The golf carts were the oldest on the lot. All companies had their golf waiting outside the cruise terminal. BMCs were the worst. The windshields were smoked dark brown making it hard to see. I had to sit up high on towels to see over the acrylic windshield. No seat belts and drove absolutely terrible. They were so bad we drove 45 min and turned around to go back.
Great people , gave us a clean orange 4 seater , pretty simple once walking outside the main gate , Very easy company to work with , would rent again
We rented a jeep for the day, arrived to pick it up at 8:15 and waited almost an hour for the jeep. It started out alright, then we got into a rain shower and the windshield wipers would not turn off and the door lock component kept popping out of the door. However, it was clean and we did enjoy riding with the top off.
Terrible experience. Paid more than other couples we talked to and our cart broke down at the lighthouse not 20min into our ride and we had to hitchhike with another couple back. Did not want to offer any sort of refund. Bunch of scammers.
1st things 1st!!!! Confirmation directions indicate the meet up is outside the main entrance. That's relative. It is thru the duty entrance, pass thru the taxi terminal, walk across the parking lot, then there's a brick walking path, and finally you will be meet by attendants at the fence. It's not "right" there. That was my biggest issue with the reservation. The next thing is that you will be told to top off the gas which is normal. Gas stations are not as visible as what we're used to and the US. There is a gas station behind a fence at Governors Beach. Right next to it. Other than that, I would say enjoy the island with the golf cart. I would advise for you to download the map of the island before you go if you're not going to be using internet. The golf carts themselves for perfectly fine. They weren't new they weren't old but they work. Enjoy!

There was no 6 seater golf cart and I had it booked months before our trip we had to take a jeep with no passenger side rear view mirror which made it difficult to be safe with all the cars passing on the right and having to be in a jeep rather then the golf cart took away from the whole experience we are not happy this is tge third time I've used you and the last
Fun time, it was easy to pickup the golf cart and we were free to explore the area and saw a lot of exciting things within the town area.
Easy to access, lots of Independence however I did not like that the attendant said I needed to give him a tip at the end.

To pick up the golf cart we asked around at the pier because everyone everyone was haggling us to get a golf cart and when we said we already had one rented and asked where to find this company we were told to go outside the gates very rudely by people who supposedly worked for this company, we walk out there and find the golf carts and get told the basic things about the cart and was specifically told to bring it back at the same gas level that we took it at which was 3/4 full. After our half day of driving around we put some gas in it to 3/4 full again and take it back. The guy that was there when we returned asked if we filled it up and I said we filled it to where it was when we took it as we were told to and he again very rudely said we had to fill it up all the way. I questioned why we had to fill it all the way for gas we didn’t even use, his response was to go fill it all the way or give him ten bucks and he will do it. It was the principal of them wanting us to pay for gas we didn’t use when we were told to bring it back at the level it was when we took it and we did that then still had to pay this guy ten bucks. The carts were fine but the service was not.
This was a great experience! We were able to enjoy the island on our own timeline. The company was great. We didn’t have any issues. I highly recommend renting a golf cart when going to Grand Turk and from this company.

Allows you to see the whole island. After seeing the lighthouse and exploring the town, We found the most beautiful beach and spent the rest of our day there.
The pickup and drop off for this event was so simple. We were on our way within just a few minutes of arriving at the pick up.
Booking through TripAdvisor was a great experience, and the reservation process was seamless. However, when we arrived at the pickup location, there was no one available to assist us. We asked several people for help, but because we had already prepaid through TripAdvisor, no one seemed willing to assist since there was no sale to be made. Eventually, one employee simply pointed to a golf cart and said, “That cart is from BMC—take that one.” We asked him to verify the fuel level before we left. He checked it, confirmed it had a full tank, and then walked away.
location: exit the main gate, make a left, you'll see golfcart rental. pass them and go 200 yards to a gate. go left, pass gate and on right side of road. there is NO signs. other than finding them, no problems. we did a 2 hour tour first, and i doubt we needed a golfcart, probably didn't need to because island is small and we saw the important stuff.
This is my second time renting from this company at Grand Turk. The first time was seamless. This time I think they overbooked and the four-seaters were gone (except one he didn’t want to give to us for some reason). The young man who was working called his boss and we had to wait about 15-20 minutes for them to decide to give us the one he didn’t want to in the first place. I know this doesn’t seem huge but when you’re on a time crunch and have to be back on the ship before 3:30 it is a pain. They did have about 10 six-seaters but didn’t want to give us one of those. This was my family’s first time here and my second. No one else had an issue that we could tell as everyone was getting their cart and leaving all around us. I’m not sure I would use this company again.
Easy and fun to get outside of port.
The hardest part was figuring out how to walk out the main gate to find the company. We had a great time driving around the island. Ended our day at Governor's Beach for a couple of hours. Didn't want to leave!
Gas is SUPER expensive ($8 US a gallon) the side mirror, check engine light was on, and backup cameras were broke.
We had a great experience renting our Golf cart from BMC the king wore right outside the police court gates. We picked up our cart within five minutes of arriving, and we're driving away onto our adventure for the day. I would definitely use them again.
The area is located outside the port gate. We did switch golf carts as the first one wouldn’t start. Glad we checked before he left. The cart worked well and got us around the entire island. Gassing up was easy as we received help from the attendant.
I accidentally booked the wrong day and Viator couldn’t change since it was within the 24 hour window. This company was great! They changed my reservation date and were very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

The golf carts were very easy to find the person running the bmc golf cart area was friendly and prompt when telling us about the golf cart and the island. We drove all the way to the lighthouse and the beach and then filled the yak back up and it only cost us $6! Definitely recommend.
The location listed is not correct and takes you well out of your way. However the people overseeing the golf carts were friendly. You do need to fill up with gas, at about $20 a gallon.
The BMC team was extremely unprofessional. My group rented four vehicles (3 - six passenger & 1 - four passenger vehicle). None of the vehicles were available upon arrival, and it took over 1.5 hrs for us to just get 2 of the 4 vehicles. The vehicles gas gauges didn't work, and the check-in/check out process was extremely unorganized. We eventually, called friends to help transport us to the beach after BMC was unable to provide an estimated delivery time of our other 2 vehicles. BMC eventually delivered our other 2 vehicles to the beach per our request around 1pm est (vehicles should've been ready at 8:00am). The biggest surprise of the day came when one the BMC representatives ask me about the availability of my niece! I couldn't believe what I was hearing!! I along with my friend both told the representative to start with getting our vehicles and gas! The representative had the nerve to ask again after dropping off our other two vehicles at 1pm. I told him to stay away from pur group, do not approach my niece, and go kick rocks!
The staff was so helpful. Golf cart was ready for me. All I had to do was showing booking info and I was given a map and sent on my way. We were sitting on side of road getting a drink and a worker came by and stopped and made sure we were ok. I was leery about booking outside cruise line and I was wrong. This was amazing. Book them for your golf cart. Don’t think twice.
We visited grand Turk in March 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed our golf cart rental. We were able to get to all of the beaches we wanted to see, as well as the lighthouse, and saw wild donkeys literally everywhere. The cart was modern and in good condition. The attendant was very friendly. The reason for four stars is that it is a bit of a walk to reach the area where the carts are kept… Just outside of the main gate to the port. It takes about 10 minutes brisk walk to reach. We asked about getting to the lighthouse and they did provide a map, but said not to worry, it was a small island and we would not get lost. Well, we got lost. It IS a small island, but most of the streets are unmarked with names. The map didn’t help much and It is a bit of a guessing game (even with the map) as to where you are going. We backtracked several times trying to find the lighthouse and a grocery store. We weren’t the only ones… We saw several other carts getting lost trying to find lighthouse as well. It’s not a big deal because you can always see the water and get back to the port, but just to be aware. Lastly, there is NO WAY to lock up any of your items. No locking boxes or cubbies to place things in while you pop in somewhere, so keep that in mind.

You had to walk a little further than the rest but was much less expensive for the same thing. The golf cart works fine and was great to have for the day at a lower price than the shop offered.
They never showed up! We waited two hours by the golf carts and the person to give a golf cart never showed up! There was about 10 groups that were they’re waiting as well. There was another company in the same parking lot, who said that the guy who was supposed to show up was out drinking the night before and they’ve been trying to call him and he never answered. I tried to reach the company and no one ever answered. We ended up paying double the prize and went with another company and never got our money back for this golf cart rental..
The experience was great! Upon returning the golf cart we were informed that we needed to fill the tank up with gas before returning. This wasn't told to us at the start of the rental and it would have been helpful as the two gas stations we saw were on the opposite side of the island from the port.

That morning they said there was no 4 per carts but had 6 person for an upcharge of $65. After about an hour he could find us a 4 cart but we had to pay in cash instead. what a waste of time
The experience was disappointing. I booked over a week in advance to ensure that we would not have any issues. The night before the excursion I received an email at 10:30 PM to say that our four seater golf cart was gone and they could give us a six seater. We weren’t thrilled, but we were still happy to go the next morning after we left the ship we found our way to where the operators were waiting. They look surprised that we were there and they said didn’t you receive the email that your tour was canceled. To say I was livid was putting it mildly not to blame those men. That’s not their fault. it’s your fault. No email in the morning to say it was canceled. What a disgrace luckily we were able to go to another company and order a golf cart and had a beautiful stay on grand Turk. I have used via tour before and never had an issue. This was disgraceful shame on you. Now I have to go to American Express and cancel the charge because it wasn’t canceled automatically. I have not received any notification from via tour except for this morning wanting me to leave a review. Here’s your beautiful review fix your stuff. I wouldn’t recommend you to anybody?
You are not very well advertised and we found it difficult to find you. We weren't given a map, and the vehicle had no key so anyone could have taken it, not very secure. The guy who met us seemed totally uninterested. Viator has a good reputation so this was disappointing. I wanted to book a jet ski as a treat for my husband but after this experience I haven't.
This was super easy and the staff met us outside the port and gave us helpful information regarding the area and things to do and see.
Be careful on which company you pick because when you get outside the cruise gate there's a whole bunch of people with golf carts. We booked a company called BMC and we walked about 300 yards to the cruise gate from the ship. There was one guy with a BMC shirt on outside the gate and told us to wait over by the golf carts. At the time he was dealing with another customer so we waited about 15 minutes and he found my booking on Viator and point it out a raggedy ass green golf cart sitting to the side six seater. My party of fire jumped in and we didn't think we were going to make it. The golf cart was backfiring as we went up the road and it did not sound good. So we turned around because we realize we didn't have a map of the island or a phone number to contact somebody if the golf cart breaks down. Mind you there is no paperwork involved in this whole transaction no signatures, no insurance verification, no ID verification just get in the car and go. When we got back we talked to one of the owners not the guy that gave us the card and he gave us his phone numbers and a map. You took off again and decided to go all the way up to the lighthouse and work our way back. We were coming back from the lighthouse and the golf cart broke down so we called them and they were there in 3 minutes to check the golf cart and ended up bringing us another cart to use for the rest of the day it took about 30 minutes. That golf cart worked out for the rest of the day and when we dropped it off it was just like we picked it up just parked it and walked away. I do recommend using Viator to pay for your transaction because if not there's a whole bunch of people trying to get your cash from you. You cannot pay with a credit card once you get outside that gate it is cash only.
Do not rent from them. We booked a 4 seat golf cart a few weeks before our cruise. It was confirmed. The night before entering port (after 10pm) we received an email stating that we would receive a 6 seat golf cart because there were no more 4 seaters available. When we got to port and walked to the pick up location, we were notified that they had overbooked and our reservation was cancelled. Supposedly, an email was sent out the morning of our reservation with a cancellation, but we never received it. They offered another golf cart to us if we wanted to pay $100 in cash. We walked away. That is bad business, and a bit sketchy
