Cara Saunders HAS ZERO BUSINESS being a front desk supervisor. We were sick from eating in one of their restaraunts. I called at 9 am and explained My wife was throwing up all over the room due to a meal in their restaraunt and needed an extra house. We ended up staying an extra 30 minutes past checkout. She called security on us and demanded we pay an extra $50 for an extension. She should be ashamed of herself calling security on a guest whos group has 35 rooms here. Shame on her. Luckily the hotel management team actually has a brain and waived it and sent away security. TERRIBLE!!!! We will not be back, as their incompetence in hiring, and lack of empathy and customer service continues to chase people away to Baha Mar in Nassau

we stayed here the 3rd week of july with a group of other people. Location was great. the first night we went over to picses pizza, i had the front door locked and then the slider unlocked because it easier to walk out the back to get to the ferry, long story short. my first night of being there, some one came into my room and stole our meta raybans some fake jewelry. I reported it to the staff then the next day come back from being on the boat all day and cleaning ladies left my front door open :) !!!! we stayed in room 131. it was really unfortunate.
The room was excellent beautiful view from the balcony with stunning palms and lush. The room was so nice and clean . The bed was even more amazing like sleeping on a cloud (soft). The people in Freeport are so friendly and I loved the fact that it wasnt crowded. I really enjoyed the fact that I could walk around to the marketplace and shop, eat, or take a ferry to the beach. The beach was pretty with turquoise water and clear down to the bottom and again not crowded which made my trip so peaceful! We absolutely love the Pelican bay and hope to come visit again.
The room was nice, I had a superior. The ac was coldest in the main room so I slept with the bedroom door open. There's a barrier at the room entrance so you have the lift your bags and trolley which was weird. The wooden floor outside of the bathroom was slippery, so be careful. But otherwise a very nice room that was very spacious.
The bonefishing trips available from this Hotel through H2O Bonefishing are exceptional! Every detail from the early morning breakfast to the after fishing drinks at Bones Bar were executed with precision. The guides clearly enjoy their work and were well organized and worked hard to ensure our fishing success. If you enjoy fly fishing then this can be a trip of a lifetime.
