Itinerary
You and your guests will board a boat and set off to snorkel the beautiful turquoise waters surrounding Grand Turk. Join us as we explore a designated reef site, selected by our captain based on current sea conditions to ensure safety, water clarity, and an optimal snorkeling experience. This single reef stop features coral formations and marine life that reflect the natural beauty of Grand Turk’s surrounding waters. Following the snorkeling portion of the tour, we continue with a scenic 30–35-minute boat ride to Gibbs Cay. This uninhabited island, known for its powdery white sand and shallow turquoise flats, offers the secluded island experience many envision when vacationing in Grand Turk. Along the way to Gibbs Cay, our captain will free dive for live conch. Once at the island, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with the stingrays that gracefully glide through the shallow waters. Gibbs Cay provides a rare and unforgettable encounter with these magnificent creatures in their natural environment. Our captain will also conduct a live conch demonstration and prepare fresh conch salad for you and your guests to enjoy.

It was a great experience. Our guides were awesome and very friendly. The "private beach" we went to was really nice, only 1 other boat there. The only downside is that we didn't go to the "wall" that was advertised and we were disappointed.
The staff and captain were incredible. We booked it for the snorkeling, but our highlight was the little island with stingrays and freshly made conch ceviche.
It was informative and was a small group. It was nice! Even though the water was a little rough the day we went it was still amazing! It was well worth doing this excursion and my family really enjoyed it! JJ was a good captain and Kelly was a good first mate!
We had such a great experience. Saw some cool underwater creatures snorkeling at the reef. Watching the team free dive for conch was a unique and exciting experience. Then getting to hang out with the sting rays at Gibbs Key while they prepared the conch was a blast. Great photo ops and everyone in the tour seemed to have a blast. Highly recommend!
My adult daughter and myself love to snorkel. This tour was exactly what we were looking for. The price was great. Meeting time of tour was within 1 hour from docking the Carnival Magic and the crowd size (only 20 people) was great. JJ was our Captain / Kelly & Kendrick was the crew staff. They took care of any needs we may have had. They also dove for conch, of which, made cerviche with and was very tasty. We also stopped on this little island where stingrays would swim by our legs. EXCITING!! This was a fun tour and I would suggest to any of my family and friends. Please support the locals on Grand Turk.
We had a wonderful time. The boat ride was very relaxing. We saw fish and stingrays. JJ, Kelly and Kendrick were very attentive. They dove for conch and educated us on them. It was very informative.
One of the most diverse snorkeling tours I have been on. The conch catch and demonstration along with the fresh ceviche was fantastic. Snorkeling in Gibbs Cay’s crystal clear waters was great. And finally the sting ray exhibition on the beach was wonderful for all ages. Truly a company that wants to go the extra yard !
We paid a lot of money to snorkel "the wall" and we were taken to a different spot for snorkeling just a short distance from our cruise ship. We always want to buy our shore excursions from our cruises from a local business. The reviews were good and we spent over $1,000 for 7 of us to spend the day snorkeling the wall. They chummed the water at one spot and we snorkeled there for about 30 minutes or so then they took us to an island where we met stingrays and had conch salad. Very disappointed in the day overall!
Friendly staff, well-run tour, and a fun day overall. The only real issue is the price. It feels like the lack of competition allows them to charge more than the experience justifies. The advertised departure time is also misleading, and the complimentary punch does not match the premium price tag. That said, it's still cheaper than booking through the cruise line, and we enjoyed it. Would recommend, but with realistic expectations.
Super fun and beautiful atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly and made it a great day! Would recommend to anyone!
Seriously one of the best experiences I've ever had
There is nothing bad at all to say about this excursion. We were in a small group of 8 with 4 of them being from the same family. When they took us to the island, we were there while our boat captain JJ and his assistant prepared fresh Konch. While there enjoying the stingrays and the beatiful beach a huge Catamaran pulled in, let all their people touch the stingrays and left. We arrived before them and stayed after them. We all agreed we most definitely chose the best excursion. Out of all the things we did on our cruise, this was definitely the highlight of the week.
Excellent tour exactly as described. Meeting point was just a short walk from the cruise pier. Much smaller boat and tour group than if booked through the cruise line. Beautiful snorkeling. Captain and crew dove for conch which were later prepared as delicious fresh conch salad. Would do again.
The best excursion of ones I have experienced while going on cruises. Went with JJ and Gary. Both are knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. The tour is reef snorkeling followed by interacting with stingrays. Additionally, they made some fresh conch ceviche from some shells Gary was able to dive for. Ended up proposing to my fiance on the stingray beach. Went very smoothly thanks to their help. JJ put on appropriate music for the way back. . Advise recommend taking reef safe sunblock activity and saltwater quickly wash off any that is pre-applied. Strongly recommend taking this excursion.
We booked the Exclusive Supreme Snorkeling Tour because we wanted to snorkel near the Wall. We got a different snorkeling trip and the conch cultural experience. Despite not seeing the wall, we were extremely happy with the snorkeling and Gibbs Cay. Vasco, Kendrick, and Kelly were incredible guides. They shared much information about the area and wildlife. They were watchful over us and were open to questions. Vasco even spotted some dolphins for us. I very much appreciated the way they treated the stingrays. Vasco was gentle with them, made sure we were gentle with them, and did not appear to stress her. He also made sure none of the participants chased the stingrays. I would have loved to see the wall and will be back to do so. I truly loved this experience.
Way overpriced for what the trip is. It’s a glorified boat ride with 20 minutes of snorkeling on a small reef, and then a beach stop.
We LOVED this tour! It was so much fun to get out on the water with this tour. Our local guides knew so much. One of them even swam out and got four conch shells for us to learn about, then they made ceviche from the mollusk inside! It was really interesting and fun. The snorkeling spot was great. We saw lots of fish and stingrays. It was a great day!
Great experience! We loved the small size of our group and the crew were very informative about the culture and everything we did. It exceeded our expectations!
This was the BEST experience. We have been on a lot of cruises and excursions in recent years and this one was one of my favorites. The snorkeling was great, the sting ray and Gibbs island were amazing and the ceviche was to die for!
The owners of this business were so welcoming and friendly. The two tour guides/captains of the boat were so fun it felt like we were hanging with old friends. Enjoyed the snorkeling spot way off shore but the island was amazing! I swam with stingrays that literally hugged me and followed me around It was amazing!! The fresh conch salad made by the crew on the beach was to die for. Would do this again for sure!
We had an amazing time with our tour guide Vasco. He was fun, entertaining and very knowledgeable. We went snorkeling and hung out with the stingrays in Gibbs Cay. Both were amazing experiences. His first mate made an amazing conch salad form Conch he pulled from the ocean during our excursion. He dropped us off at jack’s shack where we enjoyed lunch before heading back to the ship.
This is a great experience. The crew make this a 10!!! Great interaction with the customers. Snorkel and see amazing schools of fish. Dive for conch. The captain and his crew cook the conch right on the beach for you while you have a chance to play in the crystal clear water and swim with sting rays. Don’t miss this trip of a lifetime!
Easy meeting up directions and an excellent tour. Great rum punch, conch explanation, snorkeling area, and I loved being on the beach all by ourselves sampling & swimming. My only complaint is the boat was packed—maybe not taking the walk up family so we have a bit more space on the boat.
The team met us and greeted us by name - clearly they were eager and prepared. The main office had seen better days, but that's not what we signed up for, was it? They quickly got us out on the boat (we had to wait for other bookers to join). They took us out to the snorkel spot and there was another boat by the reef as well, but we were easily distinguished by different colored jackets. They dove for conch and then we chased fish around for almost an hour. The site was a good one with some beautiful fish and the ground was not so deep I couldn't dive down near to touching it. The water was crystal clear and we could see a good distance. Beautiful iridescent blues as well as other colors. The fish were fairly friendly and came up close enough to be seen but evaded capture. As they should. We then went to the beach where we experienced stingrays and got to hold them if we wanted - not tight or in a way that seemed it might be irritating or uncomfortable to them, though. They stayed in the water the whole time. Next, they harvested the conch and we got to have a sampling of ceviche. Delicious and fresh. All in all, it was a great trip!
This excursion was well worth the money. It was advertised at 2.5 hours but ended up being closer to 4 hours, which was just fine with us. The boat and office were easy to find (a short walk down the beach), and we learned about the history of Grand Turk while we waited for everyone to arrive. Our crew did a great job explaining what we would do and making sure everyone was safe and would have a good experience. Life vests and snorkel gear was provided (though we brought our own). We saw tons of beautiful fish while snorkeling the reef, got to swim (and kiss!) the stingrays, and enjoyed learning all about conch and how they are harvested. We both tried the conch ceviche and enjoyed it- a bit spicy! I loved having the time on Gibbs Cay to enjoy the sandy beach and the beautiful waters there. Don't hesitate to book this excursion- it might have been our favorite one on our cruise!
This is a very relaxed trip. Captain JJ was hilarious. We got to snorkel on the reef where we saw purple fans and lots of beautiful fish. The cove with the stingrays was WILD it was such a cool experience
Enjoyable, small group excursion. Easy to find from the pier. Very friendly crew. Nice boat ride out to the reef to snorkel, then to a small island to relax while feeding rays. I liked supporting a small, local business and was never concerned about not making it back to the ship on time. A+
Exclusive Escapes supreme snorkeling tour was the perfect way to spend a day at Grand Turk during a cruise (or during vacation). The walk to the meeting point was an easy 8-10 minute walk (with a toddler in tow) along the soft sand beach. The boat was comfortable. FYI there is not bathroom on board so use the bathroom before you leave the ship. The crew was great- very friendly and helpful. JJ was especially hilarious. The snorkeling was fine. The reef sadly looks like many other reefs which are starting to die, but we got to see tons of colorful fish. One of the guides even fed the fish right in front of my toddler so he could see lots of fish without using a snorkel. We had plenty of time for snorkeling. Another guide even showed my husband where to dive for conch, and my husband got to dive for one. It was fun learning all about conch and tasting their ceviche from the conch they caught while we were on board. The stop at Gibbs Cay was peaceful. Not at all tons of stingrays like I was imagining. It was very different from Stingray Cay on Grand Cayman. This was a beautiful sandy beach on a tiny island where a few rays naturally come so the experience feels more wild, with 2-3 stingrays swimming around you occasionally. Very peaceful stop. This tour was pricey, but I can’t imagine a better way to spend our time there. Plus I love supporting a local family company.
I expected a better stop at the wall, we were right next to the larger catamarans. Any tour company could have done this. That is why I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars. The captain also was feeding the fish, which is not what I would expect from a smaller company. The conch ceviche and pulling conch out of the shell was excellent along with the Stingray experience. That portion of the excursion was 5 star. The wall was 3 star, very average. Thus a 4 star rating. We have used a local dive shop in the past for going to the wall and will return to using them.
Absolutely amazing, the lady at the front desk was super friendly, and the tour guides are incredible, great for kids and adults. 100% worth the time and money
An awesome day! Great staff, beautiful diving. The Stingrays were amazing.
Me and my fiancé were looking for a more private experience with multiple stops. This place did not disappoint. Really glad I chose this one instead of the cruise recommendation. The lady articulated her words very well and made us all feel super comfortable.
The receptionist was very knowledgeable and kind. She shared many tips to have a fun and safe trip as well as some information on Grand Turk and locals. Our tour guides were also very knowledgeable and so nice. Highly recommend using them over the cruise line as we went as a much smaller group. 3 people in my group got to pull the mussel out of the conch shell, everyone got to pet and kiss a stingray. This experience was absolutely amazing.
Best experience in Turks and Caicos! Our cruise stopped into the Grand Turk so I was looking for fun excursions for me, my partner, and friends. The entire experience from booking with Viator to the actual excursion was easy and smooth. The tour operators ensured we had an amazing time and that we did! Book this excursion, you will not be disappointed! Thank you again for such a fun and memorable experience!
Had a great time and the crew were great! They were very helpful to get me in and out of the ship!!!
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to interact with a wild stingray! After a lovely snorkel we went to a tiny island where the captain invited a ray known to him to hang out and anyone who wanted to could pet and lightly hold the animal. It was on her terms and she lingered even after the guests stopped petting her. We were also treated to ceviche made with freshly caught conch. From start to finish this was a fantastic, entertaining and safe excursion. The crew of three was wonderful! I appreciated supporting a family run business. It was lovely to be on a smaller boat with only @30 other people. It was great fun to bounce along the waves.
Worth every penny. Do it. Super fun.
Our guides, JJ and Kelly, were fun and professional. They made this a memorable experience. From the time you get to the main building you realize this is the real deal, and these guys know what they're doing. Locals who are passionate about what they're doing, showing you some really beautiful stuff, and cooking you a delicious, fresh meal. Music, fun, and exploration are the name of the game. If you like that, these guys rock.
Good excursion. JJ and Kelly were great guides for the day. Very friendly, and made the day a lot of fun.
JJ and Kelly gave us a very enjoyable day! We ended up on the smaller boat which was not a catamaran, and a bit disappointing, but the snorkeling was good, and Kelly made us a very good conch ceviche with conch he dove down and got himself. It was my first time trying conch. We also went to a beach for a bit, where there were stingrays coming and going. It was lots of fun!
Worth every penny. Perfect directions to find it. This ended up being my favorite thing we did on entire cruise. And we did alot..Dont miss out.
What an amazing experience from the boat ride to snorkeling to conch diving to kissing sting rays and the fresh conch ceviche! So much fun and great memories made with the family ☺️

We had to wait for a couple of hours on another ship to arrive, but it was no big deal because we got Starbucks and then we learned quite a bit about grand Turk. The guides there are born local and passionate about their people and culture. We also saw a donkey and they explained the difference in conchs to us. We snorkel for the perfect amount of time and then went to an uninhabitable island and got to interact with the stingrays, which is a once in a lifetime experience! They made ceviche in front of us after they FREE DIVED for the conchs. Also an amazing experience. We will absolutely book this excursion again whenever we are back in grand Turk. Kelly was AWESOME and the free diver and Gary was so cool- he was the captain of the ship. They are both amazing and the rum punch is to die for. Book this— you won’t regret it.
They didn’t give great directions or a specific time so we went to find the meet up spot and couldn’t… anyways their costumer service sucks! And wouldn’t answer the phone calls or texts. I feel scammed!
Great time. Great crew. Much smaller group than what you’d get with the cruise excursion. Only thing I’d suggest would be either the company have, or bring your own, petroleum jelly if you have a mustache/ beard otherwise you’re going to spend a lot of time clearing your mask.
Capt Vasco made it amazing! He free-dived in strong current/wind for fresh conch during boat ride! Took us to private beach to educate us about conch, then his teammate made fresh conch ceviche while Capt Vasco educated us and gave us the most amazing stingray experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had several private boat experiences in the Bahamas! Will MOST DEFINITELY use this amazing excursion company/family again! One of the best experiences ever!
Well worth the price of admission. Memories that will last a lifetime. We saw lots of colorful fish. Stingrays were the highlight for me, they swim right next to you, sometimes between your legs.
I love how it was just a short walk down the beach after getting off our cruise ship. The lady in the office was so helpful and even told us about the island. Our captain Vosco was AMAZING!!! Very friendly and took us to a great snorkeling spot. We saw so many fish and a big drop off which was so cool. The water was rough due to weather but him and Kelly always had their eyes on everyone and was checking to make sure everyone was ok. We then watched Vasco dive to get the conch. Then we went to the island and interacted with the stingrays and he did a conch demonstration. We all got to try the conch and I was very surprised it wasn’t bad at all. This was such an awesome excursion and we will definitely be doing it again when we go back.
