cart from unknown company without their permission?? I didn’t think it about that until the next day. Did we manage to enjoy our day…yes. But there was absolutely no need to start my day at grand Turk stressed out, having lost limited time on grand Turk because my rental was not there when I arrived, my prepaid rental contract missing and using some unknown company cart with a legit contract. This is not how you do business.

Sadly this cart rental was so far away from where the cruise lets you off. Nobody knew where this cart rental was located . The carts are very old and dilapidated. I was glad they didn’t leave us stranded. The kicker is they try to hit you up for $10 for “gas fillup” after you return the cart…Meanwhile I already paid $120 for the day…Ha ha that didn’t happen… Just FYI there are so many nice cart rentals to go to…. Stay away from Paradise Cart rental …

The receptionist was rude when we inquired about our pick up point. They want to to leave price blank on the contract and sign (a no no for me) The golf cart was defective and would not start unless we pushed it and hit the gas. They want to charge you $15 for gas, must pay in cash, and won’t allow you to fill it up yourself. Beware!!!!

Everything went well with our golf cart rental from Paradise. The cart was ready for us and ran great. Easy pick up and drop off.

There are so many other options at the port with much nicer golf carts, and more heavy duty tires. Do not pick this one.

Good price, friendly staff who were accommodating. I will tell you we had to walk outside the main gate of airport and find the correct company, which was a little confusing. Our golf cart had seen better days.

Unfortunately our cruise could not stop at port and we had to cancel. However working and dealing with first the updated scheduled days and then to cancel it due to the cruise ship not stopping, communication and staff response has been excellent!!

They're outside the port entrance, but no signs so we had to ask other tour companies where they were located. The golf cart was older & very slow compared to others that we had seen (they were blowing right past us). We did have to replace the gas that we used, which was about $10 so no big deal, but they never told us where the gas tank was and to be fair, we never asked. We found out when we pulled into a gas station & the attendant showed us. All in all tho, it served our purposes & we had a great time cruising around the island. The price was better then others I had seen, but you get what you pay for. Would I use them again? In a pinch, sure.

Do not book! I booked and paid for the golf cart in advance. The pickup spot is not in the port, it’s about a half mile walk across the parking lot then outside the gates of the port. Upon arrival they did not have a golf cart available. It was frustrating because they gave another group the last cart and they had not prepaid or reserved. We waited about 45 minutes and he kept telling us one was on its way. Finally he borrowed one from the golf cart place next door. When you get the golf cart they tell you to put gas in it before going anywhere since it’s in empty (I heard him tell the group before us as well). We put $15 in and only took the golf cart about 1 mile to governors beach. When we returned the cart the guy started yelling at us about not having gas in the cart. We explained there was more then when we picked it up. Very scary as we were a family of 4 standing with about 10 locals screaming at us as we walked away. Renting a golf cart was a great experience I would just use another company.

I reserved two golf carts through Paradise for myself and the rest of my party to use while on vacation and received two completely unsafe carts. One had a key broken inside and was impossible to turn on and off. That same cart would not stay a consistent speed. It kept lurching forward, stalled, lurched forward, stalled, etc. The second cart did not have working brakes and the steering wheel/column was compromised, making it difficult to steer and stop. We were given a name and phone number to call. Once we made it to the closest destination on the island we called and asked for the company to retrieve the cart and find us new ones. They refused. When we returned both carts early we told the attendant present our issues and he had another number he called for us. A female friend we were with tried to describe our issues over the phone and was told the reason the golf carts weren’t working was because of the female drivers. At no point was the safety of myself or the party I was with considered. We were knowingly given unsafe vehicles to operate and could not use them as described.Our concerns remain unanswered and members of our party verbally insulted. The golf carts were not as advertised and unusable.The also told us that 12 dollars a cart was due when we turned them in , Which was never list is ad . Dont rent them . Much better carts available at same area of port .

Last minute booked paradise carts. Easy to find, good value, the cart wasn’t anything special, had a little trouble reversing but honestly it got us through the day, we went all over the island. Would book with them again.

Fun time exploring the island on our own for the day. Walk to pick up cart didn't take long, completed one form and we were on our way.

Reverse didn't work on golf cart. Golf cart broke down but we fixed it. Get there early or you'll get the crappy golf cart.

Don't use R and B. Use this company for your rental. R and B did not honor our pre paid reservation.

The carts are beat up. We barley could go, but we went. It was frustrating. Please update your carts.

This is a nice way to get around the island on your own time schedule. Make sure if you are paying up front at booking for gas that you are on the same page with the folks on the island as they tried to get me to pay again.

Carts worked. Map was helpful. They could been a little faster carts. Gentlemen was very knowledgeable and helpful at check in and out. This is not "right" outside port it is very confusing to get to and a walk. I am pretty positive when I booked the gas was checked as in part of proce but had to pay an additional $12 for fuel.

Our ship was not able to dock due to the weather which was sad. However, we contacted the company that morning and they refunded our rental which we really appreciated. Excellent customer service. We will try them again in the future.

We were unable to go because our ship could not port. It was one day after the full refund day for cancelation. However, when I looked at my statement, I was given a refund. I was amazed and very pleased. Will use them next time I cruise to Grand Turk

Even though Paradise Carts is more expensive, the carts are not as new or as nice as other rentals we have made in Grand Turk. They also charged us $10 for gas which other rental companies do not charge. The people were nice and friendly.

Friendly but realize quickly we had the oldest and slowest cart on the island. We got passed by every other cart in the road. Found out later we paid the most money out of everyone we talked to. Next time I will just wait and pay cash and save $75

The golf carts are old, mirrors were zip tied on and One still did not stay in place . Very slow also.

Cart was old and dirty, side mirrors were be held on with zip ties , one of them we couldn't see out of. Also no power, felt like the slowest cart on the street.

Great experience! pick up and return are simple. Weather was rainy and they dried seats before we drove the golf cart. Had a great day!

Paradise carts were set up very far from the ship. There are other companies closer. Also, our cart was much slower. We not only got passed by car…we got passed by other golf carts. The people were very nice and we did have a great time driving around.

Excellent golf cart. Drove all the way to the lighthouse and back to cruise terminal without any issues. Great map. A few minutes walk after exiting the cruise terminal.

Grand Turk is the perfect island to rent a golf cart! We had so much fun petting the wild donkeys, exploring random beaches, and shopping. Be sure to bring cash for gas unless you want to stop at the gas station.

No issues with this vendor! Golf cart worked fine and everything was as expected. They provided a map of the island and some basic directions to get us started.

James was very professional, friendly, and helpful. We rented a cart for our 12 day stay. He brought the cart to the airport and offered to take our luggage to our villa in his personal vehicle. He was responsive to our needs and we were able to drop the cart off at the airport as well, avoiding taxi fees.

Driving a golf cart on a small island with kids is a fun activity. I paid $155 for one adult and 2 kids asking for a better golf cart in the comments, even though cheaper golf carts could be found on Viator. We got literally the absolute SLOWEST cart on the island, not to mention that it was completely worn out. During the whole day we did not meet another cart that would be as slow as ours. The operator also requested to refill the gas after. My suggestion- don’t waste time with Paradise Carts - go out of the main port gate - there are providers with much better carts and there plenty of choices.

First, this company does NOT have an area, station or sign that identifies itself. If it wasn't for the other business owners we wouldn't have found it. They were located outside of the port with just a few carts sitting on the side of the road. We waited until someone showed up. We made out reservation through Trip Advisor. They had no records or paperwork. I even sent them two emails before arrival and no response. We paid $155 plus they tell you to put $10 worth of gas in it. The carts are worn out looking. Everything is sun faded and especially SLOW. Everyone elses carts were passing us. We asked around and was told the normal price on a non busy day is $120 to $140 gas included for a four seater. This was not a good experience.

This is outside the entrance to the port outside the gate and is about a 5 minute walk but worth it. We saw a lot of donkeys and went to other beaches outside the port beach. $12 fee to refill the golf cart

Grand Turk was the third port of call for my Carnival Celebration cruise. Between the excitement of the entertainment on board and trip itself, I scrambled to figure out what excursion I wanted to do, the night before reaching Grand Turk. After watching a few videos and learning about renting a golf cart to “explore” the island, I stumbled upon this company. Once getting off the ship, my party and I exited the cruise port and started walking towards the left hand side where a number of golf cart rental companies are located. You will need to go through the parking lot at the port before reaching a narrow gateway that leads to the area where the golf carts are. There were also locals close by that helped direct us while en route. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Wally who presented me with a document to sign and date to secure my rental. He made the check in process very easy and was EXTREMELY accommodating. He provided a map and circled a few “highlighted” attractions on the island. Returning the rental was easy. We paid $10 for gas upon returning the cart and that was it! I would definitely book with this company again and I am already planning a return to Grand Turk because the few hours I was there just wasn’t enough to experience the beautiful island (:
