This company was super organized we had a large party and reserved around a dozen carts , we checked in and were on our carts and sightseeing within 5-10 minutes. All the kids loved seeing the donkeys, the lighthouse point and going to the beach.Thanks Cactus Carts we appreciate you.

Great way to explore Grand Turk. It took us a little while to figure out how to exit the terminal area but was smooth sailing after that. Easy pickup and drop off. The carts were very easy to handle and we loved the flexibility of moving to our own schedule.

Good experience. Cart malfunctioned but they quickly got me a upgraded replacement at no extra cost.

we were in Grand Turk last year and used Cactus Carts and it was raining but still had a good time, this year we used Cactus Carts again and had a great time, no rain and a slight breeze, road all over the island, stopping off wherever we wanted to

The cart was ready when we arrived..the employee gave us a map of the island and where things were on the cart for operation. The cart did backfire a few times, but otherwise had no issues. The island is 7 miles around, with a few sites to look at...overall the beaches are a nice stop, as is the farthest point with a lighthouse.

Golf cart rental was super easy. He provided a map to point out landmarks, but honestly, there really isn't much to see on the island.

It’s a bit of a walk from ship and directions are not great. There’s red brick sidewalk everywhere. Cart was very run down and backfired constantly which alarmed everyone we were near

The Cactus cart rep was fabulous and executed great customer service. He kept our walker for us while we explored and met us at the port gate with it so we didn't have to walk as far. The only negative to renting is it is quite a further walk because they are set up outside the port but they are a bit less expensive so it balances out.

Our golf cart was in poor condition. It sputtered from the start but we were able to make it all around the Island. On the way to visit Jacks it died near the airport. We sat there for several minutes and we were able to restart it but it barely ran and died twice more. We still had several hours but didn't feel safe on the cart so skipped Jacks and returned it. We told the guy at the stand, but he really didn't seem to care at all. I would probably find a different company to rent from so you don't risk being stranded!

Overall, we had a great experience. Jeffrey, who was the only employee on site, was super helpful, let us pick the cart we wanted, and gave us great directions. My only complaint is that the rental location is outside of the cruise compound; which isn’t super clear when booking, and no one inside the cruise terminal will give you very good directions on how to get where you need to go (which is only about a 10 minute walk). We finally called, and Jeffrey was able to give us clear instructions on how to find him, and we were off on our adventure. The carts were easy to drive, reliable, and fun. You DO have to keep in mind that they are slower than the cars on the island, so you have to pull over a lot to let people by.

It's just a short walk out past the parking lot of the port area, follow the walking path and then find the Cactus sign. The attendant was very friendly, helpful and informative. The carts were clean, working well and the price was quite reasonable. He welcomed us back when we returned.

We had a great time exploring Grand Turk with our golf cart rental\! The cart worked perfectly, and the employee was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful\. We especially appreciated the map on the windshield, which made navigating the island so easy\. It was a wonderful way to explore at our own pace. We would definitely recommend Cactus Carts!

Fun activity on Grand Turk and a good way to explore this small island. Would let everyone know that it is a longer walk from the ship than advertised. Given explanation and map. Cart was in very good condition.

If you have trouble walking, the cart pickup area is too far from the Grand Turk entrance. The cart was in good shape, and ran well…

Great experience renting a golf cart, very friendly and helpful at pick up and drop off. I would have no problems renting from them again. Had a nice ride to the lighthouse and fed carrots to the wild donkeys, hit a couple beaches, the museum and jacks shack The only thing I’d say is be ready for the round about, traffic circle, rotary what ever you call it, my brain didn’t want to wrap itself around going clockwise, thank goodness I had someone in front of me to follow (next time I’d make sure I had a downloaded map)

Cactus carts are about a half mile walk to a rough and rocky lot. Steep ramp caused a fall for one of our group. Carts our gas gauge didn’t work and turn signals did not work either.

The only reason for the 4 instead of a 5 star review is the location of Cactus Carts. It is outside the port entrance (which is itself quite a ways from the ship). Once we were able to locate it, everything went great. We were shown how to operate the cart, reminded of left side driving and given a map. He also explained how to get to the lighthouse at the opposite end of the island. He was very personable and helpful. He also let us drive up the gate of the port entrance on our way back and returned the cart himself to the Cactus Cart location. (My husband is 85 and in pretty good shape but the long walk from the ship took a lot in the heat.) Overall, we would use them again.

Little bit of a walk, but worth it. Greeter was nice and got us going quickly. Stopped at a few beaches that had very few people if any and did some snorkeling (salt water keeps you afloat). A fun way to spend the day and see the island.

Easy and hassle free experience, walk out of the security gate from the port and the cart businesses were lined up to the side. Would definitely book again.

We had an absolute blast taking a golf cart around the island. We were visiting on a cruise and we had plenty of time to see everything we wanted to see. It was nice to be able to get away from the actual cruise port and experience what Grand Turk was really like. Cactus Carts was very easy to deal with. We had no issues with the cart and not having to worry about refilling the gas tank before returning it was a huge plus to us.

Buy gulf cart on here instead of the cruise since it’s a lot cheaper. Staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us a map of the island. They are located outside the cruise center once you leave the gates. There are several other golf cart business outside the gate but you will see them once you see the sign. Recommend. The walking distance may be subjective esp if your handicap

Enjoyed being able to explore the island at our own pace. The golf cart was an EZ Go and did well for us.

The golf cart we had was junk. Brakes barely worked and gas wasn’t much better. The map was useless, no road signs or street names.

Cactus was professional and easy going. The distance to their site was a hike but doable. The cart was easy to use, fully fueled and faster than any other cart in town!

Get the blue cart. The gray sh!ts are slow AF. I'll probably do a different company next time. Test drive the thing first.

The staff was very accommodating. We had a shore excursion that fell in the middle of the day, we were able to turn the cart in temporarily and pick it up again when our activity was finished. The attendant was excellent and had the cart ready upon our return to the rental lot.

Easy to find location of the golf cart - right outside the port gate. The golf cart was in great shape.

I haven’t actually gone on the experience yet, but had made a mistake in booking the wrong date. And even though it was beyond the cancellation, our change window Otis graciously changed it to the correct date. Thank you so much for being flexible.

My cruise ship was not able to dock at Grand Turk port due to weather condition but i got my full refund from golf cart booking. It's great! Definitely will book again for my next trip to Grand Turk. thank you!

We rented a great 6 seater! Lots of power for 5 adults! Very friendly and smooth pick up and drop off! Great way to explore Grand Turk

The golf cart was and great condition. Clean, came with a detail map, the attended was helpful and we had a blast driving around in the golf cart. Great experience and only complaint was the little walk I wish they allow them to pick you up inside the port to take you where the cart are.

This was the best experience since you determine what type of tour you want. We were able to group a history lesson (lighthouse) with shopping and beach time.

Great experience! They aren't the prettiest golf carts, but it got the job done and we had a great time driving around Turks!

It was lots of fun . Pay attention to the map. Lots of people was turning around cause they went the wrong way from not paying attention. Watch for donkeys on the sides of the roads .

Had a great experience with Cactus Carts and the six seater golf cart we rented. We booked this rental 4 months prior and had no issues when we arrived to pick up the golf cart. It is a short walk across a parking lot outside of the cruise port to an area where other golf cart vendors are located. The gentleman we met with was super helpful and answered all of our questions. He also gave us some pointers on what to check out on Grand Turk. The carts are gas powered and are in great condition. It took us around 15 minutes to get from the cruise port to the lighthouse. We then stopped at multiple beaches, restaurants, shops and bars on our way back to the cruise port. Great time and I would definitely go this route again when visiting Grand Turk.

The cart was easy to locate outside the port and we were given good instructions on how to drive the vehicle along with a map of Grand Turk.We had a great time going around the island visiting the lighthouse, Cockburn Town and Governor’s Beach. Parking was free everywhere. The cart we hired was very comfortable for 6 people plus our hand luggage and if we visited again would definitely hire a cart from Cactus Carts .

Keep walking to exit the Cruise port. It’s not too far, but not clearly marked. Our vehicle was ready when we arrived and the transaction was easy.

Picking up the golf cart was quick and easy. They provided us with a map of the island and we had a blast! Gas was included so we did not have to worry about filling it back up. We were able to explore the whole island and stop at the beaches and shopping at our leisure. We were able to keep the rental until it was time to get back on ship.

We had a fun day with the golf cart. However, the directions to pick up the cart were a little confusing as we almost took a taxi from the cruise port to Cockburn Town to pick it up when the cart was actually waiting for us just outside of the cruise terminal main gate. Fortunately, when we asked a taxi driver, her told us where to pick it up. The golf cart was in fair condition, however there were many other golf cart companies who offered newer carts with more amenities such as turn signals and radios. Overall, however, we enjoyed having the golf cart to explore the island at our own pace.

We found the cart stand easily. Jeffey explained everything we needed to know and gave us a map. The cart was clean, full of gas and comfy. Seatbelts in back were great for our bags. It was in great shape. The island itself needs road signs.

glad that I asked for directions. once I got those it was easy to find. just wish the seats weren't torn. other than that it was a great experience.

Process of pick up and drop off was very easy. It is a little bit of a walk from the port to pick up the golf cart.

We had the best time. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart in Grand Turk. We were able to explore the entire island and still had time to visit the breach for a few hours at Jack’s Shack for a few hours. The experience was so easy!

Friendly and helpful host. They give you a map which is helpful. Our host showed key spots of interest on the map. The day was ours to explore what we wanted. Local drivers are considerate of Golf Cart travelers. We did not have any issues with our gas powered Golf Cart. We did see other groups getting assistance from their companies at some of our stops, or the side of the road. There was a contact number clearly listed to call in case of an issue. We had a four seater golf cart which was perfect for the two of us so that we could put our backpacks on the extra seats (and strap them in either seat belts.) This was perfect for our beach supplies and future souvenirs while traveling. Loved the ability to pick our own spot on the beach to park next to rather than rely on a tour bus. We were able to explore the entire island during our excursion time including going through the local community in route to another view of the island. Our only negative is an awareness that all golf cart companies are outside the port and therefore it is a long walk to the golf cart pickup and eventually back to the ship after we dropped off the golf cart at the end of the day. The directions to get to the golf cart were sent in the email prior to our pickup so take a screenshot so that you don’t need Internet to get the directions. Also we mainly used other people, locals, to ask questions about the directions to the location of the path. You need to exit the port and walk through the parking lot to get to the path that takes you out of port property to get to the location of all the golf cart rental companies. A couple of sign placards with “All Golf Cart Rentals” with an arrow would have given me a reassurance of going the correct direction during the 10 minute walk from the main port area. We will do this again so that we can explore this island some more and pick our own beach and food experience.

So much fun, island people so friendly, beautiful scenery, Bought hot dogs to feed the dogs and apples and carrots for donkeys at Market. We really loved the independence of touring island on our time.
