Rented a four seater cart for two of us. Golf cart worked perfectly and seemed to be faster than those rented inside port gate.. Pickup and drop off were easy as it was just outside the gate. We had a fun day exploring and enjoying a beach stop.. Only negative was needing a larger print map. Walk to get outside of the port gates was about as expected. Would definitely do again, but probably print my own island map from home before the cruise. GPS was not helpful on the island.

Best golf cart rental experience. Our cart was clean and looked cooler than others! Easy to use and staff were very friendly. Please note there is a walk to outside the port gates to all the rental businesses but staff will direct you. 5/5 will use again. See the donkeys, lighthouse, and stop at Jacks.

I wouldn't exactly call these carts luxury. Ours ran decently but the check engine light and low fuel light stayed on all day. Cart was much pricier than other rental options. Honestly we booked here last minute and would probably chosen someone else given more time.

You hire the buggy, drive and explore. It’s a small island so easy to get around. We had a great time

We booked so when we got off the cruise ship we had our own way of exploring, and no regrets!! The golf carts are in great condition, fueled and ready to go.. They gave us a map and a little insight info how to get around the island… Highly recommend this option…. Islanders are friendly and helpful, no one tries to push anything on you, beaches are all public so if you see some beautiful water stop and enjoy…. And there’s donkeys and horse everywhere!!

We rented two sets of these golf carts for our group and had the best time. The golf cart pick up is just outside the port gates. The crew did a great job explaining the island and gave us maps. We rode around and visited the lighthouse. There are donkey's everywhere that like to eat. Bring cash to tip the guys and to buy donkey food from the locals. We heard the Taco Bar is a cool place. We stopped, ate, drank, and swam in the ocean. Rosa and Deshawna at The Taco Bar were amazing. The rum punch will knock you on your butt. Ha Ha. I would 100% do this again. when I tried to rent a less-expensive golf cart on Grand Turk, I found they were all taken (from every rental company!!) except DEA.. I didn't want to pay the extra money to rent from DEA but I really didn't have a choice. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise - here's why: gas tank was full when we picked up golf cart; didn't have to refill before returning; they gave us 2 free maps; we could keep the golf cart for as long as we wanted; they included an ice chest; golf cart had tons of power (unlike others). During our day on Grand Turk we saw golf carts broken down or out of gas - so glad we decided to go with DEA because we knew we could trust the golf cart to be in top condition and ready for the day!!

4/27/2026 Great company. We were 1st timers at this port and not sure what to expect but went smooth as stated in previous comments. No worries at all. Keep up your great business model. We will definitely be using your company again.

DEA went above and beyond! Our port call was canceled less than 24 hrs of our reservation. DEA still gave us a refund! Thank you and with business practices like this, I will definitely use them in the future!

Excellent golf cart. Staff is very informative. Would definitely recommend and would do again with this company. Did not book thru cruise ship. Did this last minute because our shore excursion was cancelled.

Our experience was very pleasant and pain free. The vendor gave clear directions on how to locate them once in port and explained everything to us before our departure. They provided a map with some local attractions notated on it and away we went. The cart was very comfortable and we loved having a small cooler on back for cold drinks. We were able to hook our phone to the cart via Bluetooth as well so we could play our beach playlist while cruising the island. Definitely recommend and will be renting again in the future!

We unfortunately weren’t able to use our rental because our cruise couldn’t dock due to weather. They gave us a refund even though I wasn’t able to alert them of the issue until 30 minutes before due to late notice from the ship. Book these carts with confidence they will do you right! Would of rather been able to use their carts as they look great!

Our golf cart was probably nicer than most. You do have to walk quite a ways to get to their pick up place. Our golf cart had difficulty getting put in reverse a couple times. And you have to give them $10 for gas which isn’t in their ad.

We had a great experience. The golf carts were brand new and very nice, we had no issue with them at all. The employees were so nice and helpful. Would 100% rent again and recommend.

The golf cart was not in good condition. The check engine light turned on when we were half way back to the pickup place. We did make it back to the pickup spot. The golf cart was a bit dirty. The map they gave us had numbers but no legend to the numbers!!

DEA is absolutely the company you want to book with. The golf carts were comfortable, drove great, and had plenty of space to store towels, bags, and other essentials. Daniel was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which made the whole process stress-free. Finding the pickup location was exactly as described, and even while following the directions, friendly locals on the island went out of their way to make sure we were headed the right way. We were given a clear map with directions, recommended routes, and fun stops along the island, which made exploring easy and enjoyable. The golf carts themselves are very easy to drive—just drive, neutral, and reverse. The only thing to remember is to drive on the left side of the road. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend DEA!

We travel often and use viator for every trip. We have never had a bad experience using viator. The golf cart was great. Much better than most on the island. Faster,bigger tires. Loved it.

Quality, clean cart. Nicest ones we saw for rent, but also the priciest! There is decent storage underneath the back seat, which was helpful since we brought snorkel gear and beach stuff. The cooler is tiny. Be prepared to leave a $250 deposit and either add gas or pay a $10 fee when you return the cart.

Great overall experience. Clean carts, friendly staff that throughly explained how they operate. They provided some excellent advice on places to visit. Provided a good map of the area.

The guys were very nice getting us ready to go. The golf carts were newer and ran great. We were able to see the island and the map we were given had recommended sites.

They were very thorough and shared a lot of great advice and information. The golf cart was clean and worked well. We came to pick up the cart later in the morning and they were there waiting for us.

For a little bit of a walk, it's well worth it! The host gave detailed instructions on how to operate the cart, explained what to see on the map, and was very friendly even with numerous groups checking in at one time.

Easy check in/check out process - about a 5 minute walk through parking lot area to access pickup point. Nice carts with storage under rear seat. Map of Grand Turk provided with stop suggestions marked. Fun way to explore on your own and at your own pace. One note: you’ll need to pay $10 for gas at the end of the trip.

Great way to get around Turks. This is our second time using this company when docked in Grand Turk.

This was outside the gates but quick to get to. Golf carts were nice, very well maintained. Might be a little more than others but we didn’t want to take a chance of breaking down.

Was a lot of fun! Biggest complaint is back 2 seats face backwards so you really cant talk to the people in the front. Also, no mention of $10 gas fee when purchasing. And, its quite a walk from the ship to the pickup/drop off point. But, still a fun day.

Short walk to outside the port area. Someone was there the entire time. Very informative and professional. I felt very secure, the golf carts were in great shape much better than most of the other companies I saw.

Smooth process from start to finish. Located just outside the port gates. Carts were in excellent condition and very comfortable. We were able to explore at our own pace. I think their names were Jeffy and Jefty, something like that but they were very professional and informative. Will rent again for sure!!!

The check in process was so easy. You have to leave the port to get to the area where you get your golf cart. It was a quick walk and easy to find. The man who checked us in was so friendly and gave us a map with the whole island explained and all of the highlights of where we could find everything. The golf cart was in perfect condition and went faster than the other carts from other companies. We passed everyone. It was so fun to be able to explore the whole island on our own. It’s a very easy and doable experience to tour the island on your own by golf cart. Definitely recommend renting from this company, we would again for sure!

Jeffry and Larry were very attentive, polite and informative. The golf cart was like brand new and they took pride in the carts. They were easy to find from the ship. We saw many others who rented older carts from other companies and were broken down. It is definitely worth the extra to rent super nice carts from this company. Absolutely a great experience from start to finish. Very friendly at arrival and at return. Gave us all the information we needed in regards to using the golf cart and also provided a detailed map of Grand Turk with all the spots to see. Would highly recommend.

Very easy experience - operator provided clear instructions on pick up and the golf carts are in almost new condition. Would definitely recommend these over other golf carts on the island, it’s worth the extra $60 to get a new, faster (they go up to 30 mph) golf cart with Bluetooth, cooler, etc. You can either pay the operator $10 at the end of the trip for gas or fill up at any gas station on the island (we did the first). Highly recommend if you are looking to explore the island on your own.

After watching what seemed like an endless number of YT videos we decided we wanted to spend our shore day in Grand Turk on a golf cart. There are a lot of options to rent a golf cart but we landed on D.E.A. after exchanging a couple of emails with Daniel as well as comparing the quality of golf carts in reviews. Turns out we made a great decision. We rented the upgraded Luxury model and it was the nicest cart on the roads! Our first stop was at a small grocery store where we bought some drinks and some ice for the small cooler that is attached to the back of the cart. Then we toured around the island and found the nicest, most secluded beaches you could imagine. Speaking directly about D.E.A., it was clear they have some of the nicest, newest, (and fastest) golf carts on the island. Watching the other carts passing us around the island it appeared that most of them had been used on golf courses back in the 1980's. We saw a number of breakdowns on our travels as well. What you see in the photos is what you get...a nice, bright red luxury golf cart. Oh...being able to play music from your phone through the cart's speakers was pretty great! Jimmy Buffett blasting while driving around Grand Turk was straight from some tropical dream. Before returning you have the option to fill the tank back to full or to pay $10 for them to do it. I know the cart didn't use $10 in gas but we felt it was well worth it to just return and hand them a $10 bill. Daniel and I had exchanged a number of emails prior to our arrival and he always responded promptly. Initially I wanted to check if the rear seats had seat belts (they do) and then we communicated closer to our arrival date just to confirm. Daniel was there when we arrived to pick up the cart and he and his team were very pleasant. For note, it really isn't hard to find them but they are outside the cruise port which is a bit confusing when you first arrive. Just walk out of the port shopping area to where the parking lot is and cut across the lot to the far left corner. There you will find an interlocking pathway which takes you just outside the port gates where most of the golf cart rental companies are. You can't miss D.E.A. because of the red carts. You can definitely find "cheaper" options for a rental but I don't think you will find a "better" option. In the end what we paid for the luxury 4 seater was still half of what a ship-organized golf cart excursion would have been. The island is small so we never felt there was a risk of missing our departure time. We picked up our cart at around 9am and were back at the port by 2pm. That included tooling around the island and visiting the lighthouse at the top end, a couple of hours at a beach we didn't want to leave, and lunch at a taco stand on a beach. And the donkeys walking along the roads was pretty fun! 100% recommend D.E.A. and a day touring around Grand Turk on a golf cart.

The golf car was just as pictured. It worked great and had no issues. Had a Bluetooth radio and cooler. The guy who checked us in was informative and walked us through the golf cart and a map of the whole island.

Be careful of the Gas Gauge Cart #13 wuz broken & misleading Tank wuz full but the gauge showed different,it’s Blu Tooth so you can ride with your music also very fast (30mph)
