We have purchased several pieces from the Kay's family over the years. Recently while in Grand Cayman, celebrating our 30th anniversary, we had the pleasure of meeting Monty. I was not looking for anything specific, we talked and told Monty my likes, and he pulled some pieces. One piece in particular was a heart shaped purple sapphire and diamond pendant, which is absolutely beautiful, and the perfect piece to memorialize our anniversary. At no time did we feel any pressure, Monty took the time to point out details of each piece, and made sure that we got the best value for what we chose. We have always been very happy with every purchase from Kay's and will visit the Kay's family when traveling to the Caribbean and in particular, my happy place...Grand Cayman. Family stopped here while on vacation in Grand Cayman for a week. Steve and Paola were really great to work with. Happy to show us options and different pieces. They let our daughter try on a piece knowing full well we weren’t there for her. Refreshments and a refreshing approach to sales. We stopped at 4 other jewelers before coming back to finalize our purchase. Believe me they were no where near as pleasant. They gave us a great deal and we picked up a nice tanzanite/diamond ring and necklace for the Mrs and a silver chain with silver and Larimer charm for our daughter. Highly recommend!!!

I was on a cruise ship and we stopped at Grand Cayman Island for a snorkeling excursion. We visited Kay’s Fine jewelers. I had the good fortune to meet Barry. I was looking for a pair of diamond earrings for a very long time and he helped to create them the way I wanted. Always checking in to make sure things were correct and shipping it to my home in Colorado two weeks after I arrived back from my trip. I highly recommend visiting Kay’s jewelry and talk to Barry!

We visited on our anniversary and was given an amazing deal on a beautifil rose gold ring with black and chocolate brownn diamonds. We were given the option to purchase a matching bracelet with no price increase at a later date. Steve was the best!!

Last October, we needed to replace a wedding ring and we found Kay Jeweler’s in St. Maarten and they were so amazing that we bought two! Last week we found ourselves in Grand Cayman walking around and saw the Kay store here (they have a few throughout the Caribbean), so we popped in to look around and wanted to feel that friendly vibe again. We didn’t need or intend to buy anything, but we did feel that friendly vibe again and started looking at gold bracelets. I have to tell you, Chris was so kind and helpful and not pushy at all. There are no “hard sells” here. They offered us drinks and even beer which we declined. Well, after a few back and fourths we both came to an agreement on price and I walked out with the most beautiful 14k gold bracelet that I haven’t taken off yet. I’ve never been a bracelet wearer and people say it looks like it’s always been there and that it’s perfect for my wrist. Everyone there was so kind and they even knew Bob from St.Maarten! So, it really is like a family and they make you feel like a part of it. Oh and we ended up having those beers to take with us for a little celebratory drink! Great experience!!

It has been a great experience dealing with Chris and his team of fine jewelers. Chris has been our go to guy for several jewelry purchases. We will continue going to Chris at Kay’s for our jewelry needs. The level of professionalism is top notch and the level of quality is unmatchable. The level of experience they bring to the table is quite remarkable. Most important of all we trust Chris and his team and feel very comfortable in their expertise and their product. The staff was very energetic, accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable. We were offered beverages to quench our thirst and small souvenirs to make our experience that much more memorable while purchasing beautiful quality jewelry.

Steve Punjabi who is the senior sales representative was so helpful and we really had a great experience and my wife left with a beautiful pair of emerald and diamond earrings!! Fantastic service and we were on a cruise and they moved everything at a quick pace to make sure we got back to the ship on time since Steve had some custom work done for us.

Best jewelry store hands down! Worked with Barry and Chris purchasing a gold chain and a diamond pendant. These guys are so nice and not pushy. We actually had an extremely fun time and my daughter in law purchased diamond earrings also. We are very happy with our price and the jewelry is unique and so beautiful!
