Private Charter 28ft Grady White. Stingrays, Snorkeling, Starfish

Great company!!! Jessie and Zach were so calm, patient, and very accommodating to what we wanted to do. We also felt very safe snorkeling in the water with them, especially given that our daughters are beginner snorkelers. Would definitely book with them again!

We had a family of 7 including 2 children ages 3 and 4. We boarded the ship at a marina, and visited three stops on our three hour tour (just like Gilligan’s island!). Captain Terrence was wonderful - full of historical information and very affable. He brought chilled soda and water for all. On the 4 hour cruise I believe food is included. We first stopped at Stingray City (a shallow area in the bay where stingrays gather in great numbers) and he got out with us and helped all to enjoy the experience. The little girls loved it. He even had to help free up a large catamaran that got marooned on the sand! Then we traveled out to the coral reef, for 45 minutes or so of snorkeling. Last we visited Starfish point, a sand beach where there were a number of sea stars which could be gently handled and observed. We had to cut our time there short, due to the time spent freeing up the catamaran. He asked where we wanted to go at the beginning of the excursion, so I think if you knew other places in the bay you’d like to visit, he would have taken you there. Also gave us great tips on restaurants, and where else to visit on the island. A great experience!

Our family had a great day out with Captain Terrance and mate Julian! They were happy personalize our trip (sting rays, snorkeling, starfish) and provided insights into the history of the island, its ecosystems and things unique to Grand Cayman. It was evident they loved sharing their knowledge and making sure we had a fun, safe and educational experience.

Taking the private charter is worth it for a more relaxed experience. We had a group of 8. Perfect for the 28' boat. Captain Terrence was a terrific guide and made sure the kids had a great time. The best snorkeling I've ever had and the Stingray stop is an absolute must-see.

Zach and Jesse could not have been a better crew. They were very kind and knowledgeable. They both were in the water with us showing us the sting rays and helping us feed them. Jesse was the best when we went snorkeling showing us so many things we would not have seen without him pointing them out underwater. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to booking again with them sometime.

Absolutely fantastic experience seeing stingrays and going to two snorkel spots. Captain Jason and Mario were very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. We had a wonderful day between 4 adults and 5 kids.

Had another fantastic trip with Terrance and this time Jesse! They are so chill but also professional and informative. Also being native Caymanian it was special to hear about the culture and traditions that make visiting this beautiful island so special. Saw so many amazing fish, turtles and a surprise of Eagle Rays!! Looking forward to next time!

We booked a four-hour charter with Captain Terrance on a day off from working in Cayman. There were six of us and we had the best time. We got to choose what we did. As we had already done Stingray City, we chose to do three different snorkelling spots and to finish at Starfish Beach. We swam with turtles, sharks, barracuda and stingrays. Four hours went so quickly and we are looking to book again before we have go home. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time on this adventure despite it being fairly windy. Terrence was an excellent boat handler and Jessie did a great job as his mate. Jessie was always in the water helping us see the coolest things while Terrence kept an eye on us from the boat and made sure we were safe and had a great experience. We did the 8 hour trip and got to see the stingrays, the starfish, multiple great snorkeling areas, and the bioluminescent bay. This outing was well worth the cost and we will go again if we return to Grand Cayman.

Captain Terrance was amazing! The sting rays were so friendly and funny. You must bring your family on this tour! Sting rays and a sea turtle! Pirates grille wings with the chefs sauce at star fish point is a must have!

My family went on a 4 hour guided tour with these guys. I wasn’t feeling well so I stayed at the hotel. The fam said it was a great trip! They move at your pace, so you get to enjoy your time at whatever location you choose. So, skip the large boat tour crowds and book with these guys!

Terrance and Jesse were great. They took us to where we wanted to go and to a couple of their favorite spots, all were spectacular. We even got to meet Tootie the turtle!

Captain Terrance and First Mate Jesse made this snorkeling private charter a great experience for our three teens. They were very knowledgeable about the marine life and had names for the stingrays and the turtles. We skipped Starfish Point because we’ve been there before and there were plenty of starfish right at the marina. We decided on Stingray City and 2 other snorkeling stops. We ended up going to three snorkeling spots and saw some amazing colorful fish, stingrays, turtles, lion fish, etc. Jesse stayed with our group in the water pointing things out while Capt Terrance looked on us from the boat to make sure we were safe while snorkeling. There were plenty of drinks, equipment, and we even caught a barracuda while trolling. If I could rate 10 stars I would. Highly recommend this smaller, private tours for a personalized experience and a safe experience, unlike larger group tours.

Zach and Jessie were superb hosts. Took us to Sting ray city, where they showed us the rays, we even got to feed them and hold one. 2nd stop was a snorkeling site, with 2 sea turtles, very cool. Stop #3, a bit deeper snorkeling spot with tons of fish, even a moral eel. On the way back they caught a barracuda, catch and release of course.

This was the highlight of our trip. We did a four hour private charter with Captain Jason and Kenny. They took us snorkeling with turtles, swimming with the stingrays, and we completed our tour at starfish point with wings! This will go down as a core memory for me and my family. The boat was well taken care of Jason and Kenny were an absolute pleasure to be around (and great photographers. lol)! They made our trip so fun and knew exactly where to take us for the best snorkeling. I would 1000% recommend them to anyone looking for a private day out with the family we will definitely be back and will reserve with Cayman snorkel co. Again!

Terrance and Zac were amazing! We did a 6 hour private charter on the Hatchling. We snorkeled at several locations, went to starfish bay, tubed, had a great dinner and then enjoyed the bioluminescence. They were amazing with our 2 kids (8&10). Can not recommend this tour highly enough!

Captain Jason and his first mate were great. Very knowledgeable about the islands and the sea life that you will encounter. Very gentle and knew how to handle the animals to take the right amount of care with them. Will share his knowledge about the history of the island if you are interested or he will let you have a chill, quiet and peaceful ride. Second time booking with Captain Jason and will book a third time if/when we come back!

We had the most incredible experience on our private boat charter to Stingray City, snorkeling, and Starfish Beach in Grand Cayman! Was pretty windy but we still had a wonderful trip. Got to see Starfish Point, Stungray City, and two snorkeling sites where we saw plenty of fish, stingray, a turtle, and the beautiful reef.

We enjoyed our charter trip! Terrance was amazing. First was snorkeling where we saw so many beautiful fish and even saw a sea turtle. We enjoyed our charter trip for our family of 4- 2 adults and 2 teens. The boat was nice and comfortable. Our teens enjoyed laying out up front in between destinations. Stingray city was awesome- we all fed a stingray. Next, was snorkeling. We saw a lot of fish and even saw a turtle which was a highlight. Then came fishing,-the girls each caught a small fish. We ended our day with some tubing. The guys on the boat were a great help. The trip was flawless- thank you!

We had such a great time on our trip yesterday with Kenny and T - we had our favorite experience in Stingray City - we’ve gone about 6 other times with bigger companies and it was good but this was personal and a wonderful way to share it with your family or friends who haven’t been yet Then they took us to other snorkel spots - one we’ve never seen and we saw a broader variety of gorgeous fish!! Kenny and T made our trip so special that my husband has booked another trip with them to bring his brothers fishing

Our family of 6 chartered the 28’ Grady White. We had Captain Jason and Terrance. They were great and were very flexible with our plans. They picked us up in Kaibo and we skipped starfish beach since we did that on our own. Instead, we snorkeled several different locations, swam with stingrays (big momma was up for a long visit), learned about Grand Cayman, and caught a barracuda. Highly recommended!

The crew was excellent especially Kenny. Stingrays awesome with his assistance handling. Snorkeling great as he dove down to show us a moray eel. Been on a lot of excursions close being best ever.

My sister was visiting and we wanted to get her to see our beautiful water, so we chartered a boat to do some snorkeling. Jason was an amazing captain! He took us to where we wanted to go, and tailored the tour to our needs and to the conditions of the day. We’ve gone out with him several times and definitely recommend CaymanSnorkelCo as Jason and his staff are always professional, safe, knowledgeable, and fun.

My one goal for the week of November 23 was to spoil my grandchildren and their friends rotten. Thanks to Zack, Kenny and Drew — mission accomplished! We went out three times - Bio Bay, Snorkeling trips with tubing, explored reefs, Kittiwake, Stingray city, Rum point, starfish - We saw so many cool things. When my grandkids are happy, I'm happy ❤. This was our 3rd visit to Grand Cayman and the first time doing a private charter which I highly recommend. Captain Jayson was phenomenal and we spent more time at our favorite places including sting ray city. They took photos for us and made sure we had an amazing time. We had such a great experience, we booked a second day. If you are headed to Grand Cayman, be sure to book with Cayman Snorkel Co. The private charter experience will make your trip!

This was our third time to the island and first time doing a private charter. Hands down this was the best experience. Captain Jason was amazing and personable. We were a party of 11 and there was plenty of room on his boat for all of us. We loved Captain Jason so much we booked him twice in the week we were there. We will be back and we will be booking every time with him. Such an awesome time with family and Captain Jason helped us build great memories. Thank you also to Terrance his first mate (day 1) he took so many amazing pictures for us while out snorkeling and thank you to Kenny his first mate (day2) he found us a nurse shark.

Booked a private boat charter with Cayman Snorkel for stingrays city/snorkeling and had a great experience. Front office (Phaide) is outstanding during initial booking and follow ups. Any communication was always extremely quick and such a great representation of their company. Boat was nice and clean as represented. Captain and crew was friendly and informative. Would not hesitate to book them again!

The crew of Zach and Julien were great. Super friendly, helping and knowledgeable. The boat was in great shape and comfortable fit 6 travelers. The boat was also stocked with drinks, ice and fit our additional beverages. The crew was also able to supply me with top of the line flippers, mask and snorkel. Overall really great time with them and would book with them again in a heartbeat.

THE TRIP TODAY WAS THE BEST CHARTER WE HAVE EVER TAKEN! We have been on a lot here and this was by far the best! Zach and Julian were SO great in all ways! They were so friendly, accommodating and did everything we asked! Zach was a superior captain and handled the boat with ease and confidence. He was SO good to give us heads up every time we were going to speed up in the boat. And Julian...he was the best guide, just an incredibly funny, happy, SO positive and FUN! Just loved him SO much! Loved both of them so much! The boat was really nice and was perfect for the 6 of us! The stops were so fun and the little extras, like Zach and Julian getting all the rays to come to us, letting us each feed them, making sure we got all the pictures we wanted. And Julian letting us look at the beautiful conchs and pointing out interesting things and letting us feed the fish. Our kids are really good swimmers, divers and snorkelers and Julian was so chill letting them go where they wanted. So fun to have caught a barracuda and have the kids go tubing! Those two things are not offered on any other charter. And Zach really listened when I described what kind of trip we were looking for and what type of stops we wanted, and was able to carry that out with flying colors! THANK YOU SO MUCH, Phaide, as well for your impeccable communication skills and being so attentive to my emails! You have been the best too!

We were on a cruise and booked this privately to Sting Ray City, Snorkeling, and Starfish Cove. We had 8 adults and all had a great time. Zach was our captain. Little did he know a couple that was on board had quite a bit of experience boating and they were impressed with his driving skills. He was respectful and knowledgeable. We all had a great time and glad we booked it. We were skeptical booking it not through the cruise line but so glad we did. There were many catamarans at Stingray City with a lot of cruisers on it and we had more of a private experience. Zach called a taxi when we were headed back and it was waiting for us. If we come back we will 100% book with them again! Disclaimer if on a cruise, clarify with them ship time versus local time. We got there an hour early and had to wait outside for an hour waiting due to this. They don’t serve alcohol until 10am on the island. If you want alcohol, let them know beforehand and they will buy it the day before and they will add it to your bill.

Excellent trip! Zach and Julian are awesome and made the experience amazing. Both are patient with adults and kids and I highly recommend. This is best way to spend a day in the water in CI.
