If you're staying at the Westin, this is a great tour company to book with because you can walk to the meeting point across the street. The crew was very nice and organized. The boat ride was smooth. They supplied snorkel gear, water, and fruit punch. You need to bring your towels and sunscreen. The first stop was the coral garden, which was great snorkeling. The second stop was Stingray City. They gave us squid and instructions on how to feed the stingrays. They had a photographer that took everyone's pictures with the stingrays that were available for purchase. The third stop was Starfish Point where we relaxed and looked at the starfish. I like how they provided instructions on how to handle the starfish properly. 100% recommend.

This was an amazing trip and adventure. Aster, JJ and the crew were incredible. They helped everyone along the way and were the nicest crew we have ever encountered. The team picked us up at our condo on time and also returned us after the trip. The captain was very knowledgeable and knew exactly where to put the boat. Also, he and the crew knew every other charter and team out there and they all gave way to our boat and team. Just perfect in every way. I will 100% book with them on my next trip!

We had a great experience with Captain Marvin's tours. The boat was well maintained and the gear all looked brand new. The crew worked very hard to ensure that everything was running smoothly and that everyone was having a great time. Our first stop was for snorkeling, and that was our favorite stop- there were so many varieties of fish. Next was stingray city- which is a lot of fun. We were able to feed the stingrays and get our picture taken kissing one. It felt like someting special- being so up close to the gentle rays. The final stop was starfish point. It was a nice stop, and I am glad we did it. But if we went back, we would book a two stop snorkeling tour- our personal preference

We just got back from Captain Marvin’s Sting Ray Tour and cannot stop talking about it! We were a little nervous heading in — we had our 1.5-year-old and 4-year-old with us — but from the moment we stepped on board, we felt completely at ease. The sting ray encounter was magical. We even felt comfortable bringing both young kids into the water with us to touch the rays — a moment we’ll never forget! If you’re on the fence about doing this with very young children, DO IT. This was hands-down one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend! 🐟

We had so much fun on this trip! Our hosts were so fun and so helpful. Marcela got great pictures There were stingrays everywhere and our snorkeling spot was great.

We did not get to go on this excursion. We contacted them to say we were late disembarking and they said the bus was full and they could not wait. We emailed our advisor and was sent a secondary time for 10:30 am, but did not get the location and pick up time until 10:15, and it was a 10:00 am pick up. We called again, the driver said the bus was full and there were no openings. Therefore, we never got to go.

WONDERFUL! What a great trip. Highlight of the week. Got to kiss the stingrays, snorkel and see huge starfish. Our boat captains Ian and Michael were the best!!!

Crew was top notch. The water was amazing and the experience was cool to snorkel with the sting rays. Starfish point was underwhelming as we only saw a few. After a few hours in the sun we got hungry they offered fruit punch and water but some light snacks would of been good. Bring ur own food.

Great communication on pick up location. They shuttled directly from hotel. Staff were amazing. Great energy and kind. This was our favorite excursion and all 3 sites were amazing. Boat was beautiful and even tho the water was a little choppy that day we felt nothing.

Captain Marvin’s tours are the best! I have been going on their tours since I was a kid. We just recently did a tour and had another amazing experience. The crew we had was amazing, funny, and made the experiences great. The price of the trip was very reasonable, and so were the photos taken by the crew. Overall, we had a great time and will be returning!

Awesome trip! Best excursion of any vacation so far! The guys were awesome! Snorkeling was amazing- and Jimbo pulled me around as I’m not a great swimmer- so much appreciated! Unfortunately our cruise ship was not able to dock at the grand caymans due to wind. I had informed the company ahead of time the possibility. They kept in touch and fully refunded our fee. Very good business ethic.

I’ve been eyeing to come to grand cayman for several years to go to sting ray city. I finally made it to the island and when I got there it was rainy and a bit windy the whole time. Two out of three of our tours were canceled including the stingray tour because of the wind. We were basically left with no tours and bad weather and nothing to do. Luckily I spotted Captain Marvin’s brochure in the hotel lobby. We called him up and were able to book two of our cancelled tours with him. They basically saved our trip! Del Roy and Jesse were great. I’m so happy we got to do what we came for.

We had such a wonderful experience with our guides at Captain Marvin’s. I was very impressed with their professionalism and kindness. They were patient with all the passengers, young and older. The crew was knowledgeable and helpful to the most novice snorkelers. I would highly recommend Bronson and his crew at Captain Marvin’s!

We had such a great time on the Stingrays, Starfish and Snorkeling Tour through Captain Marvin's Watersports. They made it easy by picking us up right at our hotel on time and check in was quick and easy once we reached the office. The coral reef where we stopped to snorkel was a bit choppy due to weather, but that did not deter anyone that wanted to to get into the water. There were so many stingrays and the guides gave us a quick lesson about them, as well as helped us to touch them safely. We then went to Stingray City where we had the most up close and personal experience with the stingrays. There were so many and again, the guide gave an excellent tutorial and they took wonderful family and individual photos. Our final stop was Starfish Point. You don't necessarily need a tour to get there to see the starfish in the water, but they taught you the proper way to handle them so as to not hurt or kill them. We would not have known that otherwise. The captain and his crew made the experience a wonderful one and I would recommend this tour!

Captain Delray is the Mr Rogers of boating, he has a soothing voice while at the same time commanding respect from everyone aboard. His crew was also phenomenal, someone had a panic attack in the water and they handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. The 3 hours flew by and we hit all the highlights I wanted. I also got some professional-grade photos from the tremendous photographer on board, 10/10 experience!

The crew of the “Anna” were awesome helping people off and on the boat. They repeated warned us that the water was rough. (It was) but they took precautions and we had an enjoyable trip. Singray city was a little chaotic due to the rough water but still really fun and the stingrays were so neat. The snorkeling was great but again the water was rough. Starfish point was very relaxing. Overall. Really nice excursion. The crew was top notch.

We had the best time especially at the stingray experience. Our crew (Michael, Maurice and Joice) took such great care of us. Knowledgeable and so fun to be around. Honestly couldn’t believe the quality of the afternoon for the price. Highly recommend!!

We had the best time seeing starfish, kissing stingrays and snorkeling! We were blown away by the experience and the staff was great. We had a beginner snorkeler and they were super helpful. From start to finish, this was the highlight of our cruise! It’s also great because the meeting point is right across the street from the cruise port. Super easy and stress free!

We had the most incredible time on Captain Marvin’s stingray, snorkeling, and starfish tour! From start to finish, the crew went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our party of 11 felt safe, supported, and fully immersed in the adventure. My mother-in-law was nervous about snorkeling, she doesn’t know how to swim and was genuinely frightened. One of the crew members (whose name I sadly forgot, but I’ll be posting photos of him!) jumped into the water with her and gave her such gentle, attentive care. His patience and warmth turned a moment of fear into one of joy and confidence. It meant the world to all of us. That same crew member helped us during the stingray encounter too. We kept dropping the stingrays (oops!), and he just smiled, picked them up again, and made sure we got the full experience without ever making us feel rushed or embarrassed. With three kids under 10 in tow, his calm energy and kindness were a gift. The onboard photographer was fantastic. super affordable and captured beautiful moments we’ll treasure forever. If you’re traveling with kids, elders, or anyone who needs a little extra support, this is the tour to book. Captain Marvin’s crew treats you like family. We left with memories, laughter, and a deep appreciation for the people who made it all possible. Highly recommend 💙🐠🌊 & don’t forget to tip!

Booked last minute but so glad we did. From Pick up to Drop off everything was perfect. Mitchell, Prince (and Paparazzi) were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, from fitting life jackets to snorkels and Health and Safety, they did everything with a smile and a funny story. Also plenty of water and juice in the cooler and a WC on the boat. I'm not a great swimmer and was going to stay on the boat but Prince made me feel at ease and let me hold a flotation device while he pulled me around allowing me to snorkel safely and experience something I would never normally have done. I am really grateful for that, Prince you are a LEGEND! We had an amazing trip. If you are thinking about this trip but are nervous and unsure, do it. There is so much to see and the boys take care of everyone. Thank you guys, you are the best.

Outstanding crew, and excursion. There is a small restroom on board, but nice restrooms are at the dock, and use it before you board. Starfish good, snorkeling excellent, and stingray city unbelievable. Crew did an excellent job informing of what to expect. Just book this trip.

The best! We had 7 people in our group- two kids 4 and 9) and 5 adults. Edwin, JJ, Delray and Joyce were the people who were our tour guides. We had a rental car so we drove over to captain Marvin’s shop to check in, sign the waiver and wait for the shuttle bus. We picked up a few other people on the way to the dock. We put our shoes in laundry baskets as we did not need them in the water. It was about a 10-15 boat ride to stingray bay; the crew members gave a brief intro about the stingrays and some rules, then we got in the water and made a circle around the crew member where he held a ray and explained everything about them. Everyone that was out there then got in lines for photos with the stingray; one of the crew members had a waterproof camera with photos (you could purchase later) but if you had your phone or other camera you could get photos as well. We also got to feed the stingrays. Stayed there for about 40 minutes then we got on the boat again to head somewhere for snorkeling. I believe we went to Coral Gardens for snorkeling. There was a brief intro on snorkeling and then we were able to go out into the water and snorkel with lots of fish. There were a lot of fish, all different colors shapes and sizes. You just have to be careful of hitting the rocks with your flippers as not to disturb the coral. After that, we hopped on the boat for a quick trip over to starfish point where we got to go in the water with starfish. After that, we headed back to the dock. The staff on the boat as well as the captain were great. They were very informative and made the trip fun. 10 out of 10 would recommend Captain Marvin’s for excursions!

My family and I had such an incredible experience with captain marvins company. They were very responsive over email and prepared us for the tour. Once we arrived, the tour was incredible with the stingrays! The starfish experience was neat too! We loved our photo package and were grateful to the shuttle service they offered too. George, Jamie, Jamie Jr and Polo were a great crew! We would absolutely recommend Captain Marvin’s to others visiting Grand Cayman. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Wow, the best experience ever! If the rest of my trip sucked and I only did stingrays I would be happy. Check in was great, boarded a bus that took us to the dock and there was a quick brief, then sailed away on the crystal clear waters. 1st stop was a snorkel beach was lovely, the equiptment, drinking water and punch was provided so the only thing you needed was a towel, sun clock & swim suit. After playing in the water we proceeded to stingray city and wow, I couldn't believe it, there were so many and they were supper friendly like puppy dogs, they are eager to socialize since they are getting fed buy the tourist boats. The guide would gently lift a stingray up so that you could hold, kiss and even get a back massage from these awesome creatures, there were so many moments of laughter and happiness to experience such an encounter. The last stop was starfish city and it was also pretty great to see starfish, you can hold them as long as they are submerged, there was a little island that you can explore the stop was maybe 30-45 minutes then back to the boat. I really loved it and highly recommend.

The crew on the tour were extremely helpful and the tour itself was well worth it! We’ve done stingray excursions before on other islands and this one was 10 times better

Our family had an awesome experience with Captain Marvin's while in Grand Cayman. Our original tour which included lunch didn't fill up with enough people to go off, but they communicated well with us & seamlessly switch us to a slightly shorter tour, which probably worked out better anyway, and they also took care of the refund for the difference with no issues or hassle. We did a tour with a snorkeling stop at a coral reef, which was fantastic. We saw tons of different fish, a cool green eel, & several stingrays, and had plenty of time in the water. Stingray City was our next stop & was the highlight of the day for sure. Such a unique experience to be able to hold, feed, kiss, & get back massages from these amazing creatures! Our last stop was Starfish Point, which was a little underwhelming, to be honest. The starfish are just sitting there. You can pick them up, but not out of the water. Not much to it- especially after Stingray City- but they are pretty creatures. Everyone with Captain Marvin's was friendly & professional, & they made the trip fun. Highly recommended.

I loved the whole thing my favorite part was the stingrays you can hold it and kiss it, and they take pictures of it, and you can get the pictures, but it all was really fun are captains names were Miguel, Maurice and Joice i loved the whole experience, you should do it it's fun
