Grand Cayman Shared Airport Transfer

The service was on time both arriving and leaving, and the driver was friendly. I would use Amvivo again for transportation to and from the airport if I return to Grand Cayman

Scam! I booked an airport to hotel shuttle. What I got was the same taxi I would have gotten if I just walked out to the curb and grabbed a taxi. And I paid 3x the price for it as compared to said taxi! I felt scammed and ripped off. Shame on you trip advisor for offering this!

Picked up from airport on time- great! The trip I paid for was round trip- never heard from company, I called them, no answer, emailed them no answer- and because of this.. I can’t rate them high..

Driver Louis was at the airport far ahead of my ticketed time which was great since my flight arrived early and I cleared immigration and customs quickly. He was friendly and accommodating.

Perfect choice as this team helps take all your worries away. There are taxis and alternatives, but its always nice to have a welcoming smile upon arrival. Our flight was several hours late, and still the driver was right there in front of us, with our names, and a big smile, as we walked out of the immigration hall. I think we were smiling wider than him upon seeing that we had nothing to worry about! The team contacted us via email and the ap for the pickup time. Pickup was about 3 hours before our departing flight, which was our preference as it was nice to have time to shop the Duty Free. Both drivers were polite, assisted with our bags, and allowed us our own privacy without becoming part of our conversation.

I’ve been using Amvivo for the past several years. They are dependable and as a solo traveler a little bit cheaper than a taxi. This year the price doubled so if there is more than one person, a taxi is cheaper. I love the service because they have wonderful drivers that you can always depend on them showing up.

I had a great experience with Amvivo during my arrival in the Cayman Islands. As soon as I walked out of customs, my driver was already there waiting no delays at all. He was friendly, professional, and immediately made me feel comfortable after a long trip. During the ride to my hotel, he shared helpful tips on what to do and places worth visiting around the island. He even explained a few things about local culture and landmarks as we drove. I don’t remember his name, but he made the transfer feel more like a warm welcome than just a ride. Overall, a smooth, informative, and enjoyable experience.

This was the first time I had ever used this service and it won't be the last! It was great...we came out of immigration in Grand Cayman and our driver had my name on a sign and we were off to our hotel!

Our pick up was waiting for us at the airport. No waiting and great service. The pickup from hotel at the end of our stay was modified after we rescheduled a later flight and driver was extremely accommodating. Very pleased with our service. Will use again. Driver waiting as advised. Book a shared mino bus transport service, but due to us being the only two people who had booked this option. We were allocated a taxi. The driver was friendly, helped with our luggae and a safe driver. On trip to Hotel our driver wanted to pass on all his knowledge of Grand Cayman, Pointing out place of intrest, dimensions and size of the island. In all a very enjoyable transfer.

I booked my ride for 1:30pm as that was what time was available on the shuttle booking page. Somehow that meant I should still check in when my flight landed an hour and a half earlier. Just say that you’ll pick up passengers when they land and not in a particular time slot. Operator was very rude when I was able to speak to him, essentially calling me silly for waiting in the lobby before checking in at the desk. It wouldn’t have mattered though since I had already arranged with my accommodation to check in a bit after 1:30. Had we arrived earlier like he preferred, I wouldn’t been standing outside my unit until it was made available. This was a simple misunderstanding that left a terrible taste in my mouth. Just go out to the taxi stands outside arrivals and grab one instead of booking this. It was the same price and I could still use a card.

Great experience. Driver was on-time and very friendly on both the airport pick up and the drop off. I would use them again without hesitation. Super prompt communication and worked with me on an alternate pick up time. A+ experience. They also send you an email a day before with your pickup time.

Everything went smooth. Quick ride from Airport to the hotel. Would use again. All the hotels are close together so even though we made multiple stops, it didn’t take long to get to the hotel.

I was traveling solo and the bus driver had no other scheduled passengers. As soon as I left the secure area at the airport, the driver was there holding up a sign with my name on it. Friendly and helpful. He got me to my hotel just fine.

We made arrangements through Viator for transportation from the airport to the hotel and back. We were greeted at the airport upon arrival and escorted to our bus. Our driver told us a few things about the island while we were traveling to our hotel. We were notified a day in advance for our pickup time for our trip back to the airport. Everything was great. I would recommend them for your transportation needs.

Easy to book; reliable and friendly experience. Easy to find at the airport. Bus was older & worn but no issues with operation or air conditioning.

When we exited the customs area there was a person with our name on a tablet. We waited probably 3-5 minutes for the driver to walk up to us and escort us to the vehicle. We were the only ones in the van and so he drove us directly to our hotel. Could not ask for any better or more pleasant service. Our drive was Mr. Smooth which is his nickname and he was great.

Luis, the driver, waited patiently as our flight was delayed a bit. He was very friendly and courteous. For our return we had the pleasure of being picked-up and driven by Marcos. He was equally as pleasant.

Great shuttle from airport to seven mile beach condo and back. Shuttles arrived on time even with a delayed flight. We traveled with a family of nine. Very accommodating and friendly drivers.

My plane was late. The gentleman was still standing with a sign waiting. He was very friendly. Loaded our luggage, answered our questions and visited with us all the way to our hotel.

As I was leaving the airport I was greeted by my driver who followed the flight and came earlier than requested. He helped with luggage. Everything was perfect and I quickly arrived at my accommodations. Will use them again!

Driver was already onsite at the airport when we arrived and loaded our luggage. Very friendly. Pickup after the stay was just as easy. Well worth scheduling in advance. It was also beneficial to make sure they had enough room for our golf clubs as well.

The only thing I was confirmed on what date I was con coming in. The day of my arrival the were at the front of the gate waiting for us. The has a sign with our last name. They were very professional and took us right away to our hotel destination. They were always at our disposal if we needed anything threw out our stay. Easy to locate the transportation booth at the exit. This is a shared shuttle, only to Seven Mile beach. You may have wait a couple of minutes to board the shuttle, and maybe a few other guest could be on the shuttle. It’s a fantastic economical airport shuttle service. Very dependable. Recommend
