Great experience. Golf cart was in great shape. It was quite easy to drive through the entire island.

Great tool for touring the island. They are about the most expensive cart rental on island stating "luxury". There are many many cart rental places outside port with carts looking as nice as these for less money. Next time I would find a less expensive rental or rent one onsite of the numerous options.

This was great! Carts were newer and very nice. We saw so many broke down carts and ones out of gas or flat tires. I researched before I arrived and that’s why I chose this company because I knew they would be dependable. Only think I wish would the cooler on the back would have been filled with ice.

Once you get out the gate just look for the red carts. Super helpful on where to go nice carts will use again

Very professional group. It’s a 5 minute walk from the cruise port parking lot. The golf carts are top notch. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Do not hesitate to use this company! We had a party of six and still had space left for bags. The golf cart was clean, ran well, and the employees working were very friendly and helpful. We saw several others having to ‘push start’ their carts, but we never had a single issue. A+++

My family and I had a wonderful time on our golf cart. I will warn you however that the walk to the golf carts in Grand Turk is a bit longer than we thought it would be.

We rented the upscale 6 seater and had an unforgettable wonderful experience in Grand Turk. You have to walk outa the port and D.E.A. rentals was the last one. Ours was #15. Pay the $250 refundable deposit - which you get back when return the cart. The staff goes over how to use it and gives a map with hand written places that was should go explore. Our cart broke down at Pillory Beach - the starter went out. We called D.E.A. Rentals and explained the problem. They sent multiple guys out with a starter in hand and an upgraded cart #25 with a Bluetooth speaker and 2 fans (which was awesome) in about 20mins and we were probably 15 mins from the port. The customer service was outstanding!!! We got on the new cart and off with our adventures we went. We even passed other carts on the road. These upscaled carts are faster than most. We will definitely rent from them again.

Do some research ahead of time of what you'd like to see on island. Think we missed a lot as we had a map, but not a good idea where to visit. Golf cart was a fun way to get around and we had no issues with the cart. Only spent about 2 hours driving around, and feel like we missed things that could have been interesting.

There is not much to see on the island of Grand Turk. The price was high for a daily rental. The machine was in good order and ran well. We only kept it for half a day.

People were great equipment Golf Cart not so great. Brakes were difficult to engage and putting in forward or reverse was touch and go. The difficulty of just the simple things made the trip more stressful than it needed to be.

This rental was awesome! The walk from the cruise port is about 10 minutes but way worth it! Taking the cart back it was pouring rain and the guys there took my mom back to the cruise port so she didn’t have to walk in the rain.

The 6-seater golf cart met our family’s need just fine. It helped us get around the island with on and off ease. The only thing it could have been better is not having the strong smell of gasoline for the 2 passengers in the last row.

Received exactly what was booked. Cart was in great shape and the costumer service was also excellent. No comparison to the other rental opportunities.

The cart was great fun and a fantastic way to see the beautiful island. We hired the 6 seater luxury. There is a large deposit requirement which I was unaware of until we turned up( $250 US), this was returned immediately upon return so don’t let this put you off. The carts has to be refuelled at the end of your hire but this only costed about $10US. The pick up for DEA is a short walk outside the port but is east to find The guys are very friendly and helpful. Make sure you stop at the shop to buy a bag of carrots for the donkeys.

Lots of fun. Use the blue tooth speakers to add to the experience. Watch out for the donkeys at the light house. They can be aggressive.

We booked this day trip excursion outside of the offered ones on our cruise. We were given detailed instructions on where to meet the operators. We found them and were given some basic instructions. The cart was fine. However the seat belt in one of the back seats stuck far too often, and by the end of the day, the engine was running pretty rough. But we felt like we got a lot for the price we paid.

It was a bit of a walk to find the vendor, but the gentleman were very nice and gave us lots of good information.

Prior to the trip communication with DEA was amazing. Daniel was incredible at providing updates, to ensure we had a successful time. Now, upon arrival that where things get a little interesting. After walking out of the exit gate, DEA is about a 7 minute walk. Upon finding DEA there was one guy rushing around to accommodate about a dozen people. There could be more order or signage to have people line up. Instead you have ppl staking claim by loading their entire family onto a cart only to be possibly kicked off. The process wasn't good, but the customer service was great. The golf cart was in above average shape, had speed and wasn't too dirty. There's a need for additional staff onsite for the check in process. Ome customers havent booked at all and feel the need to get in the way of those who make reservations. After you've signed in the beauty of the island, the people, and of course the donkeys just take over. ADVICE: Reserve early. Speak with Daniel. Bring a credit card. Eat jerk chicken at the food truck and conch fritters (in the shopping area). Drink on the side of the road prior to the shopping area, great view. Well done DEA. Thank you.

Golf carts were very clean and in good working order. Came with a map that had the places to visit marked on it. You must drive on the left side of the road here and watch out for one way streets.

Hello, picking up our golf cart was quick and easy. The company got us on the road right away, clearly explained how everything worked, provided a map, and sent us off without any hassle. The cart itself was fantastic—modern, clean, and fully equipped with a backup camera, windshield wiper, turn signals, radio, and even a rear cooler that worked perfectly for cold drinks and trash. The cart performed flawlessly, including some light off-roading, and made it incredibly easy to explore Grand Turk and visit all the points of interest. We had an amazing day driving around the island in this wonderful cart and would 100% recommend this company to anyone visiting Grand Turk. Jim R.---Florida

DEA rentals had the best golf carts on the island. Our 6 seat luxury cart had Bluetooth. Staff were Very friendly and informative. We would definitely rent from them again! Beautiful Grand Turk!

Golf cart was clean and new looking. Worked great! Easy process right outside the port. They gave good explanation on how to use it.

This was a great experience. Last year my husband and I did a tour of the island on an excursion and knew this would be a great "do it your way" day for our kids. There was enough room for our family of 5 and the young men at the rental place gave an overview of everything and provided us with a map. The golf cart was clean and fully gassed up and we had no issues with it. I recommend this to anyone wanting to explore this island and move at your own pace. We had a lot of beach time and plenty of time for picture stops at places we wanted to stop. We also explored the stores and food places we were interested in.

Sorry for the late review. The pickup was easy just outside the port gate. The cart was like brand new. Fast and great stereo. Very comfortable for 6.

Bit of a long walk to get there but the golf cart was awesome and driving around the island was really easy.

We rented one of their golf carts and it was a great way to explore Grand Turks. They were very helpful with a member of our party with mobility issues. I would highly recommend them

Staff was friendly and provided great assistance in getting us set up for our golf cart ride. Instructions were clear and accurate. Cart was comfortable and just as described on website.

This cart took us everywhere including some questionable dirt roads down to the water. Getting the cart was quick and easy... directions provided of where to meet were clear, you just have to walk a bit further than you think. But other vendors along the way pointed us in the right direction. These were clearly the best carts in the island as we zoomed past some others. Also provided with a map that included popular stops as well as a favorite local restaurant (Peaches... Recommend!!) Hand them $10 to fill up the tank at the end or you can fill it yourself.

We rented before we left for our Carnival Cruise and spent the 4th of July riding around the island and were pleasantly surprised by the use of the cart for the whole day. We got the cart as soon as we took a short walk through the port and around the parking lot. We were told that we could fill the tank or just give the guy a 10 and he would fill it up for us when we were done. The water was beautiful and donkeys were very friendly

The experience was 10/10. We followed the instructions and easily found the rental area. The process was very simple and once we figured out how to read the map, we were zipping around the island in no time. Highly recommend.

Quality and comfort! It was a leisurely walk and we needed to ask for directions a couple times but we found them. Other carts looked run down. Our 6 passenger cart looked great. 5 adults rode comfortably. We had room to store 2 large beach bags. We had so e trouble with the transmission - didn’t want to go into drive well a few times. Otherwise the cart did exactly what we needed it to do. Oh and $10 to refuel was perfect. We didn’t have to find a gas station they refueled for us. Be prepared to pay in advance and have a $250 hold which is returned when you bring the cart back.

This was a perfect activity to do on Grand Turk. We got to explore the beaches, away from the craziness of the cruise ship. Everyone really enjoyed our day.

The cart was nice and good directions from port to pick it up. It is busy and many wanted a cart and were not able to get one so I am glad we reserved. Our stop at Grand Turk was only about 4 hours so we really did not get to see everything. Do a little planning ahead about the island and have map laid out beforehand. We went to lighthouse which was at far end and we went to a restaurant beach bar that was fun but was actually close to the port so we really did not need cart for that drive. We did not have time to do the historic downtown so just plan stops ahead of time.

The golf cart is a great way to explore the island. This luxury cart was not worth it because it lacked power, was overheating and wasn't able to go above 20mph. I would rather of rented the gas powered cart for less money.

The 6 seater golf cart was great for our group. It was fairly peppy and got us around easily with 6 adults on board. Our other group had a 4 seater golf cart that struggled a bit due to weight distribution and we had to adjust our group. The worst part was having t walk so far from where our ship was docked to get the rentals. I thought they were going to pick us up at the dock and bring us back but that did not seem to be an option. Other than that is was fun using the gold carts to get around on our own. The reps gave us maps and highlighted key areas to check out as well.

The cart was great and in excellent condition. They gave me a map and answered all my questions. We had good communication via app. It was a great day. The island is small so it does not take a lot of time to go around.

Wonderful outing. Daniel was very responsive to questions. The luxury golf cart was very comfortable for 6 adults and even had a Bluetooth speaker for playing music and a rearview camera for backing up. Definitely worth the upgrade. Beaches are gorgeous, especially as you get away from port area. Would highly recommend Daniel and DEA and will definitely use again if we find ourselves on Grand Turk in the future.
