Arrived to the airport and the bus company had a representative holding a sign with my name. Two of my traveling buddies got delayed a day and the company was able to accommodate that no problem. Was also able to request a later pick-up cause we don’t like to wait a billion years at the airport for flights. Hassle-free and accommodating. Would recommend. Drivers friendly too!

On time, got us from here to there. No working seatbelts, rickety van, had to help with bags. We booked elsewhere for the return trip.

We had a group of seven and as soon as we walked out of the airport, our chauffeur was standing there with a sign with our name on it. Made it super easy and took us directly to our hotel. The trip back to the airport was just as easy. We will definitely use this group again.

The driver never showed up. Need a refund. We the last ones to leave at 5:45 pm. A taxi driver gave us a ride for half the money. I need to know how to get my money back.

Our flight was an hour late, but the shuttle was waiting on us and the operator was very pleasant and polite.

They contacted us when it was LESS than the 24 hour cancellation period to tell us they don't drop off at the hotel we were staying at. During the booking process they kept populating under nassau and there was at no point anything pointing us to not being able to be dropped off where we were going. I had to contact Viator and luckily Viator came through like always and got us a refund.

My driver was prompt and very kind! Would definitely recommend 😇 My driver pointed out some note worthy locations on our way to my hotel. He was playing some nice gospel music which I loved 🥰😇

We waited outside in the heat and humidity for over an hour and no one showed up to pick us up and didn’t answer emails or calls to try and find out where they were for our ride. Fortunately for us a very nice couple gave us a ride to the hotel.

‘Biggs’ was very patient while we sorted a bag issue at the airport. Once ready to go, he was very friendly and shared local details as we drove from the airport to our hotel. Price is good for round trip given the cost of local taxis and it’s nice to have a ride big enough and comfortable for our family.

The driver was on time and he was polite. I recommend this services. We were delayed a bit upon arrival but he was patient.

I purchased 2 adult Roundtrip tickets. Inbound flight to FPO from NAs was delayed due to weather, I contacted the company to give them a heads up I was given a phone because they were closing at 5p. The 1st gentlemen stated “I don’t know why thy gave you my number.” “then proceeded to ask “Who gave you my number?”. That gentleman gave me another number. Dennis was amazing when I communicated with him he told me not worry he will be at FPO. I will not be recommending this provider to anyone.

Chris was fantastic and funny as he told us the history and sights on our trip from the airport to our resort.
