Everything was in order and the program operator informed us in advance of the entry time to the Nasrid Palaces which you need to keep flexible as it is a must see place. I will be filing formal complaints across all platforms regarding this issue, including Booking.com, Viator, and VoyageIntoSphere. This kind of experience should not happen to any traveler, and the account responsible for this must be urgently reviewed and taken down to prevent others from facing the same situation.

However, the next day — after I had already arrived in Granada specifically to visit the Alhambra — I received an email stating that due to an “unexpected technical error,” they were unable to proceed with purchasing the tickets. This is completely unacceptable. Accepting payment and sensitive personal information without actually securing the tickets reflects a serious failure in their booking system. It caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my travel plans. From a customer’s perspective, this raises serious concerns about reliability and professionalism. The only positive aspect of this experience was that Viator customer service responded quickly and issued a full refund. However, I strongly advise Viator to carefully review and double-check its cooperation with certain operators to prevent situations like this from happening to other travelers. I would strongly advise future travelers to think carefully before booking through this operator.

Me and my wife couldn’t find tickets anywhere, so we were thrilled when these became available… Thanks to them, we were able to visit the Nasrid Palaces and explore all the areas of the Alhambra without any issues…. <3 Highly recommended!

I’m very disappointed with my experience using this agency. When I booked my ticket to Alhambra and Nasrid Palace , I emailed them and confirmed the access to all areas would start at 8:30 AM, so I arranged a train out of Granada in the evening. Shockingly, only two days before my trip, the agency issued my official entry ticket to Nasrid Palace for 3:30 PM, completely disrupting my travel plans. This left me with an impossible choice: either skip the Nasrid Palace I paid extra for, or cancel my train and hotel bookings To make matters worse, when I tried to reach out for help, they told me not to contact them via whatsapps / calls listed on their website as that it’s not their official channel for communications. This is incredibly unprofessional and confusing. After this experience, I checked TripAdvisor again and noticed several other negative reviews. I wish I had seen those earlier.

It was a great experience. Exactly what we wanted to explore. The tickets provided us access to the Nasrid palaces and all the other places in the Alhambra.

It’s a beautiful historic site with incredible Moorish architecture still perfectly preserved. A must-see experience. I really enjoyed the visit — the atmosphere was wonderful, and the organization was impeccable. Highly recommend!

Our trip to the Alhambra was perfect! Even with a few small delays because of my kids. Alberto was great and explained everything clearly and with enthusiasm. You do not have access to tickets. All they do is probably check the webpage at midnight for triple the price. (You can do that yourself). But in high season there is no chance to get one of the personalized tickets. Viator returned my money, so I feel it is safe to keep booking events through this platform.

There was no experience. Two days before the scheduled activity we were emailed that our tickets to the Alhambra were not available. Now we were shut out of any chance of getting tickets on our own as the tickets sell out weeks in advance. We were offered no options, no alternatives, nothing! We are still waiting for our refund.

The arrangement allowed us to make the most of our limited time in Granada, and on that front, I truly appreciated the convenience.

We booked our tickets via Booking. When we read afterward that some people ultimately did not get their tickets because they are only issued 24 hours before, we sent an email to Booking's customer service, which was super responsive. By explaining our situation, we were able to get our tickets several days in advance. The service was high quality.

Visiting the Alhambra was fantastic. But we would get maps and usable information via the business that distributed the tickets but could not find them or they missed sending them. But we thought the tickets were reasonably priced and the visit incredibly rewarding

Total scam, tour canceled the day before even though there had been no tickets available on-site for a long time. €135.80 still awaiting refund. The actual price at the entrance to the Alhambra is €21 1200km round trip for nothing, the tickets do not work without QR codes

Private guided tour after sunset. The guide Paula knew how to tell the whole history fascinatingly. In the evening it is also quite quiet, only then not everything is seen. Just a little note, we thought we could get a taxi quickly, but on Saturday night it is terribly busy in the city and we were on time at the minute.

We booked three different packages with tickets that appeared to be on the website. We managed to book but then called or emailed them that they did not exist at all. Our ticket was cancelled at the last minute even though it was bought 3 weeks ago and in addition we must ask for a refund which should be automatic. Run away!

This allowed us to visit the Alhambra (at more than double the price) while official tickets were sold out so I am quite grateful for the opportunity. On the other hand, a lot of stress because the tickets were issued any way (mixture between adults and children), which forced us to go back through the coffers of the Alhambra and therefore waste of time. And the only answer was: it was you who made the mistake (which is not true) so manage... In short, I will not go back through this tour operator not reachable by phone and not at all helpful.

That place is great, I loved it, I recommend it to everyone. You feel immersed in the history of the city, it is like traveling to the past.
