We had a WONDERFUL experience with Ryan from Paddle Wheel Adventures in Grand Cayman. We opted for a private tour, because two of my children (ages 9, 11) were not big enough for e-bikes, so could not join the small group e-bike tour, which would have traveled farther. They rode regular bikes, while we adults and older teenager rode on e-bikes. The private tour allowed us to go at our own pace - we loved riding on the trails through the mangroves, and into 'secret' viewing / photo op points looking across the bay. Ryan our guide had so much to share about local history as well as about the creatures and plants we saw along the way. This was one of our favorite experiences from our week on the island!! Thank you Ryan for an AMAZING tour. What an awesome way to spend a few hours in the morning. Highly recommended!!

Enjoy the view from one of the best beaches in the world as we introduce you to the island's history and geological traits.
Visit Hell, Cayman's famous rock formation. Enjoy the view and maybe send a postcard from Hell. (Hell has its own post office)
Cruise along Conch Point Road at the Northern tip of the island, enjoying the cooling trade wind breeze.
Visit the national park of the Cayman Islands, explore isolated beaches, learn about the national park and the treasures within
Return to our store via one of the many dyke roads in Cayman. These roads are off the beaten path and have zero traffic.

This review is for their bike shop, but by all means, extend my thoughts to any of their tours as well, because when you discuss, then deliver, excellent service, you don't just do that in one area. I took my bike, that has been in the elements exposed for two straight years, to Paddle Wheel. Liam met me and was very friendly and helpful. It was Thursday at 1PM and I asked him what day next week would be good for me to bring my bike back. He said I could drop it right then and it would be ready tomorrow. He gave me an estimate which I thought was fantastic. He called me at 10:23 am Friday morning to let me know I was good to go. The cost was exactly the estimate. These guys are simply outstanding at what they do. I just moved here but you can bet I will be doing their tours after I get settled in.

Excellent private tour led by Ryan through the West Bay Area of Cayman. We were able to casually explore and learn of the area in a very safe environment. Ryan was a terrific tour guide and extremely knowledgeable! Bikes were terrific! Loved this tour!

Ryan was an amazing guide. Excellent knowledge of island, its history, unique locations, as well as bike instructions and knowledge of e bikes. Great for all levels, super approachable and extremely outgoing. Chartered our 14 mile tour, had plenty of chances to interact, rest, refuel and move along. Took about 2.5 to 3 hours and was everything Ryan said in his overview. Very nice facility and excellent quality bike shop in an easy to find location. Would highly recommend to friends and family and look forward to doing it again.

The e-bike tour with Ryan was lots of fun and we got to see great parts of the island that I’m sure we would have missed! As an ecologist Ryan had lots of interesting information about the area. It was our first time using an e-bike - super fun and easy! I would highly recommend!
The bikes were well maintained and worked well. The guide was informative, and the views were amazing. We had a great time.
Thoroughly enjoyed our e-bike adventure with John. A definite highlight of our cruise holiday. The 3 hours flew by and we saw a lot of places we would not have seen if we had taken a mini bus from the port. Bikes were fab and easy to use. I would certainly recommend.

Our tour on IGo e-bikes was amazing! Our guide, John, was very welcoming and made sure my husband and I were comfortable with and on the bikes. John’s enthusiastically shared his knowledge of the local sites and wildlife of the places we stopped. Whether on local roads or park trails, John made sure we were safe. Clearly a testament to his good nature was how often he was greeted by passer-bys. Learned a lot. I highly recommend.

Ryan was great as a guide and an e-bike instructor. We got to see some great points of interest on the northwest part of the island. The e-bikes were great because you could let the bike do most or all of the work for you to get going. Ryan will also drop some knowledge on recommended places to hangout and eat on the island. Tour was so good now all of us want e-bikes when we get home.
