Private Half-day Charter To Stingray City, Starfish Point And Snorkeling Tour

Willis and Jonathan were the best! They were personable, skilled, informative and fun. The boat was great, the snorkeling was stunning and unrushed, the stop at Sting Ray City was particularly interesting as Willis had a specific Sting Ray that he's been spending time with over a long period of time. Another highlight was the freshwater sprayer he has onboard for when you get out of the ocean. This was my favorite of the five tours while in Grand Cayman. My brother and I had a great time! Big thanks to Willis and his assistant Jonathan! Don't miss this tour!

Great day on the water! I chose this provider because they had transportation. Jonathan was so knowledgeable about the area and what we would see. He made sure we enjoyed our time. We were able to feed and hold stingrays in a small cove away from the crowds, we held starfish and felt them relax and finally we snorkeled around a corral reef. We had so much fun enjoying the boat and the trip. Highly recommend this amazing day!

Jonathan & Chase were fabulous with the kids and made the experience amazing. It was worth every penny. We couldn't snorkel because of the conditions, but appreciated they were more concerned with safety. Definitely will book again if we come back to Caymans.

Highly highly recommend! It was incredible! Ryan and Brandon ensured we had a glorious time. The tour was absolutely customized to our needs and it felt great. The boat is in great shape and we had shade all day. Safety was paramount and led to an enjoyable day. I will hopefully book them again soon. Well worth the private tour price. 1/2 day boat trip. They took us to a very crowded stingray city, but we were a small group that stayed removed for the pack. Which made it feel like a very personalized experience. We were able to pet, handle and swim with many beautiful stingrays. Truly a unique experience. From there, we snorkeled. Our guide caught fresh conch and made ceviche for us on the boat. Then we ventured to a location with many starfish we were able to view and hold. Incredible day, and incredible guides. I cannot recommend this experience enough.

Stingray city, starfish beach and stop for cocktails at a charming beach bar. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and was a great captain even during slightly choppy seas!

OUTSTANDING! Johnathan was amazing - he taught us so much about the stingrays and caught one! We were able to feed the stingray and hold it! He knew the area so well to get us to the right locations to snorkel and hold the star fish. Doing the private cruise is well worth the money to have a personal experience! Hands down highlight of our trip!

Jonathan and John were absolutely AMAZING! Communication was very responsive even when our ship was delayed. Jonathan was at pick up ahead of schedule. He took us to get snacks and beverages on the way to the boat. Our excursion included private meet and greet with the sting rays. They gave us the history of the stingrays describing the males and females as well as helped us each hold the stingrays for a good amount of time ! Great photo ops📸. The females were massive but so gentle and kind. I was so scared at first but they guys were supportive and patient with us as we found our comfort amongst the sea life. Our next stop they took us to snorkel off of 7 mile beach. This was amazing. They fed the fish off the reef so they would come near us. It was truly like swimming with Dori and Nemo!!🐠🐟🐡. Lastly we went to star fish point for our final destination. They toured the surrounding coast and pointed out the homes of famous people as well as described the history of parts of the island. Their personalities were the BEST!! I would highly recommend these guys !! Thanks to them .. it was our favorite excursion of the entire week long cruise !!! Thank you Jonathan and John !

Highly recommended. Captain Willis really knows his stuff. It is well worth a little extra money to take a private tour. Willis knows how to avoid the crowds to give you a wonderful, personalized experience. His conch ceviche is to die for! Thanks, Willis!

The Captain and Crew were fabulous. Even though the water was a bit choppy, the cap maneuvered brilliantly. He also saw a large crowd at our first stop so he switched our itinerary to accommodate us.

My family and I had a great time on this private charter with John and Jonathan. We stopped for snorkeling, to see sting rays, and starfish point. Our youngest (soon to be 4) was very apprehensive about leaving the boat. John and Jonathan were great about getting her to smile and laugh. With Sting Ray City being crowded with other tourists on the day we went, they took us to another much quieter location to see, hold, and feed the sting rays. They also took us to another location so we could see sea turtles. Definitely recommend a tour with them.

Big hitch with their online calendar and initially some trouble reaching the owner. Once got through the excursion was amazing! Stingray city, snorkeling, starfish point, seeing sea turtle all covered. Great crew.

We had the most perfect day with Luna and Jamal. We were a bit wary of the stingrays at first, but they eventually had us all in the water petting them. They were knowledgeable about the island and all the sea creatures. They took us to a wonderful snorkeling spot. Would do this again!

My husband and I spent the day on the water to celebrate our anniversary. The trip was excellent! Our skipper Garone took us to all the great places and knew how to avoid the crowds. We bypassed the crowds at Stingray City and he took us to another spot with no crowds where we could still interact with the rays. The snorkeling was some of the best that we’ve seen. The water is so clear and teeming with fish, it reminded us of Bora Bora. The charter was great at communicating and we planned ahead of time to stop at a beach bar for lunch and it was excellent. All in all a great trip and would not hesitate to book again.

This was my family's second time doing the half day charter with Caribbean Time. Captain Willis was our guide on both occasions. There were 8 of us this year aging from 16 to 82. In my opinion 5 stars doesn't say enough. They keep everyone of all ages engaged and having a great time. Nonstop laughs and smiles while receiving all the important knowledge about everything they are showing and doing with you. They are very accommodating and happy to tailor your experience to your needs. Caribbean Time is the only charter my family and I will book with on our vacations here no question!

Brandon, Ryan and Willis were each amazing and very obviously loved what they did. They had an amazing energy and wanted nothing more than to share the amazing island with us. Stingrays and other fish were amazing! The boat was nice, clean, well stocked, and comfortable for 6 large people. Everyone we way above and beyond to give us a fun relaxed atmosphere for our day in Grand cayman. We will be back for sure!

Best boat tour experience to date. Our captain was Tyrel. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. We had fun, particularly with the stingrays.

We had a wonderful day on the water with Tyrell. Our family group had boys aged 3 and 14 and 4 adults from 35-70. Tyrell was able to make this a great trip for everyone. He paid special attention to the 3 year old, had unique fun for the 14 y-o, shared his knowledge of the area with the adults, and was patient and kind with the older adults. From pick up at the Hotel to return, we felt cared for and that a safe, special day for us was everyone's main concern.

This is one of the best tours in Cayman Island! I would highly recommend!!! At first, we were skeptical due to the rainy weather but our captain Tyrell was very kind and assured us that we will have an amazing time. AND WE DID!!!! My kids were sooooo happy and grateful for the experience!!! 5 stars service!!!!!!

What an amazing day! We had a private half day tour with Tyrell, and could not recommend enough. Was so relaxing and completely at our own pace. The stingrays were phenomenal, I highly recommend wearing a snorkel/mask to swim with them, they’re so gentle and majestic. We were able to hand feed them. The snorkeling was also incredible! Tyrell was super accommodating and friendly, also very knowledgeable about the area and wildlife. We debated on renting our own boat for the day but am so glad we went this route, it was amazing, great value and stress-free. Thanks again, we had the best time!

We had an amazing day with Tyrell at Stingray City, snorkeling and starfish bay. The boat ride was great and the kids loved to feed Penelope the sting ray- we even got kisses! We would absolutely would book with them again- taking a smaller boat and having room to spread out made the day great!

My husband and I had an amazing afternoon out with Tyrell. He worked to give us the best experience taking into consideration some choppy seas and crowds around the stingrays. We did some great snorkeling, played with the stingrays and saw some amazing places along the way. It was a fabulous way to spend an afternoon. You won't be disappointed!

BEST DAY EVER in Grand Cayman! No need to be nervous about Caribbean Time Watersports. Willis kept good contact with me before, during and after our excursion. He had the five os us wait at the best place just off the cruise port, The Hard Rock Cafe there in Cayman was a perfect spot. Then he had a very professional van pick us up. Then we got on a spotlessly clean power boat with Tyrell who was the BEST!!! He had the best music, understood what we needed, and took us to Stingray City and Starfish Point. We opted not to go snorkeling, my elderly mother wanted to do just two stops. Tyrell was very adept at helping us off the rocking boat, he had a lifevest for my mom who was scared at the beginning but totally elated at the end. What a huge smile on her face!! We got to hold, pet, and fed stingrays. Then we got to hold starfish too. We ate the best chicken wings at Starfish Point while relaxing on the beach. Amazing day, thank you so much, Tyrell and Willis!!

We had a fantastic experience with Caribbean Time Watersports. Captain Willis was wonderful! The weather wasn't great leaving the seas a bit rough but we still got to do a little snorkeling. 4 of the 6 of us had been to Stingray City before but this was a way better experience. We each got to hold the stingray and it was amazing. We also got to hold some starfish at starfish point. We highly recommend this charter and this company! Enjoy.

Our family had an amazing time. Cap Willis and Tyrel tailored the trip to our interests and we had an unforgettable adventure! Some of the best snorkeling I’ve ever done. Octopus, Eels, Lobster, Conch, fish of every sort kept us entertained the whole time. Stingrays were awesome but our family raves about the snorkeling. Made some great memories! We had a great time on the boat and in the water. The two guys operating the boat were really friendly, got in the water with us to help us get the most out of the tour, and provided interesting information about what we were seeing and experiencing along the way. They even made us a very tasty rum and Sprite at the end, and we bought the rum they used (Appleton Estates) at the airport to take home with us. I'd book them again in a heartbeat!

I was able to book Cpt. Willis’ services last minute after another charter had to cancel due to boat issues. We booked a 2.5 hour private charter for the bioluminescent bay to celebrate my fiancée’s birthday. Cpt. Willis and his crew made the night magical, playing amazing music, showing us beautiful scenes, keeping us safe, and allowing us to see the bioluminescent bay for all its beauty. It was the highlight of our trip. It was affordable and felt like it should cost 5x as much as it did. Could not recommend him enough.
